Such an enjoyable and easy experience! I didn't have an appointment, but they jumped right on my truck for the state inspection and oil change. Was in and out in less than 30 min. I'll be using Woodlands Car Care from now on. Very impressed!

We just had a great experience with this company. We had a small back bumper and bumper guard damaged in a minor accident. We showed up unannounced but were immediately seen by Joe Padilla, GM, and Justin Wachel, Parts Manager. They spent less than 10 minutes inspecting our bumper and taking pictures, told us the parts might take 4-5 days, and we could come back then. The parts came in and we were immediately taken in for the repairs. 24 hours later the car was perfect - if anything the back end looks even better than before the accident. And of course they had completely washed and detailed the car so it looked literally brand new. Total charge for all parts and labor was $811 - ! We could not believe what great work was done, and how fast it was done, and for only $811. Needless to say, Woodlands gets our business from now on.

A lack of communication - My car was serviced from July - November. I can count on one time how many times I was contacted by the shop with updates. All of those contact attempts were made immediately following my insurance adjuster or father reaching out to the shop for an update first. I contacted the shop numerous times, reaching out to the email I was given on a business card and the email found on their website. I never once received an email back despite several follow-ups sent on my side.Unsatisfactory work - I had to bring my vehicle back numerous times after it was returned due to unfinished repairs. A tree fell on my car during a storm, resulting in dents to the frame and water damage to the interior. The first time I came to pick up my vehicle with "completed" repairs, there was a massive water stain on the headliner that could not be missed and a dent left untouched on the frame. The dent was left because the shop "did not know it was included on the claim"... despite having my contact information as well as my insurance adjusters.TLDR: I would not recommend taking your vehicle to Woodlands Car Care & Collision due to a lack of communication and unsatisfactory repairs.

Woodlands Car Care employees were so kind, offered great service, and did a fantastic job repairing a scratch on my new car. I highly recommend this auto shop! They truly exceeded expectations.

WCC has repaired and serviced my car multiple times. Al bent over backwards to make sure that it was as easy as possible. My car has been repaired quickly and the problems are resolved. If you need a car repair place that is thorough and trustworthy, this is it.

I tried to fix a tiny broken clip in my gas tank with superglue, and got the glue all over the side of my Lexus. I brought my car here for help, and Josh took care of the issue for me in 5 minutes! He used the right product and buffed it out, and did it all for no charge. I will be using this shop for all my body work needs, as I can tell by their professionalism and willingness to help that this is a great place.

I got a recommendation from Nextdoor and I m glad I followed their advice. These guys are fast and professional and prices are reasonable. If I need body work on my car again I ll definitely be going back.

Performed body repairs to my vehicle. Following day the areas they repaired failed while driving down the highway. Brought my car in the next business day, said they would take care of the repairs. The following day I called for an update and they claimed I must have hit something in the road (which I did not). They just did not want to honor their warranty.

Have used this shop multiple times when I ve had to have body work done to multiple vehicles for accident claims and once when my tailgate was stolen. David, the estimator for the collision center is awesome. Let s you know the progress along the way and will treat you like family. Woodlands Car Care & Collision Center will always be my go to shop!!

I was told this was the best place to take my vehicle after an accident. Let me say, I am very disappointed. The lack of communication with their customers is ridiculous. I've had to initiate the calls to find out what they are doing with my vehicle. Then today they say they may total it. Geez, how long is that going to take another two weeks? Lack of motivation to keep customer informed. I gave two stars only because the owner was nice.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I have been living in the Woodlands for 20 years and this is the only car shop I trust. I have been coming here for EVERYTHING related to my vehicles.They are friendly down to earth and above all HONEST. They don t give you the run around and are very efficient thorough and customer service is above and beyond.Today I had to say good bye to my Honda Pilot which had been a regular repeat offender at the shop but trust I will be bringing my future vehicle to them!!!!

Joe,David and Josh in the Collision Department treated my 2002 Toyota4 runner as if it was a 2022. Therefore they take pride in the Integrity of the work they put out. They tirelessly work to Satisfy their customers. The Quality of their service is Impeccable. If you want fair pricing and a job well done the first time then shop No further than The Woodlands Car Care as they truly do Care. Went to have the body shop take a look at a scratch on an '11 Mercedes C300. Turns out the scratch could be cleaned off. Josh went ahead and removed the scratch didn't even take him a minute for no charge! Appreciate it!

Charge $140 just to look at the vehicle. Had a noise in my suspension that they couldn't fix. Charged me another $40 for some grease and to tighten a bolt and sent me on my way. Based on other reviews, this experience must be an outlier but I will not be back. Did offer to shuttle me though so there's an extra star.

