Michael was great, he explained everything going on with my car. They were fast, efficient and super friendly! Didn't have to wait a long time for my car to be serviced, I was very grateful for that! Their system was down though, they couldn't do some change in the computer and comped the $5 difference (on the oil) I had to pay per the main manager. They (Jose & Michael) gave me a copy of my 6 point inspection report done on my car as well and made suggestions for services my car will need, I will definitely be back for future services!

Amazing Midas location. Brandon and Michael were courteous, funny and helpful. Definitely go here for your car needs! I used groupon but Michael insisted to price check with him first he will match or outright beat the price. Just a tip!

Great place and great employees! I was in and out of there within 15 minutes for my oil change. The employees Michael and Jose were GREAT! Both very friendly and accommodating and made me feel comfortable! Thank you guys for a great experience guys! Will be back!

I went in to get my brakes taken care of and Brandon was there to help me out. He was thorough and very resourceful. He really took his time explaining everything to me. I ll definitely be coming back to this location.

Took my Acura Rdx to have my oil changed and tires rotated. Brandon was super helpful and got my car serviced quickly. The waiting area was super clean and all the staff are very professional. A much better experience than the service department at the dealership! Thanks again!

My truck has a skid plate and rrquires a few extra steps for an oil change. Jose and Michael delivered great customer service and were very knowledgable. The crew did a great job on the oil change with no additional labor charges for the plate. I even added a coolant flush on my order at that point.I know this place had a shaky past but the new team there will give you a completely different experience.

Michael/Jose both really honest guys. Took my car to another shop that didn t complete the work or even check the things I asked. I came down the road to Midas and they gave me an honest quote and gave me the best deals they could given my situation. I highly recommend this location! Had my car done the same day and even showed me the work they needed to do and did.

My fist visit , I had issues come up under the old management. The new manager Jose had just taken over the day I came in to complain and get my issue fixed. Jose was super helpful in getting those issues taken care of and apologetic for the previous job poorly done. I had to come back again due to a long term problem that came up and Jose and his team were great at explaining everything, super friendly, and quick to get the job done.

Won't return here. I don't like the new manager. I got great service with the previous manager and front line employees. He recommended I get 2 services done( coolant flush and tune up) that already had done 2 months ago. He doesn't pay attention to old tickets or details. He was also trying to get me to get an alignment which was done 2 months ago too. I love going to Midas but I will have to find another location.

Brandon - One of the service advisors assisted me with all of my questions and did not try to haggle me into purchasing anything my car didn t require. He recommended multiple things that needed done, but werent required, and I did purchase a brake fluid flush - I would recommend this store to everyone and especially the customer service from brandon was amazing! I have been bringing my car here for months and will continue to do so. Thank you Midas and Thank you Brandon

1st I would to share had issues with my F150.With many extra digonises over the phone with several Automotive repair shops.I wanted to give major props to Manager's Jose and Michael and Jose repair technician for a job well done!Jose took his time with finding the issue.No over rated push for excessive repairs.These are Honest and very customer oriented guys.Overall, I'm super happy they were able to run diagnostics and fix the issue!So keep them in mind for oil changes and any auto repairs you need!Spring Cypress location, spring.

They scam me. Charge $910.17 for oil change, battery and spark plugs.Car didn t go 5 miles and I had to get it towed.What goes around comes around.

I came to this location because of the good reviews. They were right! Great service, nice and clean location. They offer/accept Groupon discounts with no prob. They also did my vehicle inspection. I recommend this location.

Poor customer care. I took car to Midas for inspection and for $19.99 and then he gave me a quote saying it will cost $250 to fix the oil leak and then after he ripped that quote and said it will cost $450 and ripped the 2nd quote and then after that he told me $600 and ripped that quote and finally he said it was $1700.I tried to tell him I don t want it repair for that amount and he said I still have to charge you $600 for labor and you still have to pay $600 and then I was forced to do the repair for that amount since they were going to charge me $600 anyway. Why they did not find the problem after inspection, I paid $19.99 and then $65.99 for full inspection, they did not know where the leak was coming from. we go to do inspection they should tell us the issues and ask which part will fix the oil leak and fix that since that is what we went in for.After picking it up and paying the amount we asked the manager if it is leaking and was it tested and he said no leaks, then the oil leak was still there when we brought it home the same day and we tested it on a driveway with cardboard underneath and spots of oil leaks were observed and nothing was fixed- therefore $1700 was charged with no fix to our initial issue that we went to Midas for.We took the car back to them the next morning since it s 90 day warranty and told them we can still see oil leak when we turn on car and he said that crankshaft pulley may need replacing too and the leak could be from there. But when we asked if there was any leaks he said no to us before us picking up the car. We went there with intention of fixing the oil leak we observed however he fixed something else like housing filter assembly and if they guessed it was crankshaft pulley why wasn t that repaired first to stop the oil leak??

Best mechanic shop! They will work with you, explain any issues and resolutions with you, they won t waste your money. I would highly recommend this place!! They ve done good by me.
