I went here for a car inspection yesterday and it didn t take long at all. The experience here was great, and the staff working there at the time, kept it very professional too. I was out of there within 15 to 20 minutes of my arrival. So yes, I totally recommend this company. Give them a try, and from my experience, you won t be disappointed .

These people are trash. They stole things from inside of my vehicle. After dropping my vehicle off for a simple oil change. They called me hours later, saying that my vehicle would not start and that they replaced my starter With a $650 invoice without asking for my permission. I was extremely pissed so i brought a mechanic with me to take a look and they did not even change the starter. This place is a scam. I wish I would have read previous reviews before trusting these scum bags.

I went in for an oil change but the service was so great. From Amy at the front desk to the person who did the oil change, all were delightful and professional. I will definitely go hack for any repairs.

I took a chance on a new auto shop & to my surprised I found, a Very friendly staff & very humbling .. it s a great feeling knowing u can bring your vehicle to a shop and the mechanics will truly fix & find ways to make sure you re driving safely. They have gained a new customer most definitely thanks again Sun Auto

Updated: they re ok, I ll switch to a new location cause my last experience wasn t how it has been in the past.I stopped in one day as I always pass by and my tire was losing air, the 2 gentlemen were so helpful and I told them I d be back.When I went back they remembered me and remembered my issue. They patched my tire for free, and they were quick.The slowest part was them trying to find why it was losing air.I ll be going here for all my auto needs going forward.They didn t try making me feel like I m a dumb lady, they truly took care of me and didn t try selling me things I didn t need.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I brought my car in for an oil change on February 9th and as I was leaving smelled a strong burning smell which isn t normal. I stopped by Take 5 on the way home and they informed me that the oil cap was off and the oil was spewing everywhere. I returned back to Sun auto and they didn t even act concerned nor would they give me my money back. They told me next time I come in i could get a free oil change what makes y all think I want to come back here after this. Also I had gotten new tires from discount tire the same day and the Technician Herbert told me that they should have put the two new tires on the front which is not true..if you know anything about tires you should know new tires always go on the back. I do NOT recommend this place at all and I will NOT be back.

I have been using Sun Auto (Spring - Cypress location) for four or five years. Highly competent crew, they started put doing inspections and oil changes. T hey have done several repair jobs for me. They have always done a good job and within the price range quoted.

Made an appointment for a state inspection and when I arrived I was pleasantly greeted and they started on my vehicle right away. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great job!

Great customer service from Elias at front desk, poor mechanical service overall considering the issue wasn't fixed.Got lower control arms were replaced, with an alignment, came back a day for new tires and the issue worse. The informed me that it could be due to a fallen balancing weight on the rim, came back again to get rebalanced. Waited about 1hr and a half, the tire tech explained how 3/4 were off balance. Which doesn't make sense if he did it the day before supposedly, once done the 2nd time I drove it straight home trusting him. Just to come find the day later 13/ 20 lugs were loose, one completely came off once I went check them. I understand they need to be tighten after a removal but that's what I paid them for.... 2 months later and $2,000 later the issue is somewhat worse than before.I was willing to pay for all repairs need but they only mentioned the control arms and tires, so they can't say it was due to other mechanical failures because they assured me it was properly diagnosed.I wouldn't go back.

careful while trying this shop, the team seems instructed not to deliver their actual high prices once asked. I received a coupon in the mail for 50% off their oil changes, asked in advance what were their prices and received very confusing answers and a range of prices with hundred excuses on what could may make prices vary, never the actual price, really weird. Once at the shop and asked the price again they said $53 but at the moment of paying the actual price turned into $99.99 for a small car and magically after my coupon, the one I never showed. Their lack of proper communication on pricing was amazing, I can get that same price or even less somewhere else closer home, if this is for an oil change who knows what they do with major repairs, hate dishonesty, never again, good luck

These scam artist thieves charged me for over $500 worth the services that they did not do. My car pulled in running a charged me over $2000 to replace a hose. Then said that the car wouldn t start. They had it for over three weeks trying to figure out why it wouldn t start. I ended up having my mechanic taking it to his shop and turns out that they Stole the Cadillac converter off of my vehicle, and the starter was unplugged was the reason I was unable to start my vehicle . They unplugged my starter, so I wouldn t be able to turn the vehicle on to realize that the Cadillac converter had been stolen. I m debating on suing them or not at the moment. This place is ridiculous.

My wipers were not working. Went to the Fred Hass Toyota Country on 249 and Spring Cypress where I had just got the vehicle serviced and windshield replaced. I believe they messed the wipers. First, they made me wait for 25 minutes. The service rep said it would cost $160 for diagnostics and extra for whatever they may have to do. I told the problem might have been caused by them and they had not even bothered to check when they finished service last time. He appeared unwilling to help and accept responsibility. He just seemed to be ready to rip me off. Been a customer there for last 4 years and I am sure they have unnecessarily charged me couple of times. I said no and went to Sun Auto Service on Spring Cypress by the Railway track. They checked it and said it was a very minor thing. Didn't even charge me for fixing. It took less than 15 minutes. The folks were very good and honest. They won a new customer. I am ditching Fred Hass Toyota Country for Sun Auto Service. Thanks SUN AUTO SERVICE.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my wife s minivan in for tire/wheel issues and was amazed at how well were treated by Lee and his staff. Showed up without much time to spare before a trip out of town. One of Lee s guys was walking out to take his lunch and he came back to address our van right away.Lee is clear speaking, trustworthy, transparent and very friendly. Having to pay any car service or repair is unpleasant at best, but Lee and his team give me the satisfaction of knowing I m paying a fair price for exceptional service performed by a great group of people.The last thing I want to do is spend more money on car repairs, but if I have to, I m glad to know there s a guy like Lee out there to help.

It was always difficult for me to trust when faced with car problems until I found Lee at Sun Auto on Spring Cypress. After my initial repair, which was extensive, I will and have continued to use Sun Auto as I find them fair, honest and most helpful.
