My service experience at Northside Lexus has been exceptional. Each time, every member of the service team I've encountered has made me feel welcome and comfortable during my visit. I can actually relax while waiting.Ruben, my Service Consultant, always makes me feel confident in the service I receive. After listening to my questions and concerns, he'll answer my questions and recommend what should be checked/done to address my concerns. Having already checked my maintenance record, he'll then recommend any standard service that is due at that time. He'll assure me that I'll be contacted if anything exceptional or unexpected is discovered during the service activity. When the service is completed, he'll find me, give me a brief explanation of what was done, and answer any further questions I may have.I'm very happy with the service I've received at Northside Lexus.

The building looks new and it's well maintained and spacious. However the coffee selection is limited to an automatic espresso machine that makes mediocre coffee. No snacks. Bottled water and a coke freestyle machine make up for it. There were some chairs with dividers further away for people who needed privacy but no desks. I used to get my car serviced at Sterling McCall Southwest Lexus and I miss the snacks and desks to work from.

My reason for 1 star is to caution others to not take their vehicle inspection at Lexus as the only authority. When I went in for one of my car s check ups they told me I needed new tires and gave me a quote out of my budget so called my tire store I normally go to and they beat Lexus prices by several hundred dollars so I requested they purchase for me replace my tires. When I went in my tire merchant informed me I had several hundred miles of tread left . Lesson learned because when I went for my next Lexus mileage check up and they told me I needed a brake job for a couple of thousand dollars I decided to go to my family owned auto repair near my home and they reported my brakes had thousands of miles left before needing brake pads. As they say, First time shame on you, second time shame on me. Buyer beware!

We bought a new 2022 GX460. The only thing we added to our new SUV was a catalytic converter theft prevention plate. As I was driving it home on the freeway I noticed there was a slight pull to the right (at 65mph). When we got home i looked at the converter plate and to my surprise all of the bolts holding the converter plate on were VERY loose. It was like they were put on and hand tightened but the bolts were not wrenched down, so I was on the floor of my garage at 9 o'clock at night fixing their oversite. Not really happy about that. We made contact via email with our online sales manager (Joe Finley) and the service manager (Rob Ochoa). We were asked to bring it back as soon as we could. I had to work so my wife brought our GX back the next morning. I was quite impressed with how my wife was treated. She was met by Finley and all of the issues were addressed fully. They checked to make sure that all the bolts on the converter plate were tight and safe. They aligned the steering and Rob would not let the vehicle leave Northside Lexus without him personally driving it to make sure that the alignment issue was fully resolved. Joe repeatedly checked in with my wife and gave her constant updates on what was going on. I give them a 5 star because all things were made right. My wife LOVES her new GX460 and we are very happy with the overall experience. I would recommend Northside to anyone looking for a new or used Lexus. We will be back to use the Northside Lexus service department.Service: Wheel alignment

I would like to say Thank You to TJ.On August 28, 2023TJ went above and beyond to help me. Reason being, I experienced car trouble over the weekend and was unable to let him know ahead of time that I would be needing a loaner vehicle come Monday morning. He went the extra mile to find me a loaner vehicle so that I wouldn t have to wait at the dealership while my vehicle was being repaired. And I really appreciated that and feel that he did a good gesture and demonstrated good customer service. This review is not based on the service I received today. This review is from 4 months ago when I purchased my vehicle. The people at this dealership are a bunch of CROOKS. The finlance department, sales department, and business manager are all crooks. I came here today and got mad all over again. I allowed those crooks to give me only $8000 for my vehicle, and I know it was worth twice that price. Yes, at times, I get mad at myself for allowing and not doing my research, but they knew it was worth way more. I hope this review helps somebody. DO NOT trade in your vehicle to this dealership. PERIODService: Oil change

Service center is a scam. Took my Lexus in with 34,000 miles which is under full warranty. The car had problem with #1 cylinder. First thing I was told is that we had bad gas. They wanted $1,200 to drain gas tank and clean the fuel injectors. I picked up the car and took it to a reputable mechanic. The problem was a bad cylinder coil which is covered under warranty. The bad gas scam is so they can deny the warranty. Strange how the car runs perfect now with the bad!!! Gas. What a scam. It cost me $386 to repair something that was under warranty. I will never take a car to them again.

Salesman is very rude and looks like he does not want to work. When I called he said they only sell for the people who live near their dealership which is awkward! I have never heard of this before!I called another dealer in Houston and they were happy to sell me a car! I also told them that northside dealer refused to sell to customer who live at a distance from their dealership and they were confused as there is no such rules!!!My family and I would never buy any cars from them in the future!

