Hello my name is Alexis, I ve been dealing with North Side Motors for about 4 years now. My sister referred me to Moe when I say the customer service is immaculate and the time frame of the job is outstanding. I would recommend this company to anybody I ve also sent a few of my family members and coworkers their way. Everything has so far so good no issues I love that if you have any concerns they don t hesitate to answer any questions to help. Overall I rate it a 10/10 for sure.

Not the cheapest BUT such a good professional mechanic service. I will always take my car here . Such an honest & professional mechanic group , they prefer to be honest what you have going on in your car and that it s not easy to find in Houston. These guys are really good for Spring community, hope it will be like that for so many years

Thank you for providing professional, timely and affordable service. My appointment was at 4 and my car was pulled in the garage at 4 on the dot! The brake pad replacement cost nearly 65% less what I was quoted at another garage. Also, the office waiting area was clean, modern and smelled very nice. I highly recommend Northside Motors.

I took my Cadillac CTS for a Transmission Fluid Change and he updated me on the process and condition of the previous fluid the entire time. The very next day, I bought my Chevy Silverado for a A/C Check and he found the leak and fixed it quick. I had my 7month old with me and the lady inside put on Cocomelon for her and even helped me get the car seat out of the truck while I was carrying things. Overall Great Service as always, I haven t been here since 2018 and they didn t disappoint then and do not disappoint now. 5 Stars with Unbeatable Prices.Services: Transmission, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

When I first visited this place I was so impressed by the service just like everyone else. Until a month ago I had work done on my truck which took 3 weeks to get it back. The time frame was not a big issue since still working from home. When I finally got the call to pick up my vehicle, Moe mentioned that my dashboard was broken in the process. He assured me it was their fault and he would replace it. Remember I just paid 993.00 to get my truck back. Here we are a month later and still my truck has not been fixed. Everytime I call now he is never available. So needless to say a man is only as good as his word. In this case it didn't mean much. He even mentioned to me how the insurance company was giving him the run around on fixing the damage to his building. Believe me I know when someone is giving me the run around as well. In this case Northside Motors. Needless to say I will not be returning to this place. Zero stars would represent this place much better.

Mo answered my call, took my 2003 Nissan Frontier to him, was experiencing a leak of antifreeze somewhere. He had his technicians check it and found a loose bolt on the radiator, corrected it and since then no leak!!! Hallelujah Jesus! Mo is very considerate, kind and honest and his technicians are hard workers. I recommend them for my next problem of my Nissan. Sincerely,R S Arevalo

Moe was great.. I had a flat tire on my kid transportation van and he send one of his workers to change the spare immediately! The van was full of kids still at the school, they came to us. He saved me so much time and I didn t have to drive on a flat with a van full of kids. They changed the tire at the school. I just found my new mechanic to work on my vans. THANK YOU AGAIN Moe!

I have had THE BEST experiences I ve ever had with a mechanic. Moe is the owner. His cousin works the phones and front desk. I ve always been treated with kindness and respect by all of the staff here. I ve always been given a thorough explanation of what is being repaired on my vehicle. The pricing for the work being done is fair and all staff members are honest and they just plain and simply do GOOD WORK. I cannot thank Moe and his staff enough for being caring, kind, honest and fair. There s NO breaking parts for extra money. There s no repair of things not broken . I m grateful and blessed to have finally found a good and trustworthy mechanic. Mo and his staff are professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My service was performed timely which worked out great for my family. They have repaired my AC system and did a full tuneup in the last two weeks. I m a senior on a budget. Mo s prices are reasonable and affordable. I have been taking all my cars here whenever any issues come up with my cars for years now. Mo and his team are HONEST, thorough, and knowledgeable. They don't push extras on you, and their pricing is the best I've seen. I don't trust anyone else.

I like how Moe explains what is wrong with my car and what needs to be done.. Very knowledgeable and patient. Best price and fast. I have an 2006 BMW X5 and it beats taking it to others that want to charge lots more because it s a BMW. I m satisfied with his work. Very trustworthy.

The work done was great and the prices are great too but I did not get the service I asked for.I wanted to get my tie rods replaced due to a noise when turning, turns out he replaced my brake system and didn't touch my main issue at all.

You gotta believe all the rave reviews, Moe and his team are awesome. They not only did a great job restoring my 23 year old Integra, but they went above and beyond to put in parts/bolts that I provided out of good faith. Really appreciate all they have done for my car, you guys have earned a loyal customer for life!

By far the most trustworthy auto repair shop I've ever been to. Prices are reasonable compared to other places but the customer service is incomparable. Moe has helped me with basic questions about how my car works to questions I've had about possible vehicles I'd be purchasing. I had a problem with my fan clutch and could've easily fixed it while I was at college but I decided to wait until I could bring it to Moe because I knew it'd be 100% on great care.

Moe the owner was a very nice young man. He made it very simple to use my groupons and was a very selfless generous young man . He could of easily ripped me off and changed my breaks but he let me know they did not need to be done yet but let me make that choice I will be returning in just a few months to get them done . Thank you so much for a great first experience at your shop.

It's rare this day and time that you find a shop with honest and respectful mechanics. We bought my daughters first car here. She saved all summer to buy it. She is in college and needed a good dependable car. We had a small problem, but Moe told us to bring it in and fixed it right away. I am so impressed with their service before and after the sale.

Originally came here because NTB kept overcharging and also caused MORE issues (broke my headlamp) etc. Moe has been more than helpful every time I ve brought my vehicle here. It s really impressive that I ve visited almost 4-5 times and he s fixed the issue every time. Best service in north Houston hands down. Always texts me back within 10 minutes! And unbelievably affordable. Appreciate you guys being so honest and helpful!

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Drove in with an issue that was blatantly refused by others or asking for crazy prices, the guys here did it free of charge! New to Houston, I've found my 'car guy'. My go-to spot for all my car repair work. Thank you very much! Happy new loyal customer!

When people talk about they're mechanic they trust, they're referring too Northside Motors. Fair prices, great work, and they're honest. They fix what needs to be fixed and don't recommend a plethora of things just so they can take your money. They're super friendly and trustworthy and very fast. If you have any automotive issue, I can't recommend these guys enough.

Northside Motors is the best mechanic shop I have ever used. Moe insists on honesty and integrity with every customer. No one here will ever try to upsell you on work that is not needed just to make an extra buck.Since I found Northside Motors my entire family uses them exclusively.If you are searching for an honest mechanic you charges fair prices for great work, then Northside Motors is the way to go.

I went to this business because of a recommendation. When I got there my car was looked at for literally no more than 2 minutes, they then came back with a list of 5 relatively urgent items that 'needed to be fixed', and the bill would have been $1,100, I decided to take it to another mechanic for a second opinion and it turned out NONE OF THOSE ISSUES BROUGHT UP EXISTED, this business is a scam and you need to stay far away!!!

I'm very pleased with the work done on my car. Moe, the owner, was very kind and knowledgeable. I had all my brakes replaced and a complete timing belt done for a reasonable price. Within 2.5 days, my car was ready and I'm a very.happy customer. No more noises!! I called several mechanics and noone beat their price. I learned about them thru grupon and although they are a little far (45mins), I don't mind the drive in exchange for excellent service and price. I have recommended them to my family and friends. I'm now ready.to take my car back for another job, the drive.axles! See you soon!!
