I can t brag enough about this place. Great quality and expert workmanship, amazing prices. I was skeptical due to it being a large company, but they have home town attitudes and manners, mindset. I m very happy with the service I received and I will always be a customer to them going forward

Steven R. took care of me today as myself & 3 other vehicles had our tires damaged to something we all hit on the highway. He explained throughly what he was doing and what was going to happen. Very professional gentleman & made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was safe along with very great manner s handling my vehicle. Great job!Service: Car towing

Needed a jump/tow and Alton arrived in under 30 minutes, was able to jump start my truck, and gave me some great guidance as to possible issues. He was willing to follow me to the shop in case I broke down again. Great job, great service, awesome experience under the circumstances.

Went Milstead as a new customer, looking to just get my battery replaced in my Ram 1500. They were totally fine with that, friendly, quoted a reasonable price and helped me get back up and running within an hour with a new battery, best part no frills or surprises! Will be coming back for any other regular needs.

I hit a guardrail poking over the shoulder and it scratched/damaged every panel along the left side of my truck. Milstead s body shop did an awesome job and my truck looks the same way it did prior to the scratch. Great job Milstead, and thank you Reno for all of your great customer service!

My hero! Steven rescued me from I45 shoulder after hitting a hunk of concrete and deflating my right rear tire. Steven loaded and unloaded my Merc very professional while he had me sit in the truck with the heater on. Thank you so much Steven, you made a tough situation not end badly on I45 in Houston rush hour traffic!

When my 2015 Honda Odyssey stopped along the highway snd would not restart we were towed to Milstead Service Center in Conroe, TX as the closest AAA approved repair shop. The entire experience with them was top notch. Communication regarding status of problem diagnosis by phone and text was very efficient, letting me know things that had been ruled out as well as potential issues and estimated repair costs. It turned out to be timing belt failure which was repaired day 2 followed by further testing to ensure no cylinder, valve or engine damage . On day 3 I picked it up running like new . Price for diagnostics and timing belt replacement was very fair. Owner followed up with text following day to make certain I was satisfied with the job. If I lived in the area I would have all of my car service done here!

Our daughter s car was hit by an SUV, horrible phone call to receive. Double rollover on a busy intersection due to lateral impact on her side of the car. Milstead Towing arrived and took their time to safely remove our car from the public roads and take it to their holding facility in Spring, TX. After the dust settles and we could think straight we made it to the holding facility to pay for the services and do our part to get this part of the situation taken care of. Emotionally challenging to finally see the mangled mess of metal left after your child has been in such a horrific accident, but Ms Melody too such amazing care of us at the office. Lord bless this company and their wonderful people. She was just a kind heart when we needed it most. She explained the process and what our next steps were and even gave us some time to talk to her manager Larry and allow us to get our belongings out of the car. Just a blessing when we needed it most. Larry was truly a gentleman and I ll always remember his words of sympathy and encouragement. And this is how a horrible situation birthed and amazing customer service interaction with good Texas people. I just can t Thank y all enough. Stay blessed

Top tier experience with Milstead Automotive! I noticed a fluid leak Wednesday morning and had my vehicle towed there. By Wednesday afternoon they'd diagnosed the issue. By Thursday morning it was fixed at a very reasonable price, with drop off service to my office because I couldn't get away to pick it up. They even gave it a wash and vacuum. Such great service from Brian in their service department. Highly recommend!

I am highly impressed with the quality of service, price and customer service at Milstead! I have been to almost all of the auto service shops up and down Rayford Road and Milstead has been the only one where I ve left happy, not breaking the bank, not taken advantage of and not hassled to do/purchase other things for my vehicle. They have fixed everything that I have asked with no pressure to fix anything else. Their customer service is superb and I am so happy to finally find a shop I can take all my vehicle needs to and feel comfortable it will be done right. Thank you

This establishment always deserves five stars for service. They found my brakes to be in rough shape and because I pull a fifth wheel I had the issue fixed. Dropped it off one day and completed the same day. Jim has been my go to person for years and continues to be that for the future. Well done.

I wanted to reach out and share my positive experience with Milstead, a reputable automotive mechanic shop. Recently, I had some major repairs done on my Chrysler 300 at their facility.I found their advisors to be highly knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the process. They promptly and accurately diagnosed the issue and provided a quick solution. I was impressed by their efficiency, as they were able to complete the repairs within a day and a half.Additionally, I appreciated the extra touch of receiving a complimentary car wash and vacuum when picking up my vehicle. Overall, I highly recommend Milstead to anyone in need of reliable and experienced mechanics who strive to get the job done right the first time.

Stephen did an incredible job loading up this rusty gorgeous centerpiece for our show. He transported and set it down perfectly where we needed it. I can t say enough about the level of service y all provided. I d recommend your company over and over.Thank you!!!!!

Had a few things wrong with my Toyota Tundra . The worst was a leaking back window. Called Milstead and spoke with Brian. Told him about my issues with the truck, He had me bring it in right away and replaced the window and two wheel studs that were cross threaded, rotated and balanced all wheels.Truck was done in one day and all work was perfect!Milstead is my new go-to auto center. Very helpful people and great service A+++!

