I took my 2009 Honda Accord in to repair a large oil leak. It was a very good experience and I had my car back by mid-day. Everyone was very helpful and showed me exactly where the problem was coming from. They also provided me with a report of work still needed, which I will be back for as finances allow.My only complaint would be that, when I arrived at the garage and gave the manager my phone number, my information was not in the system. This is the third car I have had serviced by Pep Boys in the last 8+ years. Although I haven't had a repair in about 2 years, they have always had my information and repair history available. This is rather troubling, as I know that I have purchased warranties on parts I have had replaced and now I need to go back and review old receipts if I have a further problems with them, rather than having my vehicle history at the fingertips of the repair center. I know that Pep Boys has given up their parts department, but I did not think that after years of having cars serviced at Pep Boys, that my information would be purged from the system! I am very disappointed at that aspect of my visit.

I got a flat tire at 6pm! Was able to call and bring my car right in. Robert was very helpful and got me taken care of asap! The tech was fast and efficient. So thankful they were able to get me in at the last minute.

Mr. Robert was very helpful and greet me upon arrival. His store had the tires I was looking for available. Was done in a timely manner and also recommended wheel alignment to make sure the vehicle gets the most life of the tires and drives straight down the highway. THANKS TO Mr. ROBERT and his team that service my family vehicle..

Great service and honest manager in which I can appreciate when it comes to my vehicle. I had an appt with Hyundai that would took 3-5 days to diagnose. I was able to get a appt and get my car concerns addressed. Thank you Robert for your honesty and sharing your knowledge. I will be back!

I had the best experience with this Pep Boys Crew. The manager really went above and beyond to solve a tough issue concerning my head light and to create a workaround for the discontinued part that originally came with the car. Shouts out to Robert and the crew for a excellent customer service experience and getting me back in the road safely.

I came in with my 2007 Chevy Tahoe that was given to me by someone very precious to me , i had a dash full of lights and was honestly tight on cash and time , im nervous about ANYONE touching my Tahoe besides us, 800 dollars later of constantly replacing my tires due to my supreme suspension lift, not being able to get it off or get an alignment, or keep my tires under my warranty, Mr, Randi and his technician took care of EVERYTHING I NEEDED almost all my lights are off, they disassembled my lift , it doesn t sound like a squeaky toy going down the road, it runs and drives like BUTTER. We have called a billion different places and for everything I wanted I would ve had to pour our whole pay check into their hands but no Pepboys even gave me a discount and it was half of what everyone was asking for all the gentlemen up there were VERY respectful super chill, very relaxing answered all my questions, asked me questions to help them really know the situation and where and how I got where I was, they did a complimentary vehicle inspection report , I live 3 hours away and have been incredibly blessed to come here and do business with them , no more headaches after almost 2 years!!!! Where we live we have a ton of over charging sketchy disrespectful shops one even lifted my Tahoe and banged it on the bays door (a Lufkin tx car shop when I was passing through last year). This place has PLENTY of room I didn t have to worry about that!! CALL TODAY! Get WELL TAKEN CARE OF BY THESE GUYS! Don t wait! I will be back to get a check up! And yes I said what I said I AM going to travel from 3 hours away to come back!!! It s worth it I promise!!!:)

My overall experience was terrible. Three rims were damaged & I was sold the wrong size tires for my truck. This location on I45 N is refusing to do anything to help. Now stuck with them. Responsibility was not taken on their part locally, and I was spoken to very badly, and disregarded. I will never advise anyone to go here! They were unprofessional and rude. Action is now being taken on a higher level will keep updated and posted.

Called to see if they could find 2 tires for my truck and the manager Robert Gant told me he could they would have to be special ordered he put in the order and the tires came in one day very fast turnaround.

Always courteous. I never feel pressure do any services they find so I never mind coming back!! Such a refreshing change from what you get at a dealership most of the time.The location at Cypresswood/ I 45 is my store- they just do it better than any other Pep Boys locations I have visited in the past.

I would give this automotive location a zero rating. I was charged $836 dollars to fix check engine light and after leaving the parking lot 30 minutes after the same check engine light comes on. All the money spent and time not worth anything. The same check engine light still exist. I paid to fix a check engine light and the problem is still there. Horrible service I want my money refunded back.

The manager at that Pepboyz is a terrible manager. Aways have an attitude towards customers and his employees. They have been complaining about this manager all the time. Thr employees don't respect this guy either. Terrible manager. He needs to be fired from that location

The location that I visited was so accommodating. They took my car despite having other reservations and customers.The service team was honest, they told me the good and bad about my car. I appreciate that. It's hard to find honesty in service these days.Frank the manager was running crazie with the phones.. so you guys have patience with these guys.. they will do the right thing, honest, good work and priced right.Appreciate Frank and his service techs. 0/10 never try again. It s a reason pep boys does everything for less and also a reason why all five star reviews are fake please don t be fooled you ll be carless and out of money just go to a reputable shop it may cost more but, will save you the trouble. More than one bad experience on different occasions left cover off engine. Leave check engine lights on etc.
