Definitely the best experience I have had when getting an oil change! Khalif was very friendly and made the experience a good one. Lee and Xavier were quick and efficient in getting my service done which was awesome as I had my toddler with me.Will definitely be back!

Reached out several times when I left on 2/16.. no one has called me back yet. Car immediately started running hot about 30 min in to my drive. I had a coolant change done and the hose was not secured back on to the coolant reservoir. AAA advised that I not drive it because it was out of coolant. Again left messages with the call center and no one has called me back. This could have caused major damage had I not known. I had to pay for tow.. new coolant and for someone to attach the hose. My ask is that I be refunded for my services.

Top tier experience with friendly customer service. They aided me with the proper service and fair price points. 10/10 would recommend. Khalif was very knowledgeable and nice. Give the guy a raise.

This was the most inconvenient experience I ve had in a while. First, when I arrived the guy told me they couldn t do a state inspection till 3. I was not going to be able to come back several hours later so I opted for the oil change only. After the process started I was told that they didn t have my engine filter in stock and would have to order it. He told me it would take 1-2 weeks to get it in. So not only were they not able to complete all the services I needed, but now I have to come back for the filter. Needless to say, other than for the filter I paid for, I won t be back. Oh and the huge belch the guy let out was the cherry on top of the whole experience.

Lee and Xavier were very professional. They checked my car and offered the services that I needed and the pricing was not bad at all for what I needed. I appreciate their kindness and help. My car felt like it was running better as soon as I drove off because I needed an oil change badly. I'm glad I stopped at their location. Thanks guys!!

I've always had a good experience at this location. The staff is friendly with becoming inefficient. They have multiple additional products to offer and upsell, but they always stay within the boundaries of useful recommendations and I never feel pushed by a hard sell. I've had multiple family vehicles serviced here and never had a quality issue from them.

I always go to this Take 5, but the guys working this day were exceptional! I went for just an oil change, but Khalif noticed my tire pressure light was on as he was updating my maintenance indicator light in my car (which sometimes they don t do and I have to figure it out) and went ahead and put air in all my tires without me even having to ask. He also washed my windshield. It was a great feeling to have that service without me having to ask. Xavier and Khalif were wonderful!

The guy doing all the work by himself got us in and out. I m just disappointed in the company because they force a better oil change. 3 different cars ranging in vehicle size all the same price(over 100$). Went in for economy and got told every time I would need a different oil change. May as well take off the economy oil change if you never let the customer get that service.

Took care in to get oil change and inspection. Tech said I didn't need a change oil and filter clean and didn't want to take my money. And he still checked and filled the liguids...awesome customer service

The worst experience I ve had at Take 5. I didn t even get my oil changed.The person who was supposed to be helping me was very oddly walking around dancing to inappropriate music, eating, and laughing with his co-worker. He said I needed my coolant flushed that I literally had done the day before.I ended up leaving because he made me so very uncomfortable. I tried many times reaching out to corporate to no avail. I leave messages but no one returns my call.

We came for an oil change and a state inspection, Manager Devon and Bert did an exceptional job! Not only did they finish the job in under 15 minutes; they were kind and professional the entire time. My experience here has been like no other. Thank you both for your service today.

The store should be ashamed of setting up their employees for failure. Three bays of cars full, and at least two waiting and only one employee to offer service. One word. shameful.The employee on the other hand was efficient, professional and as friendly as time allowed. He is the only reason the store doesn't receive a lower ranking.

Got there less than an hour before closing. I was third in line. I watched as the employee took time to still explain the process to the customers in front of me, as he did with me.Great attitude, and very professional! He was alone but did everything I could expect! I will be back!

Under staffed. The tech was frustrated and cussing out loud. No personal customer service that I m used to. Rude to the lady in the vehicle next to me. Took 45 minutes usually takes 15-20. Didn t check my air filter. I ll be back because this is one time it of many but that was almost comical.

One of your employees tried to tell me that my coolant was low. I refused that service. When I got home the coolant level was a little down. I added coolant, about 2 cups. I can only expect that he was trying to upsell me.

There was one car in front of me when I arrived. Staff must have been short because they did not open a second bay even though there were 3 cars waiting by the time my oil change started.During the oil change the attendant tried to sell me on a new air filter. I refused because the current filter did not need changing. He was rudely persistent.After I departed the car began to run rough and the check engine light came on. I discovered that the air filter cover was not put back on correctly. I fixed it and the car returned to working normally.

I had a great experience here.The techs that helped me were Ben and Lee. They both were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating from start to finish. They were also fast and efficient.Ben was awesome, eager to help, and took his time to explain things to me.Lee seemed to be very knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in good hands.So I recommend this place, especially if these 2 guys are there to work on your vehicle.

The service was great! The technicians were friendly and it was quick. It is a drive through service and you stay in your car! However, even with the temperature being 100 degrees plus they worked fast and explained each and every step in their process, It was their prognosis led me to get my tire replaced at Discount Tire! Thank you guys!!!!!

I didn't get the same level of service as the 1st time I went there. This was due in a major part to the tech being there alone. He was over worked and his new hire didn't show for work. That being said, he did a good job all things concidered.

Rip off city. Wanted to charge me $100 for an oil change!!! I thought that was ridiculous so I went to Rainwater auto and car wash for half the price for an oil change. $52. Much more reasonable. Take 5 tried to convince me that I needed all of this premium la-ti-da oil for my 2011 Mazda I've always got below premium oil as my car aged and never had a problem. Take 5, take your money

I've never had an issue coming here. The employees are super nice and knowledgeable, they don't try and haggle for more money. Best part is, you don't have to sit in a waiting room for an hour, it's quick and easy.
