When a person has headphones on [or even quietly on the phone in general] and not looking at the staff or for the staff, nor looking near the service desk, its prob acceptable and ok to not attempt to greet the customer bc it will likely not be heard or seen and you'll complain about being ignored when you weren't asked for anything to begin with. Sometimes people just walk in knowing where to go or figure it out on their own and dont need to be 'assisted'. And when they need help they'll ask. Its actually pretty simple. But sometimes people cant take visual cues.

12/15 Granddaughter needed a battery for her vehicle and we went to this store. San, the O'Reilly employee greeted us and offered battery options. Once she selected the battery, San installed it quickly. He also helped with the rear taillight fixture. An excellent experience.

I had to stop by here on Sunday afternoon because my corvette battery was dying. I was greeted by a helpful gentleman name Bryan. Bryan assist me to get my battery to jump start. He tried to use a few ways to help and it did not work. You can see he was frustrated trying to help me. Bryan drove a truck to give me a jump. This is where the customer service level became unprofessional. Bryan decided to light a cigarette and smoke it standing by me. Not sure if I remember that he politely ask me if it was okay but I wasn t expecting him to smoke in front of me. I m an elderly man with not much health problems but what if I did have health problems. I am thankful for his all his help but for him to light a cigarette by me was very unprofessional. I understand he was a bit frustrated after going back and forth trying to help me I think the cigarette could have waited until he was done with me. I hope he doesn t do this around other customers. It s just unprofessional of Oreilly s employee to do that. I don t think I would return to location even though the help was there. I just rather not risk my health if employees are smoking around you. Thank you Bryan for trying to help and sorry for making your job frustrated that you had to smoke a cigarette by me.

Love shopping here because the store is clean, items I need are usually in stock, and the customer service is great. the front end employees are helpful. Chris, Kirk, Sam, the lady(forgot her name), tall guy mgr Jonathan, & the lady in the back ms. Stacy. I ve had a great experience with them. 3 stars is because everytime they are busy when I m shopping here I end up with the old tall guy with a white beard and glasses name Bryan that guy always complaining and saying unprofessional things about his job, his team members or the customers and it s loud. I can hear him complain from the back stock room sometimes! It s very unprofessional of him as a manager . He must hate his job. When I checkout with him, he tells me how an employee called out one day because he was sick and he starts saying the employee is not a good employee and doesn t do anything here! Bryan, I am a customer I don t need to know that! And it shows your true color of who you are! Other times he complains about the store manager being lazy and always leaving the store for hours or how Ms. Stacy doesn t do anything to help around the store! But sometimes you can t avoid checking out with him at the counter because you don t want to hold up the line. I hope someone at O Reilly can help Bryan out cause he s unhappy and I m sure the employees there hate hearing him complain all shift. To all the other employees there keep up the great work and thank you for always trying to help!

I had a battery but I wasn't sure was still under warranty. That I had bought from another O'Reilly's. Sure enough I took it in and Chris the manager tested it and it was a bad cell. To my surprise it was a completely free trade out and then they installed it for me also. I couldn't have been more happy especially on Christmas Eve to get something like that done so easily so painlessly absolutely amazing customer service all the way around thanks guys for saving my Christmas

This store is top notch. Customer service, elite.. And associates, are knowledgeable on their parts. And vehicles too Way better then their neighboring stores, Autozone and Advanced..

I came on Thanksgiving for a tool to change my battery, and Javier stayed after closing hours to help me change my battery and explained the whole process also. I have never met someone with better customer service! Absolutely thankful for him! He went above and beyond when he definitely didn t have to. Can t express how grateful I am for him.

Me and my pregnant wife took her car to get her battery checked last night. Brian an employee there met us at the register and at first seemed helpful, but was taking care of other customers which was fine. As Brian was helping them he began to complain on customers being there at 9pm even though they don t close til 10pm. After he finished he went out w us and immediately lit a cigarette in front of my wife. I right away told him that my wife was pregnant which he shrugged off. She tried to get as far from him as possible, after which I asked him if he could put out his cigarette for the safety of my wife and our unborn baby. He again ignored my request and even got closer to her side of the door while smoking. If this is the type of employees o Reilly cares to have I not only do not recommend this location but none at all

I bought a starter for my car and never used and unboxed. Then I came back to return it and guess what that was used part. And they did not refund me. Do I need to open and check every single box? Be careful guys. They re scammers

Slow don't give a care employees. Will let you stand at counter and ignore your purchase unless you speak spanish, if your a mexican they will greet you and talk pleasantries while other folks don't count do your self a favor if your white go somewhere else.

I love this place. I'm only a couple of blocks away so it's my first choice when looking for something. And hardly ever i need go somewhere else cause i can find everything or almost everything. The staff is just the best. Friendly and they know their stuff.

The staff here have always been great every time I need to take care of something on my vehicle. I went in there to get a battery replaced and the guys in there said that would take care of it and just stand inside in the cool store. That's customer service, when you put the customer before yourself. Great job guys!

Sorry for the score but it really bothers me that not everyone is honoring the deals. Example i was told by an O'Reilly employee that the breakpads would be exchanged every time it's necessary you would just pay whatever fee. So I was now told that doing that the company loss,es $$$. I didn't make the deal. Thank GOD for those Great deals.

I saw a car battery online for about $150.00 went to the store and the rude middle age man told me it was 225 in the store. Supposedly I have to order battery online in order for me to get that price. How does that make sense. It doesnt!! So disappointed..

On February 6. 2021 my husband went into this location and bought an IAC sensor and installed it on his 94 Chevy truck. The part turned out to be defective, we found this out after he installed it and the truck broke down and had to be towed. After a tow bill and a shop visit his truck was doing okay. Fought for 3 months to get this issue resolved. Called NUMEROUS times to the store and got rude feedback from employees and be hung up on and not to mention worthless manager Stacey who was "busy" when I tried to reach her. She was absolutely no help. We ended up going to the location on Rayford to get it resolved which is pathetic. 2920 is 5 minutes from home and now we will GLADLY drive the extra 20 minutes to not have to deal with this worthless store.

Definitely the place that I always check first. The staff is extremely helpful, including a young man named TYE. Customer service is a bigger deal to these folks then the other guys in the area.

I went in to get my battery checked out. Omar Gonzalez was really helpful in helping me find the right replacement and even helped me change it. I would definitely come back and appreciate the great customer service Omar provided.

Awesome store! I had to get a jumpstart 3 times last Saturday morning and finally made it To the Conroe O'Reilly store to have mybattery checked. They told me my battery was fine. Here we are, Friday morning near a week and 8 jumpstarts later and I stop into this Spring location. The guys are super professional, and very helpful. The gentleman asked me to turn off my car so he could get an accurate read on my battery. Something the Conroe location did not do. Apparently while the car is running it gives an In accurate reading, something the Conroe location did not tell me. Turns out I actually do have a very badd battery. The manager and the gentleman helping me were fantastic! They installed the new battery, and I am very confident that they actually fixed my issue. I would highly recommend this location as the guys here seem to actually know what they're doing, they have great customer service which is really lacking in the world we live in today.

Very friendly employees and is always clean and organized. Management of the place is excellent and it reflects on the store. If you have a difficult part to find, they at least go and try their best to find it in their books. Recommended hands down!
