Do not let them caulk your camper. Scratched my fifth wheel and caulked on top of the old instead of removing old first. Terrible unprofessional service, Just quoted $4,000 to fix their mistakes. Owner denied fault. I could have done better myself, but wanted it professionally done.

These guys should get a 6 star review. We purchased a new 2022 Wildwood Grand Lodge in August of 2022. We are full timers. A few days in we noticed the shower was leaking on the floor and under the trailer. After a long battle between the dealership, we contacted Mobile Tech RV. The team was very professional. They accepted a tough job of having to completely remove the shower, fix the sloppy work performed by the factory, and put it all back together. It was a tough and frustrating job, but these guys did an outstanding job. We highly recommend this company to work on your RV.

Called yesterday and spoke with Cindy about changing my awful wall lighting in our Tiffin Phaeton. I have found some beautiful sconces from one of our local lighting stores (home lighting) and was curious if that was a possibility. She told me she would get me an answer and let me know but I just figured they would forget about me. To my delight, I received a phone call this morning from David, who was very knowledgeable about all things RV electrical, answered my question and went into great detail about how lighting works in our coach. Their follow through was amazing! If you are in the Houston area or just passing through, these guys can change out your dated RV wall lighting with whatever store bought fixture you pick out. We called Dave from Mobile Tech RV Repair concerning an electrical issue in our fifth wheel. Dave was extremely helpful, patient and very knowledgable about the electrical system in RVs. During our phone conversation, he helped me try to diagnose the problem and pinpointed a possible cause of our issue. Mobile Tech RV Repair is owned and operated by David Franklin. Him & his team of expert technicians arrived at my motor home between 0745 & 0800 to my replace my Air Conditioning unit, they were punctual, positive and had a smile on their face when they greeted me at the door, which automatically put me in a very good mood as I have never used Mobile Tech RV Repair before now, but I will tell you what they are a number one team in my book, after watching this team steam into action, each knowing what his role is and going for it, they had the old unit out, my new Coleman Mach 15 installed in no time at all, they were neat, tidy, no messes and cleaned up as they went along. They did a positive operation check at the end and out the door they went. Sam was the most polite, knowledgeable and helpful person on the team. Her and Steven showed up to my 2012 Montana mountaineer to repair the tank level panel and fix a leak I had on my AC. Two days before Christmas and MobileTech came to the rescue of my senior parents. The issue addressed was an electricial problem with the A/C in their brand new Jayco travel trailer.David was very knowledgeable, friendly and capable.
