Whatever you do, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! We spent almost a grand to have 4 new tires put on and they broke two of our hub caps and stripped a lug nut. Then noted in our paperwork that it was previously damaged. One hubcap fell off before we even made it out of the parking lot. If the hub cap was that broken before how has it been able to stay on my car this whole time? I've included a photo where you can see only one was broken previously and the other 5 are fresh breaks. So of they lied about that they'll lie about anything!!! I'm now worried to even drive this car anywhere who knows what else they broke or destroyed!!

Poor vehicle cycling.. Horrible wait times.Took a vehicle in for a simple tire patch/plug. Waited 2 hours and still was in the queue. Vehicles that arrived after me were serviced before me, and they explained by saying they only had 2 techs available. Initially told it would only be a half hour wait. The staff are clueless

I recently purchased a tire a month ago, now I needed two. I purchased two instore and waited an hour and a half, when I check the car was parked and waited another five minutes for someone to help me. When Manuel came to help, he told me that my lug nuts were over torqued and they couldn't do the tires. After another half hour trying to find the lazy worker that could not take the lugs off, finally I lost two hours and no tires because lazy worker couldn't do it. I got home and loosened all lug nuts with minimum effort. The problem here is walmart loosing money because the lazy people that do not want to work, and me loosing two hours of my time. He also gets paid for not being able to do what he is supposed to do. Lazy people shouldn't have a job.

Been dealing with Walmart auto for years and they've always been top notch. Not anymore and it seems to be a company wide issue. I ended up at this location because I purchased tires at the West Rd location. My appt had been set 6 days prior. We arrive to the appt only to be told that their system was down and they wouldn't be able to service. No courtesy call or email to inform me. So we asked for the tires so we could go to another location to have them put on. They told us no. What???? We proceeded to CS which was a song & dance also. We finally got a sensible minded employee who retrieved our tires for us. We drove over to the Louetta location. Multiple people standing around talking during a busy rush. The young lady that was checking us in was not comprehending our simple request and she had to reenter our vehicle info 3 or 4 times. While she's going thru this process over and over, I witness a man in plain clothes begin to work under the hood of a vehicle of a lady he arrived with, using the tools belonging to Walmart. So unprofessional.

Horrible service manger and two other people stood and waited to come to my car after 25 min. On top of me waiting 45 min the day before when they told me they couldn t even do tired this day. Will never come here again definitely needs management attention beyond ridiculous

I went to get my tire serviced on 10/15 the people was very nice however when they attempted to fix the tire my underbody shield is now hanging off. When I went outside to check on my car there were about 4 guys trying to drive my vehicle off the lift slowly because they got the bumper stuck and scratched it more. My entire shield is literally hanging of smhh my first time here and will definitely be my last

I went in for an oil change this morning. When I pulled up, I was ignored outside. One person was helping, a customer and the other instead of coming to see what services I needed, went to help the same customer. So I waited patiently, but I was in a hurry, and seeing as there were two people working I assumed that my car would be serviced quickly, since there was only one car ahead of mine. I went inside, the man inside was very nice and helpful, and he took my keys and I sat in the waiting room patiently. After 15 minutes passed, I got up to see if my car was being serviced and it was in the same spot I left it and both technicians were helping new customers. Frustrated, I went to the desk and requested my keys back. I ve had oil changes here several times in the past with no issues, but being ignored and skipped over is unacceptable.Service: Oil change

Dear Team at Louetta Crossing Walmart,I recently had the pleasure of visiting your store and having a flat tire replaced. I was so impressed with the professionalism and care that your team, especially manager Daniel Chika, provided throughout the entire process. From ordering my tires to getting them installed, everything went off without a hitch!I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for providing such great customer service. It's not often that you find someone in retail that is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Went in to possibly purchase new tires today, June 29, 2022 sometime after 11:30 am. Woman at front desk was not friendly. Looks like I interrupted her conversation with someone. I asked if I could get my tires inspected. She didn't seem to understand what I wanted done. Then she said there were only two people working today. As we are talking, a mechanic walks up to the window. She asks him if he could check my tires. He stares at her without saying anything. His look told me he didn't have experience with tire inspection. She proceeds to tell him (as if I'm not there listening) that she wouldn't trustanyone to determine if it was time for a tire change. At that point, I walked out. The mechanic wanted to see my car but I refused and left. It's at that moment I realized I wouldn't trust anyone at walmart automotive to get near my car. I can't believe a question about a simple task would expose such incompetence. Unprofessional and rude staff. (Zero stars.)

