Going into a tire shop as a woman is typically an awful experience, at least for me. But Mr. Stokley not only took care of my vehicle, but he was so kind, helpful & PATIENT. The service was quick and didn t take all day. Yall have a grateful customer for life! Thank you so so much!

I came on a Sunday afternoon, close to closing and I didn t realize, but they were more than willing to help me with my oil change and change my back tires. The gentleman in the front was very polite and made suggestions for what my vehicle needed and they were truly things my vehicle needed done. The customer service here is always great I ve been here several times and it s why I keep coming back.

I came here because I needed to have an alignment done and have always been skeptical because it never fully gets done right. Today I was proven wrong from the time I walked in Shane greeted me and went out of his way to get me taken care of. The best part of all was the technician REED, He did the alignment and got it to where it was spot on! He didn t take ANY shortcuts and got everything in the green where it belonged. IF YOU NEED AN ALIGNMENT on your vehicle after new components or after you hit a curb, this is the place to go! Nowhere else does anyone take pride in their work like these folks do! Reed will be the alignment tech, takes pride in his work, and won t let you down.

Left a very unhelpful competitor directly across the street. They clearly didn't want my business, and I was in dire need. NTB helped me out from the moment I walked in - both with price and service!!! It was my first visit but I'll definitely be coming back. :)

Ryan and Shane found the leak in my tire after I paid Walmart to find it and they were lame.Then they were willing to let me use my prorated price where I originally bought the tire.Next time I will buy tires here.Great guys, awesome ethical service.Go here...

I want to say how impressed I was both with the customer service and over all trouble shooting my tire. I usually go to the one off of 105 in Conroe and this location in spring is by far one of the best. The customer service is exceptional

Store manager and service manager were very helpful. Being a fleet vehicle, things can take a little longer but they got started on the paperwork right away! Once that was done, my car was in and out!

Took a truck in we just bought used to get new tires, Butch the manager was awesome, had a buy 3 get 1 free sales going on and got the truck in right away to get them installed. They also checked the brakes and let us know everything was looked good and it would be safe for my daughter.

Highly recommend NTB been taking my car here for tires for years ! They have the best warranty and customer service by far! Management is always reasonable and super responsive and they always get the job done in a timely manner

The guys up here are great! They didn t overcharge, they explained and checked everything throughly. & they even gave my 3 year old some tutorials on tires he loved it! Definitely come here!

I just want to say I love coming to this location. Very good customer service and the wait time wasn t that long at all for my oil change. Please come to the 2920 Spring location they will get you in and out

Mia was very helpful and took care of all my needs when I came into the store. I ended up purchasing a car battry and windshield wipers with my tire purchase. Overall, this location has greatly improved. Shane, the manager made sure I had the correct tires for my vehicle and the technician was very friendly in informing me of all services he performed for my vehicle. They have awesome customer service.

The young lady at the desk was very helpful and had a lot of customers all at once. She made sure to get everyone taken care of as quickly as possible and looked up all my warranty details to get me the best price. The work was done well and my car drives great. Schedule online and have a ride to pick you up if possible, sometimes the work takes a while to get done.

Came in with a bad tie rod was quickly diagnosed and professionally handled they did not try and sell me things I didn't need told me I also need a alignment now my truck is riding smoother than it's ever been! This will always be my place to go for any automotive needs!

I caught a flat on a Sunday and I called over to NTB and Stokley was amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable! It was a very easy and convenient process for a great price!! Ask for Stokley!!

Really impressed by the stellar service at this location! I desperately needed new tires, and was pretty stressed about the appointment not being until the following week.Not only did Shane call me the next day after I placed my order, he even got me an appointment that same day!Walking in, you can immediately tell he is the manager by the professionalism, upbeat attitude and pride in his store. This NTB location is the best; Discount tire can lick my tread!!

No better service and pricing than this location! Was helped by Shane and was in and out in under an hour INCLUDING an alignment check with my tire purchase. Was not pressured into purchasing an alignment and was shown a printed copy of the alignment report showing that it was good. I was offered financing options and can even use my NTB card to purchase gas! A great card to take care of your unexpected car needs Thanks again Shane for the excellent service!

This store is the best when it comes to getting the job done (Shane) the manager is very professional and never tries to sell me anything that s not required to keep by vehicle running smoothly and never pressures me into purchasing anything extra and his staff is always on point of finding the culprits that needs repairing
