Mr. Sam was awesome. It is very hard to find an ethical mechanic that will not hit you with all repairs and the kitchen sink. This place is a great place to get your car fixed, assessed, or a state inspection.

I took my car to get the check engine light misfire diagnosed and the ac problem diagnosed. They told me my engine is bad and then didn t put my engine back together right. My car was leaking gas inside the engine bay for a week before I took off the cover and realized how bad it was. Then I took it back to them and they denied touching the injectors when it wasn t leaking gas before I took it to them. They fixed the injector problem after I took it back but now it has poor acceleration problem. Last time I take my car there. Also they told me the relay and my computer weren t communicating with the ac compressor. When I took it somewhere else for a second opinion, my lines were empty of Freon and my compressor wasn t compressing. Run Away!!! Just a follow up. I took my car to another shop and they got it running good again. They took their time putting it back together and got rid of the sluggish engine feel. Two time I took my car to USA car care and both times i drove away with my car in worst conditions than when I got there. Wouldn t recommend this place.Service: Engine repair

Marty and Sam took very good care of me. They got everything fixed up in one day and even gave me and my two boys a ride to and from the shop. Very helpful. I definitely recommend this ship to anyone needing quick and inexpensive repairs.

Friendly and great service for a low price. Sam was very helpful and worked with me on the issues my car was having. So helpful took in a different car that my wife wanted to take to the junk yard. I took my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee to USA Car Care this week to obtain an estimate for replacing my water pump and Serpantine Belt. The personnel in the office was very nice and friendly and they arranged for a pressure test to verify the need for a new pump and the results showed that I did have a leak. They gave me an estimate that I considered to be very fair and I took my vehicle in the next day for the work to be done. I had my vehicle back in less than 24 hours and was very pleased. I would recomment them very highly and will definitely return there for any other issues that mghit come up in the future

I have been a loyal customer of USA Car Care for more than 25 years. My most recent experience, with our 2012 Acadia, was perhaps the best. From the estimate to the repairs, Sam was knowledgeable and prompt as well as hospitable. My wife is very pleased with her air conditioner now; she says it is better than when it was new.Happy wife, happy life...

Went to this place to get a inspection report. New to town. The guy got in the car lifted the hood. My husband wanted to know why he was lifting the hood and not putting it on the machine that plugs inside the car. The guy came back in the waiting room stating the 3 brake light was out and we would need to wait for a technician. I was asking general questions then the guy got mad and start being rude. Finally the technical arrives, I'm expecting to get the car working properly next couple minutes he brings the car up front telling us they couldn't fix the led lights. So I left went home less then 3 miles away. Came back out to try someone else and we begin to here a loud noise when I turned on the Air conditioner. Seconds later it just stop working this all happens within 20 minutes and a.c. was working find going there so I know they did something to my ac. Please don't trust this company please

Forget Jiffy Lube and Take 5 right next door. Cheaper, Better, Faster! Last time I went they did my state inspection in less than 10 minutes. They replaced a brake light for free. They don't make places like this anymore. Great Business that takes pride and cares. Bravo!!

My husband and I have used USA Car Care for 14 years. We won't go any where else. Sammy has done good by us and our vehicles. The work is good and prices are fair. Sammy will not do unnecessary work.At one point I was convinced that I needed brake work on my mini van - Sammy said no, they are fine. I questioned him and he insisted that the brakes were thoroughly inspected and I did not need any work. LOL - he was right. The brakes were fine and I didn't need new pads, etc. However, I was more than willing to pay for work - so thank you Sammy for not taking my money! :)I highly recommend this shop.

Sammy and his crew always come through for me. They take excellent care of both my personal vehicles and my business fleet. This shop is honest and ethical; they put value in customer service and relationships. They have been in the community for decades under the same name, so you know that means something. You'll never go wrong with USA Car Care!!!

Just like you hear from the other reviews , this is a shop that cares about you and your car and offers great service without lies and rip offs. I am excited I found a good mechanic and will be brining my car here from now on.

This auto shop is extremely helpful. Sam is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I make the 25 minute drive to this shop over all our local shops because they are worth it. Do yourself a favor and use this shop for everything.

Sam was extremely helpful. I talked with him about a noise coming from the rear end of my Mustang, and he offered to have his techs take a look and get me a quote for both just the labor and for labor + parts, no charge for the inspection. I told him I'd bring the car in the following week. Well, instead of putting off to the next week, the differential failed while driving and I ended up having the car towed to this shop. The shop looked in the casing, took pictures and texted them to me, and then got me the quotes on the repair work. I ended up wanting some work done that can't be done outside of a specialty ring and pinion shop, but still, no charge for the inspection. I will happily bring my car here for anything in the future that doesn't require specialty equipment that they don't have.

I have been a customer for many years and have found that I am treated fairly, given great service, only have to have things fixed once. They have been a reliable, honest, and dependable repair shop for us. at one point I had 3 cars all over 8 years old and they kept them on the road and running well. I will not use anyone else

These guys are the worst mechanics on the planet, i took my car there 4 times and they misdiagnosed and charged me $500.00 didnt even fix the problem, they just guessed at it. and then they would fix it without even asking and give you a bill.they never even test drove it to see if it was fixed after they suposedly fixed it.they charged me for a full tune up and only replaced the plug wires.this is not a good mechanic. you will get lied to, cheated and misinformed.they dont care about their customers.I rate them a 0 out of 1 to 10 bad 4 buizness

I went here yesterday for a pre-purchase car inspection for 2013 BMW 335i. I met with Sami, the owner of the shop. He was a very nice person, but more importantly competent in what he did and went for the extra miles in giving me advices before buying used cars. I thoroughly inspected this car I was going to buy using a checklist downloaded online. I thought the car was in a very good condition until Sami came back with surprising findings. He spotted a repaint job that I did not notice initially. He also found issues with oil leakage, non original turbo, aftermarket exhaust parts, tire model discrepancy, and issue with the ECU computer.If you are going to buy a used car, go to this place to get it checked out. I have no doubt in their mechanical competency. Thanks Sami!
