Been ripped of a few times by mechanic shops in the area and so lucky to find this shop. Very fair prices, great job communicating with me while my car was worked on. Very clean shop inside and out and one of the most professional I have seen. Very knowledgeable honest staff! They have found a lifetime customer with me.

MK is a great place to have your vehicle repaired. You are treated the same way on every vehicle. It doesn't matter if it is 100,000. vehicle or a 10,000.00. They will take time and try to help the customer. They are very honest, professional and the employees there are as well. I used to drive a tow truck. I would tow cars for the owner from time to time. He always took care of me. Now I am a Director at Medical Practice. I will most definitely take all my vehicles here for sure!PLEASE KNOW THAT THE OLDER REVIEWS ARE FROM PAST OWNERS. I promise you this,The owner here will go Above and Beyond to see His customers are taken care of! That is why He is a Successful Business Owner!!

Ryon at MK was the most helpful! I brought my truck in with a broken a/c. I never had to worry about what was going on, because he sent me daily updates and pictures using their messaging system. Everyone I talked to was so friendly and helpful, and I m thankful to have a working a/c just before summer hits. I will definitely be going to MK for all my vehicle repairs in the future!

Ryon was the kindest service advisor I ve worked with in regards to my vehicle. He was efficient and kind. I really feel like everything was evaluated fairly and that s often hard to come by from real mechanics like this shop. Everyone was friendly and the shop experience was clean and nice.

The professionalism at this establishment is above and beyond. Ryon did a bang up job with my chevy trax. Quick, clean work for a fraction of the price of some of these other places close by. Their oil change prices are better then Take 5 and Valvoline and just as quick. I will def be telling my friends about this place!

Took my vehicle in yesterday, and staff was very prompt in diagnosing the problem, great communication and service. highly recommend for quick and honest work. Ryan was very nice and will definitely come back in and work with them.

The receptionist was very helpful, professional and patient.I left my insurance info n he was so very patient about megetting my information sent to me. After it was finally sent, myauto was immediately inspected. There was no wait time.

I was hoping this business owner would call me back and say Mr Wagner since we weren't able to fix your truck as the fourth time you had to bring it back we are going to issue you a refund.That never happened.So I'm out 1,700 dollars for nothingSo.Why am I not the only person who has ever given you a bad review.It seems you always try to turn it back on the the customer as if they were the problem.The truth is you had my vehicle plenty long enough and you couldn't fix it and I am out money for nothing.So maybe your in the wrong business.Stop turning it back around on the customer.Yiur wrong and you know it.

My husband and I just got a new truck from a nearby car lot.. was experiencing a/c issues.. was recommended this place & we must say Ryan went above & beyond our expectations. Ryon at mk automotive was very helpful. He told us what was wrong with our truck and how long it will take to get repaired. We dropped it off and not a min after when he told us it would be done we got the call that our truck was ready -and everything was fixed and ready to go.. I went in for the first time because I had an issue with my battery. They saved me money from the diagnostic to get my lights off my dash and replacing my battery. I'm definitely locking them in for all repairs on all my vehicles. It's very hard to find great mechanics and more so, those that are honest and not desperate for money. That's why I'll only use MK for my repairs. I'm new to Houston, but finding an excellent mechanic is equal to finding a roof over your head. MK Automotive is that place.This is an update for 2/26/24.MK Auto is the best Automotive repair shop in all of Houston and surrounding counties. They are "better" than ANY dealership without the cost. They just replaced a battery in one of my Mercedes, for less than $300 and they came to my house to do the repairs and while there, ran a diagnostics on my other Mercedes, that's hardly driven and was due for A service because of time only, no other issues and they took care of that while at my house at no cost. (Nobody else would have done that.)I forgot, they did an oil change and state inpsection on my 2018 Camy for less than $105 a few days prior. I won't ever take my car anywhere else.If you're having headaches with mechanics that are playing with your wallet and they can't seem to fix stuff, or they're knocking you in the head with prices, you need to come to MK Automotive.Those guys are the truth.Oh yeah..., did I say they're not greedy or desperate for money like 98% of other Automotive Shops and Dealerships?They service domestic and foreign whips. So last week I went in to get some work done on my vehicle and although they had to work with my extended vehichle warranty company who did not want to bend at all and wanted to offer the very bare minimum, they absolutely worked with me. I sat with them all day to get everything completed. Ryon, Adam and they staff are great. Ryon customer service was so on point with me because I did express to him how important customer service is to me. Adam was on top of it with taking care of filing my claim with the warranty company and even fighting for me to try to get all I needed with less out of pocket. But the main thing that I must say is I have total respect for the owner of the company. He was in there working with his crew and to me that says I'm not going to ask you to do nothing that I myself and not willing to do.I will definitely be going back and giving this company more of my business.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto A/C replacement, Auto emissions testing, Air conditioning

Have to say I was very pleasantly surprised! My spouse stopped in because he needed a state inspection. The business is VERY clean and the staff are great to work with. He decided change the oil in his truck since he was there already and it was very affordable (in line with WalMart). We liked the service and prices so much that we brought our other car and my SUV.Ladies, I highly recommend going here as the guys do not talk down to you! The quote for a rebuild transmission on a 2003 Audi was $6,700 dollars I denied. Of course. Took the car back home and the very next day I fixed with $0 dollars. Just need a reset. So story short I don t recommend this shop for any imports. If they don t wanna do the job they simply quote you high. My car was parked at the same spot I left it on. Same mileage same engine hours that means they didn t even look at it and they did charged me for the diagnosis it s all good I knew I had to pay regardless but they don t get my business any longer. I was planning to purchase a SUV from them after I had fixed my Audi but by looking the way they do business there no way ! People this reviews do help take my advice don t waste your hard to earn $$ to this place. Do a better research and go somewhere else.Service: Transmission

Took advantage of the situation that i needed to repair my vehicle, not that they over charged me for 700$ more but the issue was not resolved and i had to walk out with a huge 1700$ repair cost and no results.The old man including me manager, both together are not honest.I have to pay another 1000$ now at another shop for the repairs that i have already paid for.its ashame. Make sure before going to this place

Spoke with Mike early Sat morning needed to tow my Dad's 71' Charger drag car. He sent a driver ASAP all the way to Sugar Land to get it and bring it to my house in Spring. His driver was fast, courteous and took great care of our 50yr car. Highly recommended.

I came by to get my inspection done and the team here was so kind to me. Melanie was a doll and very helpful in answering questions about getting my car registered and I know she didn t have to help with this. I was in and out and I got a cute new keychain.
