Came into the store today intending to purchase a new headlight. David came out to the car, in the Texas heat, and spent ten minutes diagnosing the problem. As it turned out, I didn t need a new headlight after all. Despite sweating and not making a dime, David kept his great attitude and demeanor. Overall, a great experience and representation of O Reilly s corporate values.

Haakon went out of his way after they closed to make sure we had the correct bulbs to make the trip an hour home to Montgomery I can not express how much this man helped us!!!! Exceptional customer service and very great person!!!

They will not answer the phone. I let I the phone ring 15 times with No answer. But ever time I go in there is always some one on the phone.

One older gentleman that works there was very helpful, when he ask the manager about a part I needed she was very rude to the employee, never going back to that O'Reillys.

Oz, you are phenomenal! You helped save me from getting a ticket. I was the red Dodge Avenger 2012. You helped me replace my license plate light. Patient, professional and very knowledgeable! I don't know what her future plans are but she is going places! Thank you Oz!

Terrible. Standing in line 20 minutes not even acknowledged. Line going back into the aisles and no one opens a second register. Only guy at the one open register wasn t trained I guess because it was clear he didn t know what he was doing and was incredibly slow. All other employees walked around not acknowledging anyone.Save yourself the trouble and just go next door to auto zone. Took less than a minute.

When here to purchase a new car battery.Upon entering the store, I was greeted by one of the cashiers, and with no one in line before me I asked for it because I am from the cashier.A quick search on his computer showed that they have only one type that fits my cars requirements.so after saying goodbye to $220 I was out of there with a new battery.

Guy up front is rude. I called asking for a part and once he confirms he has it he hangs up the phone before i was done speaking. Then I go in the store to get the part and try to tell him multiple times I called earlier but he wants to tell me hold on each time I m trying to talk. Once he gets the part he say it would have been a lot easier if you would have told me you called earlier . Maybe you should learn to let people speak.

About a month ago, I stopped by the Specs in the same parking lot when my car battery happened to go out. It just randomly went out. It was very hot that day and the salesperson named, Asia helped me. She tested the battery and installed it for me since I did not have my tools on me. She did it all. She was very pleasant and happy to help during a stressful situation. I will definitely return in the future because of her professionalism.

Staff was "on point" and very courteous. Got exactly what I needed (2 license plate bulbs) and then some (a folding hand cart/dolly). I'm sure I'll be back for something

This O'Reilly's auto parts store, in Spring, Texas, is absolutely outstanding. They have "old school" work ethic, service and are staffed by polite and smart "car guys." Whether you call them or swing by, they always go the extra mile to track down any and all parts that you need for your daily driver or weekend classic. When we spend our money, it's nice to be appreciated as a customer. Highly recommended! Shout out to Elias for a job well done.

I have to give a big shout-out to an employee named JPI had just come from a rejected car vehicle inspection and they told me the problem was a bad plug or ODP on board diagnostics plugThey looked it up it's like $188 and it requires an electrician to put it together but JP said have you checked your fuse to which I said noI went out and looked and it was missingI spent $4 I replace the fuse everything worksWhoever the management is you need to promote that guy

Helped me with my car's check engine light and worker was very honest and straightforward by telling me the code I got from my car is actually very common but to do some research as it could be several things. It ended up being my gascap and I didn't even have to replace it! Once temperatures dropped the light turned off. Great customer service!!!

Ordered a part yesterday and paid an extra $10 for fast shipping. Workers assured me it would be here the next day. The part got to the store but apparently it disappeared from the counter. My part was no where to be found. I was visiting the store every hour. The 3rd visit was when it couldn t be found. I was refunded for th part but not the 10$ I paid for shipping. How unorganized do you have to be to lose a part you just received? Do better! Smh!

People working here are helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable but some things there are a bit pricey.If you purchase a battery they will install it and take the old battery away.

Honest and kind. Very helpful and resourceful. I was able to rent a tool and return it without a few attached, they gave me e full refund. They allowed my dog inside and I really appreciate that because it was so hot that day. Thank you for not ripping me off!

I m a busy mom with two kids. Had to find a small 3v fuse for my scroll saw and I did not want to walk around Home Depot looking for it so I went to orients first. The very kind gentleman named Addison helped me find exactly what I needed! They are super fast and super friendly!! They rock! Thank y all again for saving me time and frustration

These guys are slammed eight customers in line with three at the counter and phones ringing. Would be great if corporate would take less profit, and get them help ...maybe a phone line with support nationally where they can check inventory at the local store. They never showed stress, and were very polite.

Tatyana doesn t like her job, poor customer service skills, probably leads to poor customer retention. Stood floor is a disaster as far as cleaning and inventory just flat out missing on shelves. Asked for help with lug nuts after I went to the aisle that had them and they didn t have the style I was looking for, so I went to the counter to ask. First thing she said was go to the aisle in a dismissive fashion. I told her I went there and didn t see what I needed, she s asked for my vehicle information which I gave and then turned her monitor away so I couldn t see to further spark her immaturity. She then started walking to the aisle- that s when I said I was there and didn t see what I was looking for and had to re-explain the style I was after, she failed to listen the first time and rather than asking a team mate our taking any extra steps to retain a customer, she just said no. There was no further interaction. I thanked her for her time all though the quality of her service is comparable to Casey Anthony s mothering ability.

Great service. Carlos was fantastic. I listened to him take care of a customer on the phone and witnessed great service. The site was clean and very well organized. Manager should be really proud of this entire bunch

Wide variety of parts and products reasonably priced. Knowledgeable staff. Exceptional service. The Service Representative actually came out and installed my headlight bulbs for me! O'Reilly is the place to go
