The last 2 times we've gone to Walmart Tire Center, they can't seem to figure out that we have lifetime rotation, balance and road Hazard on all our vehicles, despite having access to computer records and then they have to look it up some strange round about way....AND then they still ring you up, trying to upcharge until you put up a fight to defend yourself for something that should be easily included for an all-inclusive package. AND THEN despite my recommendation that they get some IT expert to figure out the glitch in the system, they still have the audacity to tell me, that I will have to go through the same whole "song & dance" everytime I come back in for my tires... wasting 3-4 times the amount of time and energy for some thing that should be seamless!

Worst customer experience and incorrect information given. Then upon leaving, they failed to check work and my tire was low on pressure beeping. Will be using another location as this was the last straw for me. Being treated poorly than placing me in danger. No thank you.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

I ask to check my tire that I have problem lately, and the rim was damage too I know that. I was going to replace it there but they say the tire was fine. Only the rim needs fixing he took the wheel change it to the front.One the person was sarcastic saying tire it s fine just need fixing the rim and laugh like I was stupid. I was not going waste my time and money there. When took it discount tire the same day they told me that tire had two nails in the tire so I fix there and my rim as well. Well I find out I will taking my car in discount tire more if I need my tire fixing.Service: Tires

Didn't put the sticker in the windscreen for next oil change time and today I found they left a rag under my hood. Very disappointed in my oil change here this time also waited a few minutes before someone attended the counter. I will go somewhere else next time I went out of my way to go here because I prefer this walmart compared to the louetta crossing one near me. Also the basic oil change price was advertised outside as 20 and I was charged 30. Im so disappointed in my experience this time which is unfortunate I've had a few good experiences here.

The worse service that they can give to a customer. Employees are lazy and not professionals. They don't have any respect for a customer. The white lady cashier always has an attitude. She needs to learn some manners and be a little more respectful to people. Never coming back here again!

This Wal-Mart automotive center is exceptional. During this COVID-19 pandemic the battery in my suburban went out and I m from out of town and 4 hours away from home. The battery was still under warranty and being that they where closed they where still taking customers and helping them if they had warranties on batteries and tires. Dennis and Jim where so friendly and helpful during this time. Fast and friendly service as well and I was out the door and back on the road within 20 minutes with a new battery installed. Thank y all so much for your help and friendliness during this time. Also Happy 4th of July.

Customer service is not so bad as others mentioned. However the tire service men are slow, inattentive and wants to do oil change all day. First time I cam I waited two hrs before they got to my car and then told me they couldn t get the wheels off because they couldn t find the key to unlock my wheels, when it was in the spare tire area as my car dealer told me. So then I came back the next day to get my car tires replace and it was another car and mine that was parked. Other cars arrived after me and they got serviced first because they were oil changes. If you want your car tires changed don t bother coming here unless you want to bring your lunch with you. Wait time to get your tires done are about 4 hours. Just a tip, keep tabs of what cars are there and what cars came after so you can tell the lady in the front of you were skipped and she will go and tell guys outside.

Went in for a battery change and install. Refused to install because their book only went to 2018 veh. They couldn't verify correctness of battery even though I called another Walmart and dealer for sizing. I took veh. to another Walmart and got battery installed. This was on a 2019 Ram truck.

Showed up a little after 7am, they open at 7. AutoCenter was locked down. Walked around to the front of the building and back to the AutoCenter to verify their opening time..it was 7. But they had only one tech and they couldn't open with just one tech and they were getting another and I should just wait. After an hour waiting in my car and nothing opened, no one came to tell the people waiting outside what was happening, I just left. What, you can't even come out an tell people what's going on?! You had a non working AutoCenter tech and cashier doing nothing because you were closed and they were too busy?

Unfortunately the service was not good. The counter rep was trying his best and should receive a better rating but the wait was unbearable. A few very frustrated customers as well as me.

The one at 2920 and Kuykundel is a great place to have your oil changed...but they do alot more than just that. They also do batteries,tires,fix flats put in headlight bulbs and alot more...yesterday I had them restore my headlights and they look like new

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! So I have been here since 9:30am and its now 2:38pm they stil have noy worked in my car.....really a tire rotation which it was their fault in their first place because they put the new tires in the back rather than the front. 15 cars went ahead of me and I was here first!....HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

This Walmart auto center seriously took care of me when a different Walmart auto center told me I needed a service I didn t. Saved me a ton of money. Will definitely be returning for future vehicle maintenance.

The old reception lady is soooo slow. Like why is the old lady who can't use the computer there. Literally took 15 min just to hand my keys for servicing with 2 ahead people of me

The auto shop folks are great. I've had them fix flats and rebalance tires. Great attitude and the prices are very good.

The one star I'm giving is just for the lady who works behind the counter! The service is very bad it took them 2 hours to change the oil!!! What !!!! Very very slow