I can't recommend this business enough. Thay are friendly and very knowledgeable. This is the best place to take your rv and cars for bumper to bumper repairs. Al and Chase are the best.i was stuck with my rv 1500 miles from home. Thay got me rolling again. The girls at the front desk were fantastic. Thank you one and all

Never write reviews.. Took my car here once for a passenger side window was not working. Just the switch just went out. So they repaired the switch, well the first payment was 200 dollars. So thought that was it, went to pick up my car there was addition charge for 400.00 dollars. I was blown away. 600 dollars for a switch you can buy for 60 dollars on Ebay. Just say haven't been there since.

Car was down nearly 8 months, 6 of which it was at this place waiting on certain parts which at the time was the original reason for the holdup, parts came in and was given a date that the car would be ready, when that time came I was told that the car wasn t ready because they completely missed a repair that originally was pointed out to me by one of their representatives that came and seen my vehicle. Fast forward nearly 3 weeks and the time finally came for me to get my vehicle only to see a blatant very obvious part was missing on the car. Took them less than a week to get it in and on the vehicle but this is me feeling that they had more than enough time to fix it the right way the first time. Before the accident the car was pristine. I m meticulous about my vehicle so I noticed things after I got it back. Scratches on the trunk, permanent stains on the back seat, dusty engine compartment, dirty front seats ( the he originals were replaced), and two cracks in my speedometer display that wasn t there after the accident this was not a good experience.Service: Auto body & trim repair

When I've damaged my cars over the past 15 or so years, I've always taken them to Woodlands Car Care and they've always done a great job. But I've never written a review. So I nearly ripped the front bumper off my car backing away from one of those parking stops. They were able to fix it same day, super cheap, and they are super friendly. And that is why I keep coming back. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I HIGHLY recommend them!! They are honest and do great work. For ladies most auto repair places can try to take advantage of you, but NOT Woodlands Car Care!! I was told my price and agreed, they completed the work did a drive cycle and found something else needed to be fixed. They then fixed what needed to be done and found what was done prior didn't need everything that was done and when I went to pick up my car the bill was $200 LESS! They could have just as easily still charged the higher price but they did me right. BRING YOUR CARE HERE FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

If you're looking for somebody dependable and on time? Then WCC is the place to get all you maintenance and if you happen to need collision they have a collision part in the back that is unbeatable. Joe really knows what he is doing, can't say that for everyone I've taking my car to in the past .With Big Al in the front and Joe in the back you can't go wrong with Woodlands car Care. What the score of 1 through 10 I give them a 12 Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

The people are so friendly and helpful.They have a excellent repair shop.They are very very reasonable.I took my R.V there to have some preventative maintenance done and when they finished they even washed it before they returned it.Thanks guysGary

Had the best experience!!! Sherman checked out my battery, very helpful. Steve explained everything in depth and help me understand the problem. Front desk both ladies were very nice, customer service is incredible. Even though they were closing in 15 min, they made the extra effort Saturday to process an insurance quote for me quickly. Then they got my mustang done an entire day early (it only took them 1 1/2 days) and it looks like new again. Super happy with their service and speed!

Had really high hopes for these guys. Don t get me wrong they re friendly, but the repair timeline is NEVER accurate. It s all a gambling game with them (and i don t gamble). My completion day has been pushed back three weeks in a row. They ve had my new car for almost a month and a half. I have to call them every other day for updates just to get told a bs excuse. If you re looking for speed and efficiency this may not be the place for you. *UPDATE*: changing my review to 4 stars. The manager Joe stepped in made it right.Service: Body & Trim

Very professional and top quality workmanship. I've used Woodlands Car Care more than a dozen times, and never had a negative experience. When you want to have peace of mind that your repairs are done correctly, this is the place to go.

I had a bad accident about a month ago. I am new to the area so left it to the tow truck driver to decided where to take my vehicle. I am so thankful for the people at Woodlands collision center. From my first conversation with David the night of the accident, to the follow through, every experience has been above and beyond. Today we stopped by to check the progress and David and Will were both super welcoming. They walked us through the damage and repairs, Will remembered my kids and the injuries and asked about them, he showed great compassion for my family. After the accident I ve been so nervous about getting our vehicle back different than it was before. They have been so reassuring, so helpful. I can t say enough good about this place, I m really thankful and I feel like they genuinely care about the vehicles they service as well as the families. Would recommend this place 1000 times over!
