Northside Lexus and the finance manager Doug, helped us work through the frustrating learning process of vehicle financing. We made the wrong decision for us by signing a lease contract, but after further review, we realized that a lease wasn't beneficial to us. After talking to Lexus lease financing and our salesman Mike Driskall, they quickly canceled our lease and let us do a conventional purchase. Not many dealership would let you change after contracts are signed. We love the car and couldn't be happier with the purchase. We feel that they really do care about our happiness and satisfaction with the purchase. Such a rare quality in a dealership. We would definitely recommend buying your next vehicle from Northside Lexus and will check with them first if we ever decide to trade in our LC500. What an awesome Car!

ASK FOR TANNER !I had to visit the dealership as a result of the dealership I purchased from being unable to help me. I was fortunate to experience Tanner and I am so thankful for his level of professionalism. I arrived at 7 am and was greeted with a smile and enthusiasm from Tanner. He gave me great advice and provided me with resources for follow up. I returned and once Tanner saw I had returned he continued ownership of our interaction. I left this service dept with no concerns. I am so pleased I was able to experience this level of customer service. Im a new Lexus owner and he created a great first impression.

We took our Lexus here for a standard service, they provided a loaner vehicle. Someone in an HEB parking lot bumped the bumper of the loaner with a shopping cart. North side Lexus charged our insurance $2600, plus $1000 to us for deductible. They did not try to help absorb any of the cost of the deductible. We had no choice to shop around for a better price, they insisted we use their auto shop. The entire experience was dishonest and a money making racket. We will never return here for anything. I will freely share my experience with anyone I know, I feel like it s my part to warn others about dishonest businesses.

Better than anticipated.Everything from ordering my vehicle, trading in, and walk-out - all was done in record time and extreme satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Northside Lexus.Stop by to see salesman John B. or Austin, they were both great.

Not sure how they have such a high rating. From the moment I called to check availability of vehicle the problem started. You try calling and nobody ever answers and then you get called back from multiple sales guy. I had to be the one that had to keep calling to get the information I needed on how to proceed. I had a long drive so I wanted to do the finance portion online and I had to keep calling to get that information. Finally got there and the sales guy I had talked on the phone pushed me off to Hector. Whatever, no big deal until this guy is demeaning. We really wanted this car so we still continued the process. The finance guy was amazing. Respectful, and took the time to answer my questions! What top this all off is the check engine light came on less than 24hrs after buying the car. And of course everybody is out or in training and nobody can help me. Nd due to me living far I cannot just pull into the dealership. I would not buy from here ever again. I strongly suggest taking your car to get checked before signing.

From the moment I stepped inside, I felt welcomed. Jason was my salesman and he went above and beyond for me. I purchased a 2023 ES 350 recently, and the process from start to finish was exceptional. I felt invited, during buying I didn t feel forced to do any decision at all. Jason went a step further and guaranteed from the dealership that if my windshield were to expand and crack within 90 days, they would replace it free of charge. I did not ask for anything like that, but Jason noticed a small chip on the windshield and decided to take care of us. I would recommend anyone to buy a Lexus, to do business here, it was a great experience. Ask for Jason!

