Jaiden did an amazing job of fixing my windshield and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Would highly recommend going to him for any window repairs. I will definitely go back if I need mine fixed again

Ray was incredibly helpful, very kind, and repaired my cracked windshield without delay. He made sure to charge me fairly and measured the length of the crack and explained to me that the repair comes with a one year warranty. Overall great experience for a stressful situation (no longer need to worry about that crack splitting across the length of my windshield, huge relief). Thanks again!Service: Auto windshield repair

STAY AWAY!!!I went to Patsco in January for a tiny chip, they repaired it. Went there yesterday because I woke up and found that the crack has started to open up a lot more (in blue). I showed him my receipt from Jan as it s supposed to cover fixes on the same area for life. Then he had me fill another form, a re-do receipt, now it s only warranted for a year. Kinda shandy.A younger man tried to get the tool to stick to my car and played around with it and changed directions/areas for several minutes and finally got it. And the he made a larger crack on my windshield (in red), not connected to my original one.Called the owner/manager of that location. They could refund me my original $75 or fix both for free . No thanks, not having it touched by this worker again.Called the corporate office. No help either. They refunded my original $75 and now I m stuck getting a new windshield. Moral of the story- find a more reputable place and pay a bit more than this shop, ultimately it ll be a lot less money, time and frustration.

Excellent service provider. Pulled up and Jose immediately made contact and explained the terms and the process. Stopped the crack on my windshield and even treated the crack itself so is less visible. Money will spent.

Didn't have to wait long at all. Took 5 min to fix my windshield (small crack). He was doing 3 cars & they were in & out. Abel (I think was his name)was super nice and did a great job.

Jose spent extra time making sure the pit came out and waiting for it dry to make sure it came out well & then cleaned the windows on top of it. Good job.

I wanted to say a special thank you to Devin for making the hard decision, and for treating my cracked windshield even though my insurance company doesn t acknowledge this location. The sunlight had bothered me reflecting from it, but now the defect can barely be seen! Thanks to Alex for stepping in near the end to help speed up the process. They are a great team, professional, and knowledgeable, and I feel much safer! Bless you, Patsco, and I ll be sure to send others your way!

They made Two more holes and nothing else changed ( after looks lighter just because of the different angle and light) is my expectation too high or the other reviews are not real?

I've been to this location several times over the years. The service has always been exceptional, quick and professional. The windshield chips were contained and never spread or cracked.

Had a rock hit my windshield on way home and it left a nice asterisk pattern crack and I've been thru this once already. It cost me 350 to replace due to spreading. Stopped here immediately after and Izaak was happy to help. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. He completed the work in about 20 minutes and you can barely tell. If 85.00 keeps it from spreading, causing replacement then I'm definitely coming back! Thanks Izaak you made day!Service: Auto windshield repair
