I would definitely go back again for an oil change in the future. Kenny was very personable and knowledgeable. He also checked and replaced some of my old filters. The cold water bottle was a nice touch!

The young man that took care of servicing my vehicle was very professional and knowledgeable and I was very pleased with the service. His clothing was even pressed and clean. And he had a very good attitude. I watched him go from one car to the next effortlessly and efficiently. Great job!!!

Caring and helpful service! Fred is really awesome and he went the extra mile to make sure that my car was all squared away to best of his ability! I also like their deals if a customer returns by the suggested date or miles!

The last shift closing manager both have great customer service and professionalism. Only place that im going to get my oil changed now.came in to get my fluid topped off after getting oil change 2 weeks ago. No problems no worries did it for me in few minutes. Will refer friends and family to go to this location you should too thank you Take 5!!!

I was given options as well as suggested to change my filter. My auto has over 160K miles and I will do what is best to maintain my engine. After this oil change the rattle I heard prior, stopped. Thank you guys! I am completely satisfied with the service at this location and the tech.

Shout out to the manager Kenny and his right hand man. They serviced my car and did it quick, all while being super nice and helpful. Kenny had good tips to keeping the car running longer and advised me on what to do which I appreciated. Come here for ur oil changes!!

I have been going to Take 5 ever since they opened and I have always appreciated what the mechanics do-they go above and beyond pointing out what is/is not necessary, finding coupons (I m 72, and every penny counts!) and making sure my car is good to go. I will be the first to say I m not always timely in getting oil changed when it s due, but I ve never been made to feel stupid about it. Until yesterday. Because Take 5 shops are all over, I go to different ones and I ve NEVER had an issue until yesterday. This man actually berated me for not coming into this particular shop for 2 years. He argued with me about the service I chose. He barely spoke at all. He made me feel like I couldn t leave fast enough. He handed me the receipt and said, You re good to go. I read through the ticket and saw that he d listed checking my tires and washing the windshield (both of which have always been done on any of my visits) as having been done. Nope. Not done, because he would have noticed a very low tire Seems kind of a minor thing, but as a single, older woman, I appreciate someone doing that for me. I didn t call him on it; by that time I was ready to go, too. Professionalism and kindness matter. I won t be going back to that particular Take 5 on Louetta.

I got an oil change on a suburban and it seemed to be okay but a bit expensive. Tech shows me a stark white filter and said "it looks to be in its last leg" , and it clearly was not. Then, in order to tell me he thinks he thinks I have an oil leak he asks for my recipet , points to a line on there a about oil leaks and says nothing, just points. Mind you I had no idea at the time what he was trying to to say to me until I read it aloud (20 seconds later). Then he proceeds to tell me it's very wet. I just drove though a car wash so it's wet under there and I park in the exact same place every day and there is no oil. This place has convinced me it is worth it to change my own oil. I've been doing since I was 13 with my dad, might as well keep going because I don't want idiots doing it for me.

We showed up around 7:30am. No one came out so we went inside to find the employee sleeping. When he got in my vehicle for the inspection he got permanent black marker on my leather seat. It's ruined. I will never go back to this place.

I always have an excellent experience here at this location. Today especially on Christmas Eve I was treated well by Kenny, Gannon, and Paulino. I appreciate them for sacrificing time away from their families to ensure that we can continue riding safely.

Went to the location on Stuebner Airline and Louetta in Houston. The service and attention to details at this location was outstanding. I have been to others but for now this one will keep me coming.

I had a terrible experience. First off you have to I drive in garage which I knew about but Kenny was so annoyed and short with me giving me directions to drive in,as if i do that all the time. Then,the one guy Kenny was upset bc he asked me if I wanted other services. I was on my lunch so I only needed oil change and let them know no thank you just oil change. Kenny said to other tech" it's one of those days",everyone in a hurry and declining other services..then asked if I could use coupon and he rolled his eyes and said I guess or something to that effect. I felt very uncomfortable with whole service,he would get upset if I didn't hear him,even though there's a busy street behind and it's a stupid reason to be upset with anyone anyway. Kenny was unprofessional talking about me or other customers in front of me.I will no longer me going to any Take 5's.

Very friendly and helpful! All three of the guys did a great job changing my oil, replacing my air filter, and wipers. They even fixed a problem with my back wiper so it works again! Highly recommend this location!

Technician failed my inspection because their OBD scanner was not working and charged me for it when they are not supposed to charge me for failed inspections. I too my truck to ford and autozone and they said nothing was wrong with my OBD port. I took my car to another inspection and they said there was nothing wrong and passed me.What pissed me off -I went back here to ask them if they can try to rescan, the guy who came and spoke with me got out of a hot boxed vaped car and said that if the machine is broke its the states fault and they cannot refund me and refused to help with a refund or rescan my truck to see if the system would communicate.I called the corporate office which just goes straight to voicemail. I will be calling DPS and letting them know along with disputing the charge with my credit card.

Tech unable to provide a refund for a rear wiper. Mgr will provide after his days off. Called CS...NA so left a VM. 4 days of calls or messages. Rtn 2 Shop, no mgr. until 4 days later....Shop tech says CS 2 refund. Phone rep says shop provides refund. Will have to wait the 4 days to meet the mgr.

This location Louetta in Spring Texas, went above and beyond to correct an issue another location caused. Wrong coolant used in my VW and 3 weeks later I find out due to my coolant being low again and seeing it s was the wrong color. They did several flushes and got the correct coolant and gave me their contact information in case I had any other issues with it. I really appreciate this kind of service. I had my oil changed Friday, October 20th in the morning and all 3 guys who helped me were just great. Friendly and professional! I suck with names and didn't write them down unfortunately. But everyone on shift last Friday morning was awesome.

I just really appreciate the workers here lately! Stopped by because I thought I needed an oil change when I didn't. They checked everything anyway, filled up my tires, cleaned my windows and sent me on my way. Good guys!

Paulino greeted me with a bottle of cold water and guided me into the bay. He was very helpful and polite and I feel went above and beyond. His manager, however, seemed to almost be heckling him and reprimanded him for something right in front of me. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. Just because you re in management does not give you the right to treat employees as lesser than . Again Paulino provided excellent service!Services: Tires, Oil change

Went there on Saturday to do a state inspection - no cars were in any bay and the staff came out and said they only do state inspections on Monday. Just went there now - said they weren't doing them today. I told them (it was the same guy) they told me to come on Monday and all he did was shrug his shoulders and walk away. Again this time - there were no cars in any of the bays.

At 8:30 AM there is only one person changing oil I believe was close in 45 minutes before my oil was changed, the person on duty did not know how to reset my change oil light on my dashboard, the employee was extremely nice and courteous just understaffed.