From the moment I texted to see if a certain vehicle was available. The customer service and response were exceptional!! Not only did they respond in a quick, timely manner, but they also made me feel welcomed and encouraged. Donnie was very helpful and very prompt and very informative. Not only did he get me approved 100%, but he got me into my dream car 2018 Ford Explorer Limited. The whole process literally took less than 30 minutes. Signed paperwork, handed over the keys, and before you know it. I'm driving away with my beauty. I totally recommend Northside Lexus and if you want an amazing salesman, ask for Donnie. Let s start off by saying WOW This is my second purchase from Northside Lexus. Both experiences were seamless and so easy.I would like to express my gratitude to Mr. Rylan Pruitt, he went above and beyond with my vehicle purchase. Perfect transaction from beginning to end This is my second time to have Nick for a salesman and he was so through. The precious lady and young man (forgot the names, but they are pictured) were so fun and so good with my tutorial. Then Mason was myFinancial man that closed the deal and he was so friendly. This was an extended sales process because we were looking at various options at different dealers. We had multiple sales representatives help and all of them were phenomenal. Donnie was the original sales rep and he was kind and honest. Hector took over after him and he was transparent and timely with all of our requests and questions. Finally, after the purchase was said and done, Luis Mateo, came and chatted with my family and I. He congratulated me on my purchase and entertained my parents with all their questions and needs. One of the greatest people I ve had the pleasure of meeting and working with.If you have the opportunity to work with any of these three men you and in for a treat. They made the process enjoyable. Ask for Austin Marshall! He was very helpful throughout the entire process. He helped us reserve a new TX and kept us updated during the delivery process. We are able to do all of the work at home before arriving at the dealership for a final test drive and signing at financing because we used a third party. Austin made everything easy and painless. Hands down the best vehicle purchase I have ever had.

Enjoyed working with Randy and the team at Northside Lexus. Within two hours of purchasing the vehicle I experience a check engine issue. The Northside Lexus team worked to get the issues address in a week and a half and put me in a loaner for almost a week. They are prompt communicators and truly put the customer experience first.

Had a great experience with Northside and Rex. With inventory limited we were able to give Rex the exact spec we were looking for. He kept checking incoming available product until one arrived which took over a month. Once he saw the exact spec he texted me and I bought the vehicle a few hours later.

Great pre-owned selection and sales support!! (Larry Kidd is one of the best!) Prices are fair market value, so don't expect a killer deal, but the quality of the vehicle makes up for the difference. Lexus Financial took care of the purchase... Overall worth visiting for both new and pre-owned needs.

The best vehicle buying experience I've had. From walking into the showroom to driving out of the new car bay, everything was top-notch, excellent service and the purchase process was very efficient. Don was great! He was honest, not pushy at all and answered every question I had. I did my research up front and he proved he knew what he was talking about. The technology expert was awesome and she did a great job educating me on all the tech before I left. Very happy so far with the quality of the GX and the level of professionalism from the staff at Northside.

We bought a brand new 2023 RX350 from Northside Lexus with Don Ansley on7/27/23. Awesome car! We got a personalized one on one introduction on the cars high end technology which helped a lot! Went super smoothly. Don is a great guy to work with. He answered all our questions throughout the process and during the months while it was being built. Wow, I really like this Lexus location, maybe one of the nicest locations they have! Although we only came for service, it was very clean, and the staff who spoke to us (because some did not) were very knowledgeable and personable. The waiting area inside is also very nice. If you have any service concerns, I would ask for T.J. personally. He s the most knowledgeable in that area in my opinion! It s worth the drive, and it s a hassle-free experience when receiving your luxury service.

Sales and service... both amazing! We've purchased our last two vehicles from Northside and every experience we've had has been fantastic. It's also a beautiful property with a comfortable (almost luxurious) area to wait during servicing. Doesn't feel like a normal car dealership. Highly recommend Northside Lexus!

Our family has been part of Lexus specifically Northside for over 23 years. We have been with them since they were in the old location and the service they provided back in the old location was phenomenal. Ever since Northside moved I felt like the service has drastically changed in terms of staff and services. I had a great sales person when I purchased my vehicles at the new location but every time I brought the cars in for the complimentary service the staff was not how they used to be. I also brought my car in today for a service since the car kept alerting me that it was due for a maintenance and when I came my representative told me that my car doesn t need one since it s still early. He told me someone didn t reset the code or they reset the wrong code on the car. This was very infuriating because for over 23 years with Northside I have never encountered these hiccups and I had to drive all the way up to the dealer for basically nothing. I also thought some of the receptionists were not nice either every time I called to schedule my service appointment. They were not helpful and didn t take their time to ask what my car needed and instead just rushed the phone call and rudely hung up the phone. I had one good service scheduling appointment with Northside s new location but the rest were not it. Shoutout to Tanner though for being a great person in genuinely caring, but It s disappointing to see the brand and place I grew up with go downhill.