Came in to have my 2021 ES 350 Ultra Luxury serviced for its 5000 miles service. Was told I should get the 10,000 mile service since I've had the car 15 minths and this would include an oil change. Selected to recieve a loaner vehicle but was told service would only take an hour to an hour and a half. 4 hours later no communication about why its taking so much longer nor any apology offered after I missed a couple of other appointments since the service was a full 5 hours instead of 1.5hours.Poor communication. Why offer a loaner service if you are going tontalk people out of it. Why offer a loaner service if you don't have loaners to give.Why schedule an appointment and arrive on time and you see people arrive 2 hours later and leave 2 hours before you. And you came in for a simple oil change, tire rotation and fluid top off.As someone stated earlier. Great customer service when you are purchasing the car. I now see after the purchase service goes out of the window.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Nice place, nice people! They're always hitting you for new tires, though. Discount Tire gives you 20% cheaper price with a much better tire. Other than the constant tire-pushing, it really is a nice place.

Benjamin Thomas , the worst Lexus associate I ve ever encountered . My short interaction with him ruined my whole experience. I WILL NEVER return . His customer service was horrible , he act like he doesn t want to do this job . If I can rate 0 stars I will . I rather drive to another Lexus in Houston than to sit there and have to face Benjamin again . He also acted very weird with me and i felt so uncomfortable, I feel bad for their female valets to be around him .Do better .

***DO NOT COME HERE***THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!Brought my Lexus here for an oil change/maintenance and had emergency money tucked away in my driver compartment. When my car was returned to me, the money was taken. I informed the service consultant lady and was told that since the manager was on lunch break they would not be able to do anything right there and then. I was told that they would check the cameras and contact me, so I left since I had a prior engagement. I was NEVER contacted and wasn't given a clear solution. Losing the money wasn't the main issue I had, it was the LACK of responsibility and the LACK of integrity of the service that I was given. OVERALL TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. NO COMMUNICATION. WILL STEAL FROM YOU. Management needs to get on top of their workers and not let them go through customers cars and STEAL money! DO NOT COME.Service: Oil change

I had a warranty issue that needed to be taken care of. After a few hiccups, Todd Sylvester was able to take care of the issue. He went above and beyond to find a resolution for me. When I got to service department I saw Micheal Gauen to get processed and he took care of paperwork and had me out quick. Thank you guys for taking care of my issue!

Went to change front driver side headlight and they did that well. The reason they are not getting 5 stars is because on top of changing the headlight I wanted them to look at my car to make sure there wasn't any other maintenance that need to be done. I had not brought this particular car to a shop for almost two years and have not done a tine up in a while. When they called me they said there was nothing else wrong with the car. I didn't believe that there wasn't any other maintenance needed. So after I left the dealership took it to another Lexus dealership and they told me I need a few things that needed to be done to the car. I don't believe that Northside ever took the time to look at my car. I'm never taking my car there again.Update: after taking my car to Sterling McCall Lexus on the Southwest side, which is a bit of a drive from Spring. They were able to fix my car. They did the tune up needed and also changed the cv joints that were causing my car to shake. I was in and out in a few minutes they provided me a loaner and were very professional. A bit of a drive but it was worth it.

Purchased a vehicle here since have nothing negative to say. Mark Green was very pleasant and had made sure he takes care of us. Keep it up and the reason for the 4 stars due to the day of purchase we were in a time crunch and the closing prices did not go as planned.

Biggest, nicest, and cleanest place in Houston. The service manager there's really nice, knowledgeable, and understanding. She's the best customer service to resolved any issues fast and get my vehicle back in a timely manner. I really appreciate it. Thank you very much again.

My dash board was severly cracked and I called their office and talk to a really sweet receptionist. She was very patient with me and managed to set me up an appointment the very same day and also warned me that replacing a new dashboard would take 3-4 hours and is best if I had someone to pick me up and drop me back when they were done. Unfortunately I didn't have a ride so I just decided to wait it out at their waiting area, which is clean and they have snacks, drinks, a TV, and lots of magazines. About 3 hours in the worker checks up on me making sure I'm okay and all and kinda giving me updates on my car. Around the estimated time my car would be done the worker came in to tell me the dash was fixed but my radio wasn't working and they would have to take the dashboard off to check where the problem was and he wasn't sure how long it would take. He offered to get me a uber driver to send me home for the night and get another uber to take me back in the morning but I personally don't trust uber. I called my boyfriend to see if he could pick me up and to my rescue he said yes and would take about 35 minutes to get to me. I started my waiting again, about 15 mins in my wait the guy working there comes up to me and tells me they fixed the problem and if I wanted to skip the free wash (takes about 15 mins). I decided I waited this long I can wait another 15 mins for a free wash, to which he said he would also put in a free tank of gas for me. Their customer service is top notch!!!

The Service is first class, they will try and suceed in helping at all costs. I went with a problem and they came out with a solution. Then offered to help if I needed motre help! Good people! I have come to trust them a lot 8n a short while!

Worse customer service. They are so friendly when you want to buy a car. But that is where it stops. You looked and talked down at. They dented my car during my 15k service and are refusing to take responsability for it.