From 11am-2pm to tell me my car is not in the system. Finding out they didn t had the oil. 5people working in the lube. All because the lil girl sitting in the chair outside couldn t inform the front. No communication, slow performance, almost an hour to change oil, dragging themselves to work more talking then working. Unprofessional we all got things to do. Need hire new team or manager.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. They will lie and make you wait for hours. I waited two hours for oil change even though they said it will take only an hour. Somehow another car came in between my car idk how.. they re super unorganized. I think they need a whole day just for an oil change for one car. I would rather go to some local mechanic than coming back here. Super slow! Instead of being sorry they are asking me to leave the line, that s super rude! First they make you wait now after wasting two hours they tell me to leave..

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I came early in the morning, so I didn't have to wait. A few cars pulled up shortly behind me, so unless you're early I would expect a wait. The service was relatively quick. I had all four tires replaced, and I was in and out within 45 minutes. The assistant manager, Antarius, was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Sat at the door of the tire center from 6:50 am ant is now 7:21 am with no movement what so ever. Do have open from 7:00 to 7:00 if your not open at 7:00. Put a disclaimer supposed to open at 7:00 but may just be when we feel like it.

I came in for an oil change and they told me that there was not enough people to change my oil and thats why they were closing two hours early. I never heard of a dept closing early for that reason. Some one is either doing OT or a manager gotta pick up the slack.

I came in to get a new battery for a 2012 ford focus. I sat waiting at opening timefor an employee to help me until about 15 minutes before they finally opened. Then they tell me they don't have the tool the need to change the battery for one of the most common cars on the road. Now they can't get my car jumped to get me to a competent garage. Avoid this place like the plague.

So I'm getting a oil rotation. The tech that changed the oil did a great job!! After that a different employee took my car for the rotation. The employee calls me over to tell me my tire are dry rotted and and proceeded to show me where the dry rot is. I own a 2018 chrysler 300 with 9800 mile and the DOT is from 2017 there is not dry rot on the tire. I work for a tire distributor my job title is Tire specialist. You need to train your employees about there job before they do it or talk to customers. After i tell him what I do for a living. He said my manager would tell you the same. Please have the manager contact me and we can discuss the issues.

They need to fire everybody that work there and start over. Worse service ever. I saw the 2 stars, but thought it's just an oil change. But now I understand. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. After 13 mins NOBODY asked me if I needed help. Just played around and talked to each other. I finally had to tell and say.... IS ANYBODY GOING TO ASK ME IF I NEED HELP. Was earlier. One stale wasnt even open everybody hanging around. But after I said something. After waiting. Guy finally came and said we arent taking any more cars when it was 2 and a half more hours before they closed. After I had waited that long. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!

I asked them to put 5w30 and they put 0w20. Just go to any tire shop on 1960 and buy your own filter and oil.

After being told find my own tire ofd the shelf they then skipped over me starting helping others go then say we ran put of paper so we cant print it to tell the person to put the tire on. Wasted half an hour for nothing

They were closing and I had a bad blowout on the highway. I called and spoke to the manager and he offered to stay a little late. They put my new tire on and I was on the road.

Don t come here and expect any type of customer service. They barely even acknowledge your presence, just take your keys and point you to the door. Only thing that s great is tire prices , order them online and get them installed elsewhere.

I had my Benz tires replaced at Walmart. Four times. In the past. I order the ones I needed and came in to have them put on. Two hours passed. And they told me that they can't do custom rims. I was pissed and went to discount tire and put them on for 20$

I have come here several times for my oil changes they are pretty busy but manage to get the job done relatively quickly. They are a hard working bunch. Thanks guys and girls!!
