I took my 24 year old Jeep in to Ripley's for a major tune up and overall check up. It was my Dad's Jeep so it means a lot to me to keep it in good shape. They did a ton of work, including changing out old gaskets, hoses, spark plugs, filters, fluids, fixed the headlights, etc. Super happy with the work. They are always very professional and fair with pricing. No wonder I have been a client of theirs for 40+ years.

Ripley's did a rear brake job on my Tundra. I am very pleased with the results and the professionalism of the staff. Additionally they got the repair done more quickly than I ve ever experienced from other shops and dealer. Thanks Ripley s.

Ripley and his team are incredible. I was essentially told by another mechanic my car is unsalvageable. (I have an old VW with lots of miles on it been having lots of issues) but after taking it to his shop its runs great and no longer giving me issues. I am beyond grateful. Also they follow up and ask how everything is more than once, they really care about the customers. And as a person Ive known Ripley for years I can attest he is truly a great honest down to earth man.

Had a great experience here with Mark and the team helping me figure out a custom exhaust piping fix for my Camaro. They were very efficient, communication was great, and even followed up with me to let me know about an issue with my tires that was a safety concern! Love this place and will be back without a doubt in the future. I own a small business and always stress the importance of great customer service. My '23 Titan sounds fantastic with the Flowmaster Super 50 installed! Exactly how I wanted it to sound. Everything was quick and easy and I worked from the lobby while I waited. I got a cheaper quote from another place but it was pretty sketchy and I felt much more comfortable with Ripley's working on my truck.

Went in for an exhaust modification. Pricing was reasonable for the quality of work received. Work was completed quickly and to the level I expected. Hard to find quality exhaust guys, as it is a hand-crafted skill. I will be taking my future vehicles here for modifications.

Had a problem with my AC not working im my 2019 Ford Fiesta. They found the issue and repaired it. Ive had vehicles in here in the past and Ripley s has always done a good job with diagnosing and fixing the problems in a prompt and professional manner. Reasonable prices and good mechanics!

Very thorough- my car needed so many things. They made recommendations and were competitively priced. I estimated that I saved at least $750 going to Ripley s compared to a national franchise just down the road.

Awesome service !! Car was repaired in 2 days . Had taken it to 2 other repair shops with no success. Ripley s fixed it in 2 days and the cost was way less than expected. Ripleys was recommended and I was not disappointed. Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy on a component I know nothing about, the catalytic converter. Customer service and interest in explaining the why of my problem and required aftercare was outstanding. I would highly recommend Ripleys for repairs.

Our third time (and hopefully the last) getting our son s 2007 4Runner repaired and it runs like new! The guys at Ripley s, especially Mark, are all extremely professional and friendly, and the way they provide their scope of work via email is super easy. The only suggestion I would have is that they reword their fee to maybe read shop fee so the customers can better understand that the charge goes to overhead items. Otherwise, I ll never use anyone else! Thank you guys!

Went to Ripley's on Radford, Spring, on 11/9/2023 at 8:00am for an exhaust job. They installed a new flex pipe and I was out of the Shop by 8:45am (a total wait of only 45 minutes). Impressive! The job was professional, and I was charged a fraction of what I had been charged at a different shop on a different day for a similar job. I highly recommend this Shop.

Went to get our 2015 sentra brake fluid flushed. They were quick and efficient. Good pricing as well. Will be the first place we look into if anything else needs done on our vehicles.

Mark and his guys did a great job installing a new Super 44 Flowmaster on my GMC wanted something with a more aggressive sound the my previous exhaust Mark had several suggestions and I think they did an excellent job . Been doing business with them at there other shop on 1960 and had no idea there was 1 off of Radford. Thanks guys for the Great work y'all do.

Always appreciate the care and service from Ripley s total car care! I had my breaks and rotors repaired by them a little over a month ago, and could not be happier with my comfort and control at stops now. Quality price at high quality work, take your vehicle to them today!If you re closer to I45 and the woodlands, check out the Sawdust location as well! Recently visited them, and they helped me diagnose and get my girlfriend vehicle back on the road with ease at my mind. Both location are operated great!

I had my catalytic converters stolen (cut) from my truck.... I was referred to Ripley's and they were great! Thru a local dealer I would be waiting at least 2 weeks for parts, but Sam and the team at Ripley's had my exhaust system back together and truck back on the road in days!Awesome job!!!Service: Auto exhaust system replacement
