The store manager always greets the customers with a smile and a cold bottle of water in his hand very friendly and approachable. I absolutely love coming to this store!! The staff is friendly and helpful.

Take 5 put in a damaged oil filter on my car and didn't put it in correctly. By day 2 all the oil was on the concrete in my neighborhood and they are trying not to take responsibility. Please don't take a risk with this company, my engine could have blown up on the way home and would have if I didn't find this problem in time. Also the store manger has 0 professionalism and is lacking responsibility for not catching this while it was happening, as he was there during my oil change.

I have my mixed feelings about this place. I can promise you it s not really 5 min so the name of their place is a total lie and they should probably change the name. I m currently in line right now on a Sunday afternoon and they have 2 workers here and I ve been waiting in line for 20 min now y all !!!

I had been to 3 different locations the same day before this one with similar responses for me just to get a state inspection of that their machine was broken, the person is off for the day and one was just rude about wait time that I did not ask. I m so glad how nice and well received I was at this location. For a two man crew they were lined up with cars and were extremely nice from start to finish. I will definitely be returning to this location thank you Diondre!!!

Diondre performed my fleet oil change on my work truck and provided excellent customer service and an amazing job. Never have gotten that good of a service at other locations. We will be bringing our fleet vehicles to this location from now on. Thanks so much!!

Edited to the owners response: No thank you, you will never get my business again.This is got to be the longest that I've ever waited for an oil change. I've never been to a Take 5 oil change place before, but I didn't know that it meant take 5 hours I thought it was like 5 minutes. With only 1 person in front of me in the line, I was there from 4 o'clock to about 6 o'clock. I give them 2 stars cause I guess the oil change was good. It's not leaking or anything like that. And I saw that they put in the correct oil so that gives them 2 stars, but as far as the wait, it was awful. And there's nothing you can do about it. You're just sitting there trapped in your car staring at your phone. Watching them walk back-and-forth wondering what the heck they're doing walking back-and-forth. And why can't they change your oil faster??? I actually tried them because of all the good reviews. Worst experience ever will never, ever go back.

Take 5 Oil Change very friendly and nice Manager Mr. Diondre McNeil and his employees. I been going there for some years. And I have never had a problem with the service. I love the service that they provide and they definitely gets the job done. So keep up the good work guys at Take 5 Oil Change.

Went in of an oil change and Derrick took excellent care of me. He gave me a cold bottle of water, checked all my fluids, cleaned my windshield, and even said that they could give my car an inspection. I will definitely be going back!

I came to this location yesterday for a state inspection and was highly dissatisfied with the service!!! First, please know that I have come to this location MANY times and have always appreciated the customer service, but yesterday was a different story! I had personally had a very difficult day, and I could tell that the employees were also stressed (likely due to all the people like myself getting their cars inspected on the last day of the month). I waited patiently for about an hour, knowing it was my fault for waiting until the last day of the month, but creeping up on being late to get my kids from daycare. I was zoned out and didn t realize that the employee was setting me up for an oil change (I guess emptied my oil and everything). It wasn t until after he emptied the oil that that he asked me which oil service I wanted and I told him I was there for an inspection. He had the gall to get pissed off and try to blame me and say you even saw me go under your car . First, I m not car-savvy and had no idea what he was doing. Second, it s not my job to make sure you re doing your job correctly. Yet, I m the kind of person that it took everything in me to not profusely apologize! I did feel bad for the extra work and wasted oil after all. After all that, he very rudely informed me that I had failed my inspection due to my tires. The failed result may have been justified, but the rude delivery was unnecessary.Needless to say, I will be getting my tires replaced and taking my car elsewhere for future inspection and service.

I have been going to the take five location on FM 2920 and Kuykendahl for several years now. They are always very kind, helpful and professional and take the best care of my vehicle and me. It's very convenient and I will continue to trust them with my car care.

The manager of this location is well versed in what he does and has had good answers to my questions. I have been using this location for over 3years and have had great service done quickly but not rushed or careless. This is my go to place for any service they offer.

I always go to Take 5 on FM 2920 when I need my inspections done. The manager, Diondre, is wonderful and always remembers us. Very courteous and friendly! They never fail to offer a bottle of water. He does a great job!

Had the oil changed in my 2003 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon at the Take 5 Oil Change located in Spring on FM 2920 just West of Kuykendall Rd recently. As always, the staff did an excellent job and was very thorough and friendly. Go see the great crew at this Take 5 Oil Change location!

I usually don't do reviews but I felt compelled to with these guys!Each tech was professional and proficient, they worked together as one unit and it was quite refreshing to see/hear their work and call outs as they completed each serviceThe service was TOP TIER,not only did they change my oil but they also went out of their way to check my air filter, coolant, filled up my washer fluid, asked about my wiper blades and cabin filter, cleaned my windshield and aired up all of my tiresI was shown the condition of my current air filter and and cabin filter vs what a new one looked like and Collier explained to me what each one's function did and that made it easy to make the decision to replace them because mine were like the replacements ugly step sisterI didn't get each techs name but like I said, all of them showed tremendous customer service and I highly recommend this location, they do it right and they do it fast. I was discounted on my total as well, just an overall positive experience with themThese guys are BADASS!!!

Great customer service, my check engine light was on. It was 5 minutes until closing. And they were more then willing to assist me.The technician was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The manager is always very friendly and goes above and beyond to help. I greatly appreciate them and will always go for my cars needs...Thanks so much

I arrived on time for my 1:00 appt and was told the appointment times are more for the evening not the afternoon. They said would fit me in. Finally at 1:40 after I pointed out the car they were working on arrived after I did, they pulled my car in and started my oil change. They offered no discount for my nearly 1 hour wait. A little over an hour after my scheduled appointment time, my 10 minute oil change was completed.

I was truly disappointed after speaking with that store manager of the store. He could care less and it was completely uncalled for.
