Precision Auto has been great! Honest about what the car needs and does quality work. It s not easy to find a mechanic that you can trust. I will be bringing my cars here from now on even though it s a bit of a drive for me. My car is running great!

I went in for some warranty work and left out with a 1800.00 bill for a couple of hoses. I was nickeled and dime all the way to the tune of almost 2000.00 just for my check engine light to be still on. I was in the car business for 10yrs i knew they overcharged me on the labor. I had the same code still on before i spent 1800.00 i all never go back to this place. They are nice but they are some crooks. I have contacted two dealershipsThat said i was overcharged about 600.00 in the labor. They want ever see me again.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Other than not putting my spare back under the truck like I asked, they did an oil change, tire rotation, and mount/ balance quickly. I was in and out within an hour.

Pierre was one of the best people to interact with. Was able to answer any questions such as the status of the repair or how long it would take.The complimentary car wash was a nice surprise that I hadn't expected when I dropped off the car to get repairs done.

When I don't have the time or the needed equipment and tools to do the job myself, this is where I go. David runs a great shop and manages a great group of mechanics. You can trust them to fix what needs fixing and that's it.

Thank you David and Erik for a good vist. While I was there I witnessed several old customers that have been going there for a long time and all seemed to be extremely happy with the service. Who knew this time capsule of a shop still provides good honest service!

Had some parts I bought to repair and upgrade the clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel on an 06 Solstice, the team did a great job. No issues and the team was completely supportive. Diagnosed and topped off the power steering fluid on a non-related issue in the process. I'll definitely be back when services are needed.

While was in the office checking out, they had someone turn on the air condition in the car. Since the temperature that hot Houston afternoon was 104 degrees, it was great to step into a cool car. We've gone to Precision twice for significant repairs. On both occasions, they met their cost estimate and schedule commitment - no surprises. This indicates they do a thorough job of diagnosis and planning the work.
