We were working in the Houston area and looking for a dealership to do maintenance work on our F450. So happy that we picked Planet Quick Lane Service. They fixed a leak we had in the rear tire and rotated our front tires. The price was reasonable and wait time was not bad. It is first come, first serve so you might want to get there early. Thanks for the great customer service.

Honestly, not a great location for timely services. Been taking my car for appointments to many different dealerships for years and this place has consistently been the worst for wait time. It doesn t help that you can t schedule an appointment, but the highlight is that the workers still seem really nice. I m sure it s not their fault, just not sure what the management is doing that makes it run this way. They did try to sell me some extra things but I m generally wary when it comes to this, so maybe they were legitimate issues to get fixed but I always tend to get a second opinion first before agreeing to pay for unexpected services. Overall, I think it s worth it to drive to a farther location unfortunately.

I was very worried about changing my dealership after moving to Spring. I ve always ordered my trucks at one particular dealership and trusted in their service department.I went to Planet Ford quick lane for some past due service and Chance took care of me very well. I had also been looking for some Nitto tires and he had the size I needed in stock, put them on for me quickly and took care of all my questions/needs.Hopefully the main service department is as nice and helpful as Chance was. If so, I ll be ordering my new Tremor here at Planet Ford.

Will never recommend this place. Had I not got the maintenance plan from Ford, I wouldn't come here. 5 hours for an oil change. And other people I now noticed, came in after and left before me for the same thing. Completely mismanaged. However, the employees who work here are nice. A comment left from a woman said. The tires she bought didn'tcome with any warranty & she wasn't told this. Yes, I had to buy one tire, & no they don't tell you no warranty comes with.

Ever since I purchased my car I have been taking it here to get any service/maintenance done without no issues. But today I found a big nail on my tire mind you they aren t cheap tires either. I purchased them at this location in August 2023 and today I called asking about the warranty to see if I could get it replaced. Only to find out that the guy who used to work there CARLOS never put no type of warranty on my tires nor did he ask me about adding one. Because like everything else you purchase automatically comes with at least 1-2 year of warranty right? well not with FORD!!! Also the guy that I spoke with today suggested I d go to Sam s, Costco or even Discount Tire for my issue. So basically you re telling me because of your employees mistake and lack of customer service and communication. You guys can t fix or replace my tire that is not even 6 months old!!! I am very disappointed in the customer service. So if you purchase anything from this location first verify the warranty information with your salesman.

So here we go again, quick lane generally stops taking vehicles at 530 or 6 depending on how they feel that day. Apparently today 2/23/24, they only have 1 tech scheduled after 5pm that can't compete 2 oil changes in 1.5 hrs. Just reconfirm the need to find another service location.

Service there sucks. Tire change and oil change for 3 days with no loaner when that was the deal when getting our Nautilus. Asked for at least a car detail for the inconvenience and just ignored the request. Solution from them was to air up tires and for us to go to discount. Very unprofessional and missed multiple meetings because of it. If we sign for pretty much white glove service then we expect that. This is twice this has happened. When getting the new Nautilus we will most likely go elsewhere just because of the service.

Wish I could give negative stars. Went here to get our oil changed. We told them when we got there that everything was up to date and we ONLY wanted an oil change. They called and started rattling off a list of all the things that "needed to be done". Then the conversation came to an end. Not once did she say a price, nor did she EVER ask if we wanted the services done. When we got back to get our car they told us we had a $900 bill. A bill for services we NEVER approved. A bill we could not pay.They held our car hostage and refused to let us leave. We tried to come up with payment options or some kind of a solution and they were not about to help in any way. They replayed the audio recording of my husband's conversation and because he said the word "ok" in the middle of her rattling things off, that was his "consent" and we owed the money period end of story. The manager and the general manager where both involved. The general manager had to have known they were in the wrong because he became extremely defensive and irritableHe was yelling and it was echoing through the entire building. Probably shouldn't have a job as a manager if you aren't mature enough to have a civilized conversation. It was an absolute joke. Customer service was horrible. I DO NOT recommend going here EVER.

About a week ago I went in for my trucks first 5k. Service advisor was nice. However the young guys that worked on my truck left the interior (leather seats, steering wheel etc) covered in oil. There was also a bunch of residual oil left in the engine compartment on the skid plate. It leaked oil on my drive way and that ticked me off - a quick wipe down would have prevented that. Lastly they didn t top off my windshield wiper fluid - it s showing empty now. 72k 402a Tremor treated like a ford ranger work truck. Not impressed.

I was in and out in 35 minutes. Every time I go to the Quick Lane David Lossow is the representative that takes care of me and as usual he is super polite and efficient. For me its worth my time to use Planet Ford for my regular services.Thanks to all.

Been coming here since I purchased my truck. I went today for oil change and maintenance check and asked Jeremy to check my brakes because my truck shakes when I brake. After 2 hours, he brings me my keys and paperwork and says everything is good, brakes are good and points me out to the exit door. Completely dismissed my concern as to why my truck shakes. It s the second time he s helped me and has been very inattentive and dismissive. Everyone else has always been so helpful and super nice .but not him! I had to leave worried why my truck shakes because he offered no possible explanation nor solution. I left feeling very disappointed with today s experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

So far my experience with the Quick Lane has been a very positive one. I know that Planet Ford and its sister company in Humble get very bad raps. Deservedly so, the dealerships are quite nasty. But at this Quick Lane I've been treated well and fairly. I believe they taken care of my super duty performing the required maintenance that I've asked of them. So I'm going to give them five stars here until they've proven themselves unworthy.