Very good customer service. They went above and beyond to make us happy and satisfied with their company. Highly recommend Milstead for you vehicle service needs.We had to have the fuel injectors replaced on our 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited.

I have never dealt with major car repairs before and Im 57 years old! So, I took my Mercedes to the dearlership...OMG...OUTRAGEOUS PRICE TO FIX but I took it there anyways. They charged me for other items that "Came up" during repairs and instead of being completed and ready for pick up like they told me was going to be the next day...it was 7 days later. I had two other issues I needed to fix but I was not about to let the dealership do those repairs.I was then referred to Gregg Bruce at Milstead to fix my radiator. Fair price on the phone and time frame to fix. My car was ready the next day as stated on the phone. I showed up and it was exactly the price he quoted me on the phone. I was very happy with the customer service. A week later my alternator needed replacing. I called Gregg and took my vehicle in again. Once again...great customer service and when they were done...same price as quoted on the phone and on the time frame quoted as well.A+ FOR MILSTEAD. YOU GOT ME FOR LIFE ON CAR REPAIRS.

The guys here at milstead automotive were awesome and very helpful with my truck I had a a wheel hub fail and I caused a good amount of damage to my suspension but they stayed in contact with me and kept me updated of what was going on and fixed the problem very professional clean environment I will be back for future repairs.

We purchased our motorhome 3 years ago and have always received professional and quick state inspections. We tried to get it inspected in 2 other cities but it didn t work out so we made the 2 hour drive just to come to Milstead.

I had a bad experience while driving home from work, my brakes completely went out with a leak. Steven R offered me a free tow to the nearest exit which I was extremely grateful for since I had no brakes at all .Service: Car towingService: Car towing

We had work done on the windshield of our 2019 F150. Brian told us that they would try to save our windshield if possible because it didn't have any cracks in it. We are very satisfied with the work they did. Brian was very helpful and professional.

My wife brought her Honda Odyssey into a reputable shop and was told that she needed to replace her engine (which had less than 80,000 miles on it). We decided to get a second opinion with Greg at Milstead Automotive and are so happy that we did...turns out that we did not need a new engine after all. Instead of paying more than $10,000 for a new engine, we paid only a fraction of the price to replace the parts that were causing the engine malfunction. My wife's car drives just fine now. Thank you Greg and Milstead Automotive for your great work! This is a classic example of why we should always get second opinions.

Milstead is an excellent automotive shop. They excel at diagnosing complex issues in vehicles. They also standby the quality of their work and are extremely transparent about the work they execute on your vehicle. I would not trust anyone else with my car.

Stephen Meredith is Amazing!! His customer service is tremendous! He helped my hubby and I out of a jam and provided exceptional service!! Definitely using him for any towing needs from now until forever!!! Would rate 100 stars if possible!!!

I'm always wary of mechanics because of past experiences where they've blown problems WAY out of proportion in the name of getting more money out of me. Milstead is now officially the worst perpetrator I've ever dealt with. I came in with an oil issue, and after charging me a pretty hefty diagnostic fee, they came back to tell me the whole engine needed replacing and it would run me anywhere from $5000 to $8000. Thank God I got a second opinion, because it turned out to be a faulty sensor that I got fixed for $100. At best, these people don't know what they're doing. At worst, they are the sterotype of car shops that I've learned to look out for: taking advantage of those who are uneducated about the workings of their car and trying to squeeze them for every penny they can. Avoid at all (far too high) costs.

Mr. Stephen Meredith was exceptional. He came to my rescue and went straight to work with no dilly dally or hassle. He was efficient and proficient with his craft. He helped me in just a nick of time so that I can be on my merry way to work. It was faster than jimmy johns fast. He even helped me understand what to do if I ever find myself in a similar situation. I really appreciate his diligence and speed.

The dispatch was very professional and handled my emergency well. Jesse came out quickly and was professional, honest and efficient. Very nice and great service overall!! Thanks Milstead. AAA left me stranded on the side of the road at 2:00am for over 3 hours. When I called Milstead, they were there within 30 mins. And had me loaded and on the way to my mechanics in 7 minutes.

Steven R. plucked me off of IH-45 about 1/4 mile from 1960. I had had a blow out and been sitting for about an hour on the side of the road. He had me hooked up and moved to a safe location within 30 minutes of pulling in behind me. Really grateful to him and his professionalism.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

One of my tires went flat whilst driving on the freeway. Soon after pulling over, a Milstead truck saw me and pulled in behind to offer me a free tow off of the freeway. The driver Steven R made short work of it and was very nice.

Terrible Coleman Mach Airexcel Air Conditioner service center, though I imagine they are better with automotive repair. Looked these guys up as workaround to driving all the way to my RV dealership- since they re listed as an authorized service center figured I d try them out. After three months of getting misinformation/blown off, I finally find out that they can t even do the work. Total waste of time- my dealer got the whole thing done in less than a third of the time.
