Chris at Vic Auto Collision & Repair provided the upmost exceptional customer service!! I am so happy I decided to take my vehicle to them! The insurance company for the at fault driver was the most rudest and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. But Chris helped me speed up the process and even reached out to them on his own! I will never forget how well he treated me and never got frustrated with me every time I would call for status updates. Every one on his team was so polite and was friendly and knowledgeable! I hope I never have another accident but if I ever do I will definitely come back to this collision center! My car looks amazing and good as brand spanking new! There was a minor malfunction with my front safety sensor but went right back, they recalibrated all my sensors and it was working again! I am an extremely satisfied customer. I provided 4 before pictures and 2 after pictures! All original parts, exact same paint & looks like nothing ever happened! These guys deserve more than 5 stars seriously. Thank you so much Chris!

Despite the extensive damage, they managed to complete all the repairs in just 4 business days a timeline that can only be described as lightning fast.Now, I know some might equate speed with poor quality, but that s far from the truth in this case. Chris put up with me and all my questions. Techs solved multiple issues that popped up from an 18 wheel tire impact, dealt with all the insurance hassles, and delivered an exceptional product in a very reasonable amount of time. Looks like brand new car!

My family and I have been using Vic's for paint and bodywork on our classic BMW's, both restored classics and sensible daily drivers for years. Vic always finds the perfect balance of outstanding quality, great paint finish and a price point I can feel comfortable with. Whether its some cosmetic upgrades like MSport bumpers, an unfortunate collision repair, or a full overall respray to pump life back into a tired chassis Vic and his crew have me covered.Nothing feels quite so good as driving a finely refinished vehicle home! After body work necessitated by an accident, Vic's had my 2015 Audi A4 looking better than when I drove it out of the showroom almost a decade ago. Plus Chris at Vic's was amazing to work with. My experience at Vic's rates a 15 on 1-10 scale.

My compressor died and made a major mess. Vic's Auto did a very good job cleaning up and replacing the compressor and other necessary parts. After they test drove it they realized it still wasn't completely cleared and they spent another couple hours on it without charging me extra. I had come to them in the first place because another auto shop had given me a quote on another part that needed to be replaced on my car and the price was too high for our pocketbook. Vic's got it done for $600 less than the other price quoted. I would definitely recommend Vic's.

Had some light bumper repairs done on my vehicle recently. I was quoted $1,200. The day I was scheduled to pick it up, I was told a part's price was $250 more than expected. What choice do I have at that point?The quality of the work seemed good. Upon close inspection, I noticed a fastener was missing. I pointed it out and they corrected it. I also noticed a hidden part that was not straightened out but it was not visible so I didn't say anything about it. But, I wish they fixed it.I got a similar quote from another shop but they were further away so I went with Vic's. The other shop sent me a coupon for 15% off the labor, so it would've been less expensive.It is what it is. Vic's did a pretty good job, but in my mind, it wasn't 100%. It was more like 80%. And that extra cost added on at the end just doesn't feel good. Even if it was legit.UPDATE: Vic s called me and offered a small refund on the labor to make up for the increased part cost. They credited me back $150. It is a something so I appreciate that. Thanks for the prompt response & action.

Vic and his team took great care of me and my car during it s recent visit. My E36 was involved in a minor collision, and I took the opportunity to have a lot of elective paint and body work done alongside the repair. Vic and Jorge gave me great advise, offered me a fair price, and Vic s paint and body team performed great quality work that I am extremely happy with. Had a dent and scrapes to the rear quarter panel of my Porsche which I brought to Vic Auto. They began work immediately and finished in 3 days. Very reasonable. The work was 1st class, very pleased.

Everything about my experience with Vic Auto Collision & Repair was outstanding. From the very beginning, Chris made me feel welcomed and confident they could take care of the body damage to my vehicle. The work was completed much quicker than expected for the quoted price, and the results looked as though nothing had ever happened. Vic s is the only place I go when I have a problem with my car. I feel they are always upfront and honest. They always get me in and out as quickly as they can. They also always do an amazing job and never have I had to go back for the same problem. They always fix it right the first time. After buying a very nice looking VW for my son, I found out that the rear main seal and the rest of the engine was leaking all types of oil and it was throwing a air vacuum code. Other shops wanted to guess at it by throwing parts at the issue including the VW dealership. Vic Auto Collision & Repair did a very thorough diagnostic with pictures and red pointers to the leaks! And a comparable estimate for the repairs.They offered a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on their work. They then helped me finance the amount with Synchrony Bank for 12 months no interest. Once your car is in the shop you will get text and call updates. That was all I needed to finally feel good about this repair. Chris and Vic are great and the work is warranted.

I have used Vics now several times. They worked on my 2011 BMW 335is, performing a timing belt tensioner replacement with new belt and extra pulleys. Done quickly and now the car sounds so much better. Price was great and they even washed and vacuumed the car before delivering it back. Prior to this, they did a dent fix where an jerk backed into it and took off. They made it look like new for a very competitive price. After my Kia Forte was stolen (#KiaBoys), I opted to have it towed to Vic s for repairs, even though I had never used their services before. I m so glad I did. Not only did they have my car fixed in a week, she was even washed and vacuumed out when I came to pick her up. Chris gave amazing customer service and took great care of everything.