Nothing quick about quick lane. Was told 1hr to 1.5hr at the most. 1.5 is all the time I had to spare so I waited 1.25 hrs and was told it would be another 40 min. Needless to say I had to leave with no service provided. This is the 2nd bad review I have left. Now I wish I would not have bought the service plan from planet ford.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The worse customer service up front you have at this place. On a Sunday at noon, it took the guy 30 min to even take my info and what service I needed. He claimed to have not seen me when I was practically seating in front of him. At the time I went in they were not busy at all to have me wait 30 min to attend to me. But he was not too busy to watch the football game SF v. Ravens. Btw, at other times I have gone in I have been attended less than 3 min and it being very busy at that time.

Today we had an issue with a misunderstanding and the manager on duty was Anthony. Anthony was the most polite and understanding gentleman. He not only was sympathetic but explained exactly what was going on. We appreciate him working with us and being so accommodating. Thank you Anthony. For any and all future issues we will continue business with this location.

I don't know the business structure of dealerships but I was told that Ford, at least locally, have opted to use Quick Lane for oil and tire work to speed the service process along. Understand totally the concept! However, this trip didn't go well from the start. I presented my paperwork that was written up by the dealership to the clerk. He asked me, "What's this? I've never seen this before!" Upon further inspection it seemed the guy at the dealership wrote the order for our work up on a "collision" report? Anyway, $39.95 for "The Works", which is an oil change and tire rotation, is what I was there for. A little over an hour and a half later, the cashier asked for $52.00. "There's an environmental charge for oil disposal." Then advertise it as such...not $39.95! C'mon Man!!

I find myself sitting on the bench outside 3.5 hours after I arrived for a simple oil change and break job. My vehicle still is not ready. I have changed the oil and breaks on many vehicles in my life and in my driveway while doing so. I don't have the lifts and fancy tools that they have, but I could and have completed the same job is less than 1.5 hours.I honestly don't know why they call it quick lube. I also don't know why they don't have multiple people working on each vehicle. I see 5 mechanics or so called mechanics just standing around.Thus is Biggest joke ever. Why is it that you can go to jiffy lube and be in and out in 20 minutes??Quick lube, you really need to work on this.Services: Brake service & repair, Oil change

I waited 2 hours for a basic car wash which was subpar. Someone who came in after me (I had been waiting 1hr 30 mins by this time waited less than 30 mins and got their car before mine. I went up to the desk where 4 people were sitting not busy I stood there 5 mins before I was even acknowledged then Joel asked what do you need? I asked about the customer before me He acted as if he didn't know who I was referring to and he had just helped them. I asked about my car everyone including the manager acted as if I just strolled in off the street and wasn't a customer. I finally got my car and will never be back ever and will tell everyone I know how I was treated. Horrible service!!!

They need to incorporate an appointment system for people that prefer a quick turnaround. The name Quick Lane is not ideal if you have to wait 4-6 hours for an oil change. If you re not there by 6am like it s Black Friday then the wait is horrendous.

David Lossow was the only reason this Spring Quick Lane location got any stars from me. I was the second car here @ 7:05 am, 7cars came and left after me and I had to speak up. I only came for oil change and it took almost 2 hours. It s absolutely unacceptable. I missed my morning meeting because of that. Upon all the bad turn around time, the credit card machine was down and they had to make copies of my driver license and card. I almost want to change it to NO STAR.

My car just rolled over to 100k miles so I went to get an estimate on recommended services. The guy at the counter listed a bunch of things coming to over $1600!!! I decided to get a second opinion and I was told I didn t need ANY of serves they recommended. Quick lane had even said I would need new belts . I have a hybrid . HYBRIDS DONT HAVE BELTS. I will NEVER be returning to Quick lane

I would give this place no stars if possible. This Quick Lane at Planet Ford does all it can to take advantage of people. As I waited for two hours for my oil change I watched numerous times a rep for the Quick Lane talk about some needless repair needed. At one point my rep. came to me explaining that my break fluid needed to be flushed along with my fuel injectors needs to be cleaned. Trusting I said yes no problem. What I should of said was no and let me look this up. As soon as he walked away I looked up the Ford F150 service and Maintenance Schedule to see if this is really needed and that is when I realized I had been scammed. When checking out I spoke with the guy about the issue and he became nervous would not make eye contact. When I said you to him that you said this was a Ford recommendation and that is not true he replied Uh well that is a recommendation made by and he said some obscure name. Truth about his place is they are scammers and take advantage of people. These are the worst kind of humans! I will be returning back to my old place to have work completed on my truck.

The workers are very friendly and helpful. They don't accept appointments, so the wait is very long as they are always very busy. I would prefer to be able to make an appointment when needed, but I will continue to visit when needed.
