These people were really helpful with my car. They don t try to sell you on things you don t need also. I was moving across country (driving to the west coast) and needed my car ready to go and safe to drive. They inspected the oil and engine and got me to the west coast safely!Would highly recommend. I ve been to a lot of auto shops in the spring area and none of them come close to this one. Especially with their transparency of pricing.

Not good . Place is almost always broken down. Once I had to drive myself through the car wash. They said just go slow. Also they are a supposed to dry and go but most often waited out there for the dryer person and just drove off. I started the monthly program and about 2 weeks in I cancelled it and didn t even use the last 2 weeks. Wasn t worth it. I do NOT recommend

Came here about 6 months ago and it was great. However, something clearly has changed. Just got home from there and noticed barely anything was clean inside my car. I paid almost $60 and will not be returning. I don t have time to bring it back up there but am very disappointed. Was told the interior of my car would be cleaned wiped down.. you know, normal stuff. Nope.Service: Auto detailing

Very disappointed with the quality of work. I paid for a $25 wash that was supposed to include vacuuming, interior cleaning, fragrance, etc. They rushed through the wash due to machines not properly working. I got into my vehicle the front and back seats were not cleaned. The carpet in the vehicle wasn t vacuumed. Don t waste your money on their poor efforts. Used to be a decent place but I will never go back.

So outside of being insulted by management the car detailing experience was mediocre and incompetent as well as incomplete, no vacuuming was done or screen and storage compartment cleaning. The 2 young gentleman that finished my vehicle were kind and did their best so they received a tip not because of impressive service but because of their attitude. The manager noted my appearance and tattoos and ask if I wanted a job grabbed a detailing list paper from my hand and walked off snobbishly. The establishment has potential to be great but as of now is unsatisfactory .. I will not be returning

Car wash side is amazing, auto care side use to be amazing. The young shift manager there before was extremely helpful and professional. I have not seen him I. The past 3 or four visits not sure if he is still there. The newer shift manager is constantly up.selling and not being up front with information or as detailed as previous office managers. Taking 1 star away from my previous s ore.

I took my car in for a full detail job along with a ceramic coating and it came out beautifully! Thank you to Jaime and everyone who assisted! He said he took his time on it and the results show. I will definitely keep coming back!

Don t waste your time or money. Husband took my car in for detailing yesterday. Just got in my car since it was detailed and aside from the slick oil quick once over up front, so many areas were neglected for the $100 paid. So, looks like Management gets to deal with me now. Pathetic.

Do not take your vehicle to the Spring Cypress location. We've had a couple of 15 point check oil changes in the past few months and this last oil change this past Sunday was our last. We had a vehicle malfunction warning appear on the dash and took it to a mechanic. The cabin air filter was damaged and not flowing correctly from it not being placed correctly at our first oil change with them. This was not addressed at our Sunday visit along with the fact that the air filter was very dirty. Everything on the receipt said it was checked and okay but nothing was checked! The PSI was wrong, air filters weren't even looked at and the employee was asleep in the waiting room when we arrived. Management offered a discount at our next service but why would someone want to return to a facility that doesn't properly perform what's being paid for. I expressed that these items could cause serious damage when ignored but he didn't seem concerned.

We have always had great experiences here. We get our oil changes here, and it has more recently become our go-to spot when we need a full service wash. The oil change crew is always very polite, talkative, but professional. They are not pushy, one of the few oil change spots that have actually shown me/recommended me, a filter that really did need changing.On the car wash side: I don't know exactly what it is, but a combination of the wash product they use and the crew that finishes the car out just seem superior to the other full service places we have been. The interior and exterior consistently come out looking great! We have black cars too, it really brings out the finish perfect and they don't miss the license plate corners, or the dirt in the car lettering, as well as the the wheel spokes (my pet peeves ). We have four different vehicles that are serviced there, so our sampling size of their service has been pretty big. Chances are your experience will be great too!

Took my vehicle for and oil change. I asked the guy if he said he put windshield wiper fluid, he said yes but he actually did not. I received a free car wash with the oild change service but I was told to come back later bc the wash was down. Came back 6 hrs later and the car wash was still down. The lady said I couldn't get the hand wash bc it was extra $$ but didn't ask if I wanted to pay more and told me to come back another day when the car wash drive thru was working. Never going back to this location again. The worst service. 2 stars bc at least they changed my oil.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My car needed extremely deep cleaning so I paid $170 to get most things done. Over two hours later (despite there not being a line and it being a sunny day so they should be fully staffed), I finally got my car back. From the outside it was gleaming so I swallowed my annoyance and started the drive home. While driving and my dash caught the sunlight though, I saw that the entire dash was still covered in dust, dirt, and sand. The glue (that can be removed by rubbing with as little as soap and water) left from my phone mounting device was completely untouched. The insides of the door still had sunscreen. The picture with the red marks shows the splattered dead bugs that remain under the stickers. A dead bug was also still inside next to the dash. When I came back fuming, they apologized and took another 20 minutes to clean it 'properly'. Even after their second go-around, dust was still at the front of my dash and to make sure it could come off, I wiped it off myself- they just never bothered. I will never go back and discourage anyone from starting.

Will not be taking my car back here unfortunately. Took it in for an oil change and due to the mechanic responsible not putting the oil fill cap back on, it has been a disappointing chain of events. Oil getting into the engine bay, subframe, exhaust and to the rear of the car - per new mechanic s inspection.For safety, we decided to take the car to the closest dealership for my car s make to inspect it and recommend repairs. Of course due to the aforementioned situation, we were skeptical and reluctant to take it back here for repairs.We have since have had rude, unprofessional customer service, pay for another oil change and labor costs to clean the damage caused from oil spilling which could have been prevented from putting the oil cap back on - an error admitted by one of the managers and later confirmed during new mechanic s inspection.

