Great Exceptional customer service, The Store Manager has Equisite Exceptional customer care knowledge, skills and compassion. An issue came up and he responded in 1 minute, came to my rescue within hour. It was his diligence that made my day with Take 5. I thank you so much.

Everything went fine friendly service but I decided to stop right after and check that they closed everything back up and sure enough the top cover for the air filter box was not screwed down at all it was loose in place

Terrible service. I'll start by saying that I used to do oil changes for a living.... I took my vehicle to this location and watched as the technicians play on their phones in between each action they took. Only one decent technician out of the 4 working. He seemed to be babysitting. They over filled my oil I brought my own oil and filter. Rather than 4.3 as recommended by the manufacturer and I marked clearly what should be left they put all 5.5 quarts. When the new technician showed me the level I corrected him and he attempted to tell me it came off the sides. I explained which part came from the side and what shows there is too much oil. He re checked it and still showed there was too much. He then showed it to the babysitter and he verified they needed to remove some. After removing the one quart excess I left the location. They then proceeded with my wife's oil change. I explained what she should look for. She said they were cussing a lot and saying something was leaking. After that they said they just had to put the cover back on and she'd be good to go. She then reminded them they needed to actually put the oil in the vehicle. I have to check everything out when I get home on both vehicles. If this were my establishment I'd be concerned by the amount of weed these guys are smoking while working. It seems to be enough to negatively impact their ability to perform their jobs.

I came in about an hour before they closed, and they were able to get my oil changed and inspection done very quickly. Excellent service from all three gentlemen working that day! Great job to the manager of the store, Maurice, and I believe Carter (the one with the cute smile, lol).Happy Easter, y all.

The rep was so nice he went above and beyond asking my questions and making suggestions to fix things I needed for my car. I actually felt like he knew what he was saying and not just trying to do me off!!! Love the new service on Rayford Rd!

If you wanna go to a place where the customer service is poor, the wait is long and the service is below standard, go some where else. This is by far the best place to get a state inspection or oil change. I was surprised by how fast the process was and how nice the staff was . I ll definitely be going there again.

This location should be called take 45 to an hour oil change. I do not fault the technicians that work there. I fault whoever makes the schedule. They do not have enough people working to facilitate the workload of that area. After 20 minutes of waiting to get into a bay it is then 15 to 20 minutes while two or three people are juggling three cars at a time AND doing inspections. There should be one or two people strictly doing inspections and then two people facilitating the vehicles left and right. That's 6 people not three. Efficiency is not being utilized on the schedule. And again I do not falult the technicians. But whoever is making the schedule needs to hire more people.

I go here for every oil change. Everyone there is very helpful, courteous and timely. It s never a crazy long wait time. I love being able to come between oil changes and air my tires and make sure my fluids are good. 5 stars!

The 2 men who were working made the best out of a busy day. I arrived, and they had cars in all 3 slips. Guy was polite and told me where to pull up. As I was observing, car after car was starting to line up after me. One would direct cars, pull them in the slip, and pop their hoods while the other one would get the information, payment, promote services, and complete service requested. When the servicing technican came to me, I thought he would have a horrible attitude giving the situation, but instead, he provided great customer service.

How this place stays in business is beyond me. The gimmick is 5 minute oil change and we all know that could never happen, the upsell we expect, but unless you have at the least 45 minutes for your oil change and are ok with a not so good experience I would steer clear of 'Take 5 oil change on Rayford Road

The tech that worked on my Mercedes was very professional, helpful, and provided excellent service. When we first arrived, the gentleman that directed us to the bay brought over two water bottles. It was a busy day but busy is good. Excellent service gentlemen! Well done.

This place is a fast in and out service. These guys are are motivated and full of energy for what they do. They do not miss a SAFETY PROTOCOL. Wasn t offered a water even though they offered it to everyone else. Young kids that was working was talking a lot of trash to eachother. But you could tell when the manager would walk out they would change there attitude. 2 cars that pulled in after me was finished before I was done. To be honest don t know that I would go back to that location again.

Dont go here they messed up the cover of my car and when i realized it and took it back they stated that it was like that before i arrived. I know for a fact the bottom was not zip tied beforehand. Refused refund or to fix it.EDIT: Whats the point of sending me a number and email if no one answers when i try to both methods?

