I went in on Friday for an oil change. I was told that a tech had made a mistake while checking the tire pressure and that the tire would no longer hold pressure. The manager told me that they would put my spare tire on and sent me to discount tire to get the tire repaired. I was told that the store would pay for the repair. So I paid for the oil change, and went to discount tire. When I got there, I was told that the tire was fine and that the damage was actually to the wheel itself. I went with the cheapest option I could find and spent $200 to replace the wheel. Obviously no one is excited about having a mismatched aftermarket wheel on their car but it was really the only option available to me.I came back to Valvoline and the manager said that he didn t expect to pay for a new wheel, and told me that he d talk to the company about resolving the issue. Well four days later and no contact I had to call the store myself and they told me they d give me a twenty out of their register. There was no indication that the store ever intended on calling me back, and there was no information about any communication about my issue.I was surprised that after paying $70+ for an oil change that damaged my vehicle, I was essentially ignored by the store after I was told they d make it right.So now I m stuck with a wheel I didn t want, down hundreds of dollars to fix a problem I didn t cause, no instructions on who to talk to, no one taking the initiative to reach out, and after having to call multiple times myself, a store that basically offered me a twenty out of their register to make it right .Honestly, if the manager had comped the oil change and apologized for the mistake, I would have gladly chalked it up to being human, gone and got my wheel fixed, and continued to be a loyal customer. You can t promise someone you ll make it right, then ignore them.

Service at this location has really gone downhill. I've used them in the past and have been very happy, now i can't even get an inspection done.To hear the technician say they are doing 2 things at once is even more troublesome. I actually had my truck done somewhere else the whole process took about 15 minutes. Been here an hour and still waiting.This is my last time here, it is ridiculous.

If I could give no star I would. Don't take your car there if you want it to hold oil. I had to go back again 3 days later with oil dripping out the manager. Alex said it was good. I got home, and oil was still dripping out. I took to the Tomball location, and Aidon stayed late to check it out and come to find out there was NO gasket on, and the drain plug was stripped.

Braxton, and the crew was awesome ! His customer service was beyond my expectation. I came in with a dead battery issue, and he was able to diagnose it, and even offered to help change my battery so that I would not be stranded. I am grateful and appreciative of his assistance and knowledge.

Amazing! Fast, friendly and helpful. Oil change was done in less than 15 mins. Probably 10 mins. Service was great. Will come back to get service done here.

Would not recommend using this place for state inspection. Ended up doing 3 inspections at once in the same bay even though my vehicle was first and waiting the longest. Added probably an extra 15-20 mins to my wait.

Went for an oil change and it was great - so quick and painless! Absolutely recommend!!! Juan and Garret had excellent customer service, went above & beyond, and made everything so quick and easy.

This was my first time at this location and the people there were very friendly and helpful! They explained everything they were doing and quickly serviced my car, even though it was a busy day for them. I m always anxious when going to get my oil changed but this place made me feel comfortable! I will definitely be coming back!

Fast and friendly guys. In and out of the shop in about 20 minutes. Micheal and Diego were on my car. Signed me in while I wait in line and started immediately when I pulled in. Offered wipers, air filters and also checked air in tires. Topped off my coolant as well which was low at time of arrival!

These guys are awesome. This is a great place to go to get your oil changed or have them look at any kind of leaks that you re having. They were really nice and gave great advice!

I took my car in for State Inspection. I told them my car had just been detailed and was clean. I asked for them to not get it dirty. The inspector left a very large black boot print on my clean beige carpet mat and the side carpet. The inspector did not care. This location is were I have had many oil changes over the past 2 years. I will never go back here again. The manager did call and apologize and offer to pay for the cleaning. But too little too late.

I got awesome service! They checked all my fluids and filters, changed my oil, checked my air pressure. Not getting out if the car is a new thing to me, but cool. Temi took care of me and he was very pleasant to deal with friendly and informative. I will go back for sure!

I visited the Grand Parkway 99 location. Took my daughter Hyundai Elantra. First time visiting...the service was great. Everyone was professional and attentive. The manager was superb. Even provided a coupon if I wanted to bring my vehicle in. I will definitely be returning.

I had an oil change and tire rotation at this location. I wish I had read some of the reviews before I did. Any time I saved by using their express service will now be lost replacing the stud they stripped on my wheel. When I provided proof of the damage (which I was informed of before another mechanic attempted to remove the tire), the manager denied responsibility. The manager even had the audacity to try to be helpful by recommending places where I could have the damage they caused repaired. Save yourself some time (and money), and go somewhere where they actually stand behind their work AND do quality work.Services: Tires, Oil change

I went here for the first time for their oil change service. My AC has stopped working ever since. My system had been working perfectly before visiting them.12/6/22: A quick update regarding this issue. I found that my AC system had all of the refrigerant drained out of it. After getting hard confirmation that no leaks exist in my system and having it recharged it with refrigerant, my AC is now back working at 100%. It appears my refrigerant was drained during this service. I d hate to think they did this in order to create demand for their AC service, but there s little evidence to tell me otherwise. The rep who reached out to me in my initial review said they assume no responsibility.

Great customer service and the service is so fast. We just need to sit down in our car and they do the oils change quick. For sure will be back!
