I ve been going here whenever I need batteries, oil, lights, wipers, antifreeze, etc for the last few years. They have always been great, and multiple times have loaned me tools (knowing exactly what socket sizes I needed) to fix issues in their parking lot. I went there today to get 2 batteries for 2 cars that had died this week. One I had purchased from them in the spring, they replaced it free no questions asked. The other they did not have in stock, but sent a driver to another store to pick up. A couple hours later I had the battery. Unfortunately it didn t fit when I got home. I went back and we immediately determined I had told the the wrong year for my wife s car (thought it was a 2016 but it was 2017.) They helped me get the right battery with the correct information and were very great about everything, even they they had gone out of their way to get the other battery in for me that day.The staff here is always great and I love seeing familiar faces year after year. I ll stay a loyal customer. The whole team is great.

They installed a replacement battery for the one I had recently bought that was still under warranty. They also checked to see if my alternator was performing, all was good!! Thank you!

Stopped by Sunday for replacement bulbs. Had no issues locating & asking for assistance. Jared was amazing. Funny. Outgoing & personable. He even offered to switch out the bulbs for me right then!! Employees there are always so helpful. That's the only reason I go there

I went in because I thought my two year old battery needed to be replaced. Worker did a test. Said it was probably the starter and battery tested fine. But if the auto shop said it was the battery they would replace it for free. Took it to auto repair and they said it was the battery. I had to pay $50 fee at repair shop. Manager wouldn t reimburse the $50 fee. What terrible service!Don t go to this location!!!!!

I came into get oil for my car. I needed 4 bottles. It didn t matter that I had a screenshot of EXACTLY what I needed as the employee didn t want to help me. He stated, You may have to help me carry them. I politely said, Ok. When we got to the shelf, he was able to carry them. Funny, no one has ever had a problem carrying any oil bottles to the counter in the past and if more than one trip was needed, the employee helping me never asked for my help. Standing behind the counter were two other employees, neither of which were asked or even tried to help the weak employee carry bottles. In addition, I apparently was not important as a paying customer that allows them to all earn a paycheck because they were having their own conversation about cars. I just kept smiling because the power of a review and a call to their corporate offices is in my hands. Maybe none of you should have dismissed my business. And for the young man who wanted me to help him do his job, I m pretty sure lifting and carrying certain weights of products was quite possibly a job requirement. If you are seriously that weak, start working out.

Great help here! Nick was awesome and made sure I had what I needed. Normally I can t stand talking to the guys at the counter because they want to know if my truck is 4x4 to tell me what the dome light bulb is. Nick didn t do that to me!

I wish I can give 0 rating. Today 03-09-2023 having bad experience and non professional behavior from staff and assistant manager of O'Reilly. I buy relay from them and ask before I bought that if it's not worked can you returned it he said yes. I went outside and checked the relay it won't work I came back and 3 staff and assistant manager refused to return and tell me the person who told me he can return is new and on training and ask me none of the auto parts sellers returned the parts I told them advanced auto parts having no issue and they really care about there customer, than one of the staff said they are selling bad parts so that's why they don't bother to return. I will never go to this store again.

This is my first time going to this location. I had a "check engine" light on and I went there suggested by a friend. I do want to say kudos to Jeffrey!! What an awesome guy with great customer service and amazing spirits at 7.30am!! he did the diagnostics on my car, he was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable to rely on his information. I will definitely be going back in case I need to and will recommend to my friends and family. Jeffrey is awesome!!! Please tell him Coffee is Magic :)

These guys have always been super!! They also match prices on some items with their competitors! Can't beat that when you know the service is above par.Jeff has been there for a long time. He gives it to you straight! No shots fired. No games. And he still manages to sell you something. I like going where people know about cars and speak English.Side note: I speak Spanish, but it is not my first language. Oft times folk get their undies in a bunch because they don't understand you, or what you're looking for. That should never happen at any business.Yes! Thank s location is GREAT!!

This is an amazing place. Thr best customer service ever. I once had a car breakdown across the street and they were so kind enough to give me a jumper. Just hatsoff.

Went in to get an head light for my daughter's Kia. Told the sales clerk I needed two,he pull up an item for $299 saying it is a special bulb. I knew better Went to auto zone $65 for two. Good service there auto zone gave me what I needed knowledgeable clerks im just happy I went there and not my daughter.

Ordered a part on the phone, online it estimated 24-48 hours, guy on the phone said 1-3 hours. Fantastic! Only negative is that I thought the master cylinder I ordered would have a clear reservoir but that's not the local stores fault.

The store Manger helped me was very nice and polite, but the lady when I first walked didn't say a word to mo nor did she ask if I needed help. She needs more training

They always have what I need and the staff is always really helpful. I don't have to go to auto parts stores much but when I do I choose this one because it is right across the street from where I live. I don't know how the prices really compare to AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts but it's right there and I'm pretty sure all the prices are pretty close together anyway.

Did everything in my ability to get what I needed here (usually pretty good about it) but ran into the worse service I've ever had in an auto parts place. The dude was rude and clearly had no idea what he was talking about. He tried to sell me glow plugs for a non Diesel engine...

Knowledgeable friendly staff and someone I would call a new person but had a lot more knowledge Then you might expect working evenings game evenings at an auto parts was Lily and she tracked down the parts I needed and recommended an upgrade for a battery which I accepted and I was quite impressed quite impressed thank you so much for your good hiring practices Mr. Manager and Lily and associates thank you also

Terrible experience with the assistant manager. I went in for an atv battery, but I wasn't sure if the connections would work on the one they tried to sell me. Asked the asst manager if I could bring it back if it was not a fit, and was told no. Drove a block down the road to Autozone and purchased the same battery for cheaper. Was told that if the connections weren't correct to bring it back for a refund. As I suspected, the connections were not a fit, so I brought the battery back to the friendly staff at Autozone for a full refund. O'Reilly has lost a customer for life. Great job!

I just wanted to thank Brian (sp?) Who helped me when I locked my keys and everything I had in my car at the nearby gas station to the Louetta Store at Kleinwood Center. You were really my hero today and cannot thank you enough for how you went above and beyond to help me out. Your kindness really meant the world. I already use O'Reilly but will definitely recommend you to many others.

Only go there because it is the closest auto parts store to the house and that won't happen again.Two different times with two different clerks who had the customer service skills of what our dog lays out in the yard after his dinner.Fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice, shame on us.