Really disappointed in this location compared to The Woodlands location. I have to request my tire pressure and other levels be examined. I was lied to and told my power steering fluid was fine when I know it has a leak. I had to refill it myself upon returning home. They appear to have only one person qualified as an inspector and they never seem to be at the location when I went. Tried on three separate occasions before resorting to driving up the street. The Woodlands Take 5 earned my business and this one may have lost it.

I waited over an hour to get my oil changed in the bay. As I waited I watched an employee leave and come back with oil he had to go buy. It would have been nice to let us know so we could have left and come back another time. It was VERY frustrating!!! Unfortunate because normally I have great service!!!

The ONLY car state inspection guys available after 5pm in a 15 mi area. AND they were SO welcoming. AND in and out in 15 min and enjoyed a discount on an oil change too. Even though there at 645pm (because on phone trying to find an inspector...I called at least 25 places...these guys were enthusiastic and welcomed me before closing at 7pm. Very kind and professional and happy. I was their 102nd auto of the day. They were tireless. Kudos, Gentlemen! Cartier was my particular lead specialist. Awesome...All great. Thank you! Carry on! I'll be back! Glad you'reso close to Grogans Mill my home.

They did a good job as always, but the wait time was about an hour from when I got there until I drove away. They could ve been down an employee that day and become overrun with customers. They still did an attentive and complete job.

Took way longer than 10 minutes and didn t tighten my filter down all the way at first. Supervisor caught the mistake and corrected it. I come to take 5 for the quickness and efficiency. Lacking on both this visit.

Professional and fast service, I'll go back next time. UPDATE: sad to se how the business goes from 5 to maybe 0 stars when employees doesn't do the right job and don't listen the complain. Even worse when I like the brand but I need to find other location where employees give better service. "Always i have to check underneath my car to make sure they properly put the bottom cover, here they never do that and I have to tell them and this time they didn't listen and got mad when show then how supposed to be"

I've been bringing my vehicle to the Rayford location for oil changes for years and every visit has been a great experience. I highly recommend this place. Taylor and Devon are very professional and attentive.

I wish I could give 0 Ratings for this specific Take 5 Location because I came here like an hour ago and I am still standing at the same spot but the dudes who are working inside are chilling and barely moving each car in like 30mins also the last time I came here they messed up my engine cover for which I came back to show them but I am certain the management does not care about these complains and this location should be avoided as possible to come in, I have no idea why they have 4stars still but I will make sure to aware everyone in my surrounding about this place.

The tech that changed my oil broke the metal plate that covers the underside of my car so it's been dragging around town when I go over bumps. The metal is completely broken where it attached to the car. Like they ripped it off to put the filter in and drain my oil. The techs must not be properly trained because this is a senseless mistake.

Really poor service today. They marked off my tires were filled up when windshield cleaned. (This wasn't done) Makes me wonder if I actually got an oil change. Workers were arguing. Probably won't return here anymore

I honestly love this place for an oil change, the only reason I can't rate higher is because it took right at an hour to get done and I was the 2nd car in line. I do fully trust this place to change my oil, it is just the wait time that lowered the rating.

Worst experience I've ever had at a take 5. I asked buddy to check and see if they had my filter before I waited for 45 minutes because the last one I went to didn't. He said he would so I waited. 45 minutes of me sitting in the bay later he walks back to my car to get my info then tells me he doesn't have the filter. I've never spent more time at a take 5 for nothing to get done. My usual go to for oil change, but steer clear of this location. Absolute trash

I wouldn't recommend anyone to take their vehicle to the location off Radford road. The customer service is horrible. I asked if they could check to see if the breather needs to be changed. That's not the name but he knew what I was talking about the white white cushion thing. He said that mine was to hard to get to on my car so they couldn't check it to see if it needed to be replaced. That was the first time I've ever heard of someone turning down to make money. I want ever bring my business to this location again.

Should be called Take 45. There was only 1 person in front of me with 3 guys working. They spent more time leisurely walking around, eating and drinking than they spent on my car. They didn't top off my fluids, check tire pressure, or anything they used to do. If there was a manager on site, you may want to think of an alternative.
