BEST AUTO MECHANIC SHOP IN TOWN !!!My 2008 H2 Hummer broke down with transmissshift issue that the trans break interlocking bushing cable was replaced also a pro full synthetic oil change was done.Efficient service thorough and through, extremely quick service, trustworthy, fairly priced, accommodating and customer friendly.What more could one ask?There are not very many businesses that have it all!I've been taking all my cars to R&E Auto Repairs shop for over 10 years.Never had any complaints,,,they have an Excellent Customer service, knowledgeable mechanics, high quality work Honest and can be trust worthy and I couldn't be happier !Thank you Again Elad and Crew !!!

The brakes in my 2014 Toyota Camry were not performing the best and my usual mechanic shop failed to diagnose the problem. I was recommended to R & E Auto Repair by a family member. The owners and the staff were very knowledgeable, polite and were very quick to solve the issue with reasonable pricing.Highly Recommended

We had some car trouble when we came into town for a wedding. They were able to drive with us to hear the problem and then lifted the car up. Turns out there was a plastic shield that was rubbing on the drive shaft. They promptly removed it and got us back on the road. Couldn't recommend them more!

I felt like family the moment I walked in!!! Elad was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine who has the same foreign high performance vehicles as me and said R&E is definitely the place to go for vehicle maintenance and repair. They looked at my vehicle and shared expertise knowledge as to what is going on and didn't even charge me!I am definitely getting all of my maintenance needs completed here at R&E Auto Repair!!

We took our car to two different dealers that could not figure out what was wrong but still charged us. R&E figured it out. They tightened everything up from the way the car dealer had left it and charged us much less. We haven t had a problem for weeks! Definitely recommend!

Words Can not describe how knowledgeable and what great service they offer!! They worked on my Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011, I had a slow 4x4 transmission leak which just would not stop leaking took it over and theyDiagnosed the issue quickly and got my veichle back the next day despite how hard it was trying to find the part.Thank you so much, and I will for sure be using you guys on any other vehicle issue s/Maintenance that Would occur ! A great hidden gem in Spring! I really appreciate them for working with me. Went in for an oil change and they made sure to be thorough in letting me know anything else my car may need without trying to upsell me. In fact, they worked with my budget and were able to find a coupon for me to make sure my car was in sound condition. They also told me to come back if I notice any problems so they can take care of them.I also found out that they are a woman-owned business! I love it! I ll definitely make these guys my go-to!

I love R & E auto my family has used them a couple of times now and they have NOT disappointed. They communicate with you every step of the way with texts and or phone calls and explain everything before doing any service to your car. The turn around time I was without my car was only 2 days and I had a lot of work done( brakes and rotors- on back and front, tire rotation, and full tune up). the biggest plus is it is owned by a woman! Whooop!!! Highly Recommend and suggest if you want excellent service and good prices. Hands down the best in my opinion on Rayford!

ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!!! Don t even bother with anywhere else. I was being taken advantage of by my last mechanic all year!! He would charge me for brand new parts and replaced the parts in my car with another used part from a junk car!! I was recommended to come here from a friend and I m so glad I did! They were very friendly and explained everything that was wrong with my car and made me aware of what my last mechanic was doing. AND! After looking at my vehicle and realizing the extent of the damages, they could have just billed me and worked on it, But instead they gave me options and didn t charge me to diagnose my vehicle. THEY TREATED ME LIKE I WAS FAMILY!! I sadly do need to get a new car, but when I do. I will NEVER make the mistake in taking it somewhere else ever again. You guys have a forever loyal customer!Thank you guys so much for the kindness you showed me! (Especially when I started crying)

Incredible service, and hospitality! Highly recommend. My Lincoln MKC was slow to turn, so I knew it was either the battery, or alternator. I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic, which they tested for free, and made me aware that it was just the battery, which they not only also changed the battery for free, but also reset the computer information as well! I was very impressed that they would go so far as to help a first time visitor who not any had never been there before, but also gave me their services for free. They really value every person who comes in, and look for relationships over translations. A breath of fresh air! Again, highly recommended

I had a great experience at R&E auto. The work they did work was excellent and great customer service. You really should take your car here if your in need of repairs, they will show you everything that they re doing to your car. The prices are reasonable also.

