Our go-to place for any car problems. You can always count on Ray and Randy to be honest and fair. Thir recommendations are always in the customers best interests, even if it means sending the customer somewhere else. Highly recommended.

Honest, reliable, trustworthy, fast, reasonably priced full-service auto shop. Family business. Treat me like family. Been going to Ray s so many years that I don t remember (10+) since a friend at the office told me they were the folks he trusted in Spring with his car.#1, you can trust Ray & Randy! Their honesty is the main thing for me. And they are open on Saturdays until 3 pm. Tires, Oil change, Hoses, A/C service & repair, Radiator service, Check engine light, Battery, Alternator, Brakes - even Engine Replacement... I m very glad I can rely on Ray & Randy!I ve gone to Ray a few times after other shops had recommended work needed to be done, & Ray has told me that no such work was needed. If I can get the work done on a Mon-Fri til 6 pm or a Sat before 3 pm, I m taking my family s cars to Ray s !I ve got 263,000 miles on my 2004 Explorer thanks to Ray & Randy! And around 150,000 - 175,000 on 2 other family cars that were still going strong until my kids decided they wanted to drive newer cars...

Ray's Tire & Auto is awesome! I've been going there for over 20 years. I needed an emergency brake job this morning to keep me from having to reschedule a trip and they got me in and out quickly for a reasonable price.

Ray is a great, honest guy. I came in needing my alternator replaced. I brought the part from auto zone and they switched it out for me. Cheap, quick and easy. He didn't come back with a list of things wrong with my car, trying to get me to spend hundreds more, or tell me how surprising it was that I even made it to his shop (I've heard that before). He was honest. He did what needed to be done and didn't push or try and get me to do anything more. It was splendid. Ray is fantastic.

Ray's is a great repair shop. Having used them for almost 10 years. Treat everybody like family. Last week one of my vendors drove into Houston from Colorado. Ray did a brake job for him and an oil change in a couple of hours. Then my friend was able to make an appointment in Austin later that evening.

I've used Ray's for years. They are honest. It's a good old fashion garage that can fix most anything. They stand behind their work and they don't rip off single women. I can't recommend them enough.

First of all, this place is the best. I came in yesterday afternoon (rush hour)They helped out even though I came in at the last hour. Ray is a wonderful guy, honest and a professional. I've always taken my car to Firestone and always been skeptical when it comes to trying other mechanic shops for my Acura. In the end, Firestone is nothing close to this shop. I am beyond satisfied and will definitely be coming back here if I ever need to!

My Grandpa was a mechanic all his life, and he brought his cars here when he got too old to work on them himself, and I have been bringing my cars here as well when it is something beyond my shade tree capabilities. They are very fair priced and trustworthy. GREAT SHOP!

While waiting for my flat tire get fixed, there was this man waiting for his brake pads to be assessed. Turned out he needs new ones. Ray, the owner himself called up auto shops for a quote on behalf of this customer. That alone tells you what kind of service they offer. Anyway, got my flat tire fixed in less than 20 minutes. Excellent service!

Randy and Ray offer the best auto mechanic service that i have experienced in my lifetime. Very friendly, quick service, and you can always trust them to make a good repair and only good repairs. Very trustworthy family owned business, I hope they never close!

I've always been nervous about getting ripped off when taking my car in for repairs - I worry that I'll be over charged, the work will be shoddy or it will take forever. I took a chance after a friend recommended Ray's and I couldn't be happier. Not only did I receive quality work at a great price, the turn-around was lightening fast! I had my car towed there Thursday afternoon and it was ready to pick up Friday morning.So happy to be back on the road with a quality repair that didn't break the bank.Thanks Ray! I'll be telling my friends about you.

Small shop off Louetta. Great service with Ray and his team. They worked on my car until they found the problem. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The prices were reasonable and I really enjoyed getting to know the mechanics.

We found Ray on the BBB Web site, based on their lack of complaints. We can see why. Ray is a "good old boy" who tells it like it is, has lots of opinions and tells you about them, even when he thinks you DON'T need a repair. I'm usually surprised by how small the bill is. It's a great mom and pop business where they treat you right. I recommend Ray to all my friends. Several of them have gone there, and have been equally happy.

Nothing about auto repair is cheap these days! Ray's, however, has always dealt straight up and has always done a great job for us.

Just moved to Houston and my truck broke down was referred to Ray's. They are honest and up front from the beginning, something hard to come by in the automotive industry. Ray walked me through the quote and explained the prices on every part and the labor. Family run business with hard working people. Ill be taking all my vehicles to them from now on.

Small family owned shop, tried them to change our rims on a Nissan, not very competent. Up charged 33% on the bill Ray and I agreed and shook on prior to starting work. They got it done in a pinch, but took oversight on my part and there's always a steeper price to pay for some the smaller shops. I will not go back to those who do stand behind their word.

I have used Ray's on several occasions for auto repairs. They do a great job at a reasonable price. I have an innate distrust of auto repair shops, but Ray's has proven to be very honest and reputable.

Who likes it when their car breakdown or needs mayor service? Yeah, I didn't think so. But at Ray's they will take care of your car and at a very low price.