The exterior looks good - but the interior cleaning was lacking. They did not really Vacuum the car, still seeing a lot of debris on the carpets and mid-console so it just feels like you re only paying for an exterior wash.

Do not ever bring your car here.Ok....Are y'all ready for a story? I would give zero stars if it were possible, please pay attention.To illustrate the amount of adversity and chaos this company is imposing onto me and my family, I am actually seeking legal consultation for some sort of advice and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Yeah, I'm jaded.I brought my car to this mechanic shop so that I could get an oil change and they messed it up. I took my car on a road trip minutes after I received their services. While I was in between Spring,TX and Austin,TX , my car began to smoke.I had to call for a tow and get my vehicle taken into the dealership of my respective car brand. So, with that being said, my vehicle is now in a different city being repaired, and I had to call Ubers and taxis and even a tow.Obviously, I had to absorb these costs. And what I don't want is to be responsible for paying for the car damages that the dealership will quote me. And no, I also don't want to be reimbursed after I pay the damages because these people have terrible business ethics and have been so difficult to contact.The owners and managers haven't even contacted me and are evading me. Allow me to further illustrate the quality, or lack thereof business ethics.....My father walked in to their business to inform them of the incident. Yes, it was cordial. And they never contacted me. Fast forward two days, still no contact. I go in on a Monday to provide contact information they already have. Still no contact.I call on this day today and I coincidentally happen to be able to speak to someone with some rank. A manager of the managers. A so called "Pam" or something.I tell her what happened and what I want. She says "You should have called." LOL OKSO WHEN IM STRANDED TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO MY DESTINATION, I NEED TO CALL THE SHOP THAT BROKE MY CAR. Like I would have gotten any assistance from them, LOL.Anyways, she hangs up on me (THE AUDACITY) and now I'm out of options. Such is life, and don't EVER. EVER. EVER. COME HERE. Y'all be safe now. The end.

This place is a 50/50 chance of either good service or a good car wash. Today it was decent, everyone look and acted mellow. The car wash was fine, but they need to switch out their rags. The car smells like wet dog, I admittedly had to roll the windows down from the smell. I dont have anytime to get them to re-wipe it. This is a constant battle, I just can't deal with it today.

Went for a quick state inspection at 4:30 PM. The hours state open till 6pm. I was told that I needed to come back at 8am to get it done and that they couldn t do it. Im confused dont they have the same hours as the car wash? If they don t, they need to update their hours. If they do, do the mechanics get paid to stand around and tell people to come back in the morning for the last hour and a half?

charged me $200 to detail my car even though they charge my dad $80, they lost my key several times calling me asking where it was when i left it right where they said to, and kept the car 2 hours longer than they said they would need to clean it, it is very clean but the amount of stress they caused me was not worth it

Careless! Something they used dripped onto my console area and started to bubble up. Of course they took no responsibility and had an attitude of not caring. My car is a 2021 and I kept it in perfect condition, I guess I ll just wash it myself at home. Also the dust you see in the pictures is after the clean, not very thorough.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I would put zero * if there's an option. Avoid go to this store. On August 31/2021. I came in to the store just to get my car washed. As ran through the car wash Machine. My car Driver Side Power Door Mirror broken. I spoke with Jesse store manager. He said he not pay for the damage. It cost me $600 to get a new one. I have asked to speak to store owner.Jesse said the store owner will not speak to anyone.Unreliable services. Unresponsible Store owner. Unfriendly customer service. The service is terrible. Unhappy Manager and employees. I never go to this store again.

It kills me to leave this review after having spent years doing business with this carwash and oil service shop. As per my usual oil service interval, I stopped in for the oil change and car wash. Guys at the oil change place did a great job and handed my truck over to the carwash. When I picked my truck up, the passenger side was riddled with chips clearly freshly made. Mind you, this was new paint just about a year old and looked spectacular. It was not done on the cheap. Having a great relationship with the oil change shop, I had the manager and another well-known employee look at it. They were both very familiar with my truck and how I keep all my vehicles. We all agreed it could not have happened anywhere but the carwash. I sought out the carwash manager who proceeded to argue with me about whether the carwash was responsible. Clearly, I'm not making any progress with him and asked for the owner's info but was refused. The manager took my info and promised the owner would contact me. He never did. My beautiful paint job is wrecked from whatever was stuck to the wash pads in the car wash, and they have never taken any responsibility for it. I'm kicking myself for not hand washing it myself, but they own this problem. Just know you take a huge risk when you turn your car over to these people. My advice, don't!

I only went because I had a referral the car they worked on did not even last a week before more issues came. Never fixed the check engine light that "will" guaranteed would be gone and didn't return my old parts after I asked

We paid for interior and exterior and our car is brand new so not really dirty, we specifically stated we wanted sand our of the car as we had been to the beach the day prior. When we were told our car was ready this is a small example of what we found. We told them it was dirty and they said they were getting someone but never did and we left.

Not impressed! It used to be nice but now it s dirty, ladies at front & in car wash line are unprofessional & not friendly. I paid for the most expensive car wash & they did a bad job. I had to ask them twice to clean the back windshield & finish drying spots. My cup holders were still dirty. Bathroom was out of towels & when I found someone to tell them, they handed me a towel to dry my hands but didn t put towels in bathroom.