This is a wonderful place to take your car. They seem to be knowledgeable, immediatly responsive, kind and generous. They took special care explain things to me so I understood. I knew I was in the right hands. Then they quickly help me get on my way. Highly recommend.

What a great experience! Elad provided his expert opinion and thoroughly explained the repair needed and kept me informed on the progress of the repair every step of the way. The repair cost was reasonable.Overall, they are fair, honest, and affordable. I highly recommend R&E services. Hats off to the entire R&E team, keep up the great customer service!

Great and Knowledgeable Shop. They are very honest with your vehicle. I have had it repaired multiple times and they are the ones who was honest. AAA told me it was not the battery but after his success diagnostic it was the battery and already had a warranty so he saved me money instead of making up things like other shops. Please bring them your vehicle for all your needs.

My car engine started making loud noises. Our good friend recommended Elad as a very trust worthy car mechanic and will only recommend fixes that are necessary. I towed my car there, and when Elad looked at it, he said the engine is blown and needed to be replaced (minimum 8-10k). But then he gave me valuable information on how to contact the manufacturer and dealership to get them to fix them under warranty if though my car had passed the 100K mileage. There has been recall on this type of engine in the past years he told me. I have been working with my car dealership for over a month, and they have been working with the manufacture to get my car fix. I was more than thrilled when they called me recently and told me the manufacture is willing to replace my engine at 90% off. Definitely, I couldn't have done this without Elad's help at no charge even though he inspected it and the car was parked there for 2 weeks. He has been an angel to my prayers. God blessed you, Elad!!! You're such a wonderful person.

I saw a recommendation in the nextdoor app for this repair shop.I came in and Elad checked for the problem and in the process he fixed the problem without having to replace anything. He explained things to me and was so kind and sincere. We will be bringing our vehicles here from now on. Elad was a Godsend today for me.

Thank goodness Erin and Rick told me about this automotive shop. The owner and employees are for the customer. This business lets you know via text and email of the progress on your vehicle. No other repair shop I have used in the past has ever done this. They let you know what is wrong with any mechanical part and will fix it. The pricing of the labor and parts is really fair. They are meticulous about making sure all the area of repair is clean and good parts are replaced. I had a transmission replaced and they even handled all the receiving of the rebuilt and shipping of the old transmission. If you want a repair shop that is fair, honest and reasonable R & E is the business you should use. I would give more stars if I could.Rick Welborn

Went to ask if they could replace a burnt lightbulb in order to pass car inspection. I brought the lightbulb. They replaced lightbulb and didn t want to charge for service provided. After asking them to please charge me for service, they did.I am a new customer of R& E Auto Repair!!!

My alternator went out right before Labor day weekend. I didn't expect the car to be repaired the same day I brought it in. A few hours later, I was informed they found the part and got it replaced. I'm very satisfied with the customer service and their work. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely incredible customer service. I had taken my car to a mechanic and they were recommending having my control arms replaced for over $1500. I decided to hold off and take it here under recommendation from family and I was not disappointed. They drove my car around, inspected it, and said nothing was wrong and no service was needed. Absolutely genuine and kind and they have definitely earned my business going forward.

The two gentlemen Elad and George are most honest and helpful. I ve trusted them for years as I ve seen them help so many people, always focusing on getting repairs done correctly and quickly, and at a reasonable price. I changed my tires in discount tire and they broke two wheel bolts. They sent me to R & E auto repair to fix it. Changed my bolts for free. It was fast and wonderful service which I appreciate because I work with the car. Thank you!!
