Stopped by Texans Auto Group because I saw a truck online that I was interested in. When I got there, I was greeted by John who was extremely friendly and professional. He gave me some information about the truck, about warrantees, and about financing etc. I never got the feeling that I was being pushed or rushed to purchase the truck. After looking at a few other vehicles, and doing some more research, I ended up going back and buying the truck. Overall, it was a great experience, John and Jerry were both very friendly and accommodating. If you re in the market, and in the Houston area, I would definitely pay them a visit.

John is great!! I went in to get a new car with my dad, and he was so helpful through the entire process. He was also super friendly with both of us. I ended up getting a 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan in pretty decent shape with good pricing. There was a small issue with the car after I left the lot and he was very helpful with finding a solution for me. Thanks John!

Been meaning to write this for a week now but been busy. Went down to look at a 2017 Camaro SS that was 5K below market value. John Dennett helped me out and made the experience easy. Now let me be clear, the car wasn't perfect and no used car will be, but John was very upfront about the condition of the car, knew what other models of similar mileage and condition were worth, and helped me to get financing (despite my credit still recovering from student loans). He even let me take the car up to a mechanic I trusted to have them do a diagnostic to make sure everything was functional before I bought it. I've bought many used cars before and most places only care about making money. John made sure I was taken care of and I had all the information I needed to make a confident purchase. Since I bought the car I've done about 1K of minor repairs and maintenue (as you should with any used car) and am very happy with the driving experience. If you're looking for a used car that's in good condition and at a reasonable price, see John at Texans Auto Group.

Absolutely best dealership experience and service I have ever received in my 30 years of exoeriences shopping for vehicles. Arrived at 6:30 looking for a vehicle. Left at 7:50 with perfect vehicle. Very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Helped get vehicle home. Got to deal with the owner directly as well.

First this is my very first time getting a vehicle on my own, no co-signer!!! Mr. Jiries is the GREATEST!!! He basically took care of my car deal himself, which is special all in its self. I recently financed a 2011 BMW 328xi 6-speed manual and I very satisfied with how Jerry and his team handled my financial situation. After getting approved for the car they told that me there was something wrong with the VANOS solenoid and there was small coolant leak from the reservoir. Jerry said he will have this fixed and for me to wait until his mechanic fixes it. After waiting almost a week he calls me and tells me that the solenoid is on backorder and he doesn't know when the part will be available so he said that he'll replace the motor and that I'm gonna have to wait until his mechanic finishes everything up. After waiting for about a week I call Jerry to ask if the car is ready and it was ready with a fresh new motor and zero issues. It rode perfectly on the way home. I recommend purchasing your next vehicle from here after getting denied at so many other places Texans Auto Group got me approved. And thanks to Jerry for being very helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car. Thank You. 10/10

My car broke down about a week ago and I had been having trouble finding anything the wife and I liked in our price range. Then we found Texans auto group through cars.com. As soon as I sent them an email, Anthony was right on it and had us in just the car we wanted, UNDER our budget and we were only there for 30ish minutes, minus the test drive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Texans auto group!

Great experience with Jerry and Anthony.Both very knowledgeable and honest and will work wonders getting you in the car you want!A year ago I bought from this dealership with a very decent car but I wasn t in love due to me not having built credit. Jerry advised me to keep the vehicle for a year to work on my credit and after a year I ll be able to trade in for my ideal car.It s a year later and I now have a 2019 Nissan Altima fully loaded thanks to the great help of jerry and anthony10/10 recommend this place! And if you re in the market for a car this is the place!

I live in the DFW area (about three and a half hours north of Spring, TX) and had been looking for months for the right truck before I found Texans Auto Group's listings online. Jerry and Anthony were amazing from the very beginning, reaching out to me within minutes of filling out their online form requesting information about the vehicle. Anthony inspected the vehicle after each of my questions to double check that he was giving me the correct information and Jerry did a great job explaining the history of the vehicle and providing all documentation. Within an hour of my initial online request I had reserved the vehicle, had an approval from my bank (USAA) and made plans to drive down the next day to pick up the truck (after confirming everything in person). The truck was detailed and ready for us when we pulled into the lot and after a test drive and inspection we had the deal done in less than 30 minutes. Easiest car buying experience of my life! I highly recommend Texans Auto Group, and if they have the vehicle you're looking for give Jerry or Anthony a call and see for yourself that great service isn't a thing of the past!

Jerry and Nelson are great salesman. They will take care of you, I like how they reassure you if you have any problems with the vehicle they will do whatever they can to fix it. Very good place for used cars ide give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend

I bought a 2009 Volvo s40 not even a year a go engine went out car has warranty but warranty don't want to approve it I mean sales person was nice I just think they sold me a car with a bad engine!!!!!! Hope you have better luck than me

From our first contact with Jerry the process of buying our beautiful BMW was enjoyable. Best customer service ever we received and Jerry went above and beyond to make sure every detail of the car is perfect. Very good service helped me get my dodge charger Daytona very easily the whole thing was very smooth and easy the service was excellent everybody was very friendly and helpful especially Nelson the car sales man he made the process easy and quick will definitely be back here in the future! I had the most amazing experience at Texans Auto Group dealership. The staff was beyond nice. Their vehicle's are of great value. The customer service was excellent. The process was super easy and stress free. I mean I literally rolled off in my new vehicle within a few hours of my arrival. I'm so glad I chose to come here. This dealership is the bomb!!!

Just want to give a big shout out to the team here at Texans Auto Group. Jerry, Flora and Angel made it happen. I very much dreaded the fact that I needed to go deal with sales people. Also the fact that we had terrible credit, and Jerry and his staff assured us that it would happen. From the minute I arrived here at Texans Auto Sales. My family and I were put to comfort by all of the staff, with no pressure at all.After some magic with the finance company s. Jerry got us a deal that I was asking for and met all our needs.
