Great all around experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and kind. They were able to get the part over night and had my car repaired the next day. Also, cost me a lot less than the quotes from other BMW shops.This is definitely my new shop!KatServices: Transmission, Transmission repair

A few repairs and maintenance were done on my Mini vehicle. The service advisor texted or called me as the work was being done. They test drove the car to make sure that the proper repairs were done. Work was completed, slow to communicate and charged $1300 more for aftermarket parts but invoiced for oem parts. Complete fluids change. Radiator/cooling system and brake system flushed and re-filled. Engine and differential drain and re-fill. Very complete wash and vac after the service. Oh and wheels cleaned and tires blacked. Looked better than ever. Great job. I was having problems with my blue tooth, an S.O.S. error message was appearing I called, they ordered the part needed and its now working!! I have been going to uptown motorwerks since they opened, I have had oil changes brakes, transmission, and regular routine check ups and I'm completely satisfied with their work and knowledge on my 2005 525 I especially like how friendly they are and car washes when done with repair!! My car looks a new car when I pick up after every repair!! I am also very satisfied with the quick response when I need them!!!!I went again 6/23 to have rear brakes done o my 525 , and will go again when my 740 needs any repair!!! Curtis and Khurshed are awesome! My husband and I have taken our two 328i BMWs there to get diagnostic tests and repairs a few times over the past 2 years. They ve always done a great job. I plan to continue utilizing their services for as long as we live in the Spring area. I know I can always count on them. I hit a curb near the shop while on a cross country trip. It was a Sunday and I had the towtruck plop it down uninvited. To my surprise, I was accommodated and up and running before the week was over. Two tires and wheels were wrecked and extra effort was made to find and match the fifteen year old rims. The undercarriage and everything we're checked and all was good. Now, I'm safely on the other side of the country! Thanks!

My Technician was amazing JacobService advisor lacks follow-up skills. My car was in the shop for a week and I had not been contacted. I finally called them 7 days later and asked about my car (I really wanted to just go pick it up and take it somewhere else). No one answered the phone so I tried again and then got to talk to someone. I was given a completion date and an estimate which was acceptable. I got the car back, all was great. Parts replaced and working properly. A week later found out my technician suffered an accident on the job in the shop. He didn t make it. Service: General repairs & maintenance

I received an advert in the mail, so I went there, gave them a try, and my first impressions were: the place is very clean and the two gentlemen there were very nice and knowledgeable about the BMW. After I had my oil change and cooling flush, I made an appointment with them to do a differential bushing replacement. They were very helpful explaining to me whatever questions I had. I recommend them to everyone.

Everywhere I went was overcharging me, estimating repair cost average was between 1500- 2500. Almost in tears I called uptown motorwerks and they worked a miracle. They properly diagnosed my issue and I Happily walked out the building paying less than 300 dollars. Thank you guys for your honesty and hard work and you will forever have my business.

I can't say enough about the service that I was just provided with these guys. They were spot on with my repair and priced way cheaper than BMW north and west. They fit me into their busy schedule, just to help me with MY time constraints. This is now my new service providers with my BMW X5. I would highly recommend these guys. You won't be dissatisfied.

Since discovering "Uptown",..I don't go anywhere else!Besides being(in my opinion)The "Mini Cooper Gurus",..They've performed excellent work to my Volvo as well!The personell there are "Perfectionist" at what they do,.I highly recommend that if you haven't been there yet,..You "Must" give them the opportunity to make you happy with your car servicing needs!

I cannot begin to express my happiness and gratitude! First off, I brought my car to BMW of The Woodlands; received horrible service and an outrageous quote! I knew my car needed a substantial amount of work. After reading other reviews for Uptown Motorwerks, I decided to have it towed there. The staff there is knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. They did more work that the BMW dealership had quoted me for a fraction of the cost! Plus, they let me use there loaner free of charge while the work was being complete. I am so thrilled with the work they did and the condition they returned my car to me! I will continue bringing my car here.

Brought in my daughters VW Jetta for a litany of problems related to an eighteen year old car owners neglect. I had a serpentine belt break due to tensioner failure on my Jaguar XF; that also damaged the tensioner on the supercharger. They replaced both belts and both tensioners. They filed the claim with the warranty company, and everything was seamless. Car is doing great now.

I moved to the Dallas area a year ago. They always worked on my 2001 330i and when my 2016 M3 needed service out of warranty, I drove the 4 hours back to Spring, TX so they could fix an issue on that car. They provide great service at a very reasonable price. They are the only BMW service center that I trust to work on my BMW's. Curtis and Khurshed are honest business men. I highly recommend them. I wish they could open a branch in DFWHoward B.
