I don t normally write reviews but I decided to take time out of my day to write this one. First, I would like to start off with the service here is pretty good. I m not afraid to admit that I don t know much about cars but I will ask questions, and when I did ask them the guys were very knowledgeable. I very much appreciated every answer received. Not only that, but so far the job was seeming done well. I did however pay more than I expected. $260 for my back breaks and $40 for my oil change. Not sure if this was a good price but I ll talk to some people to figure that out. 3 star for now.

This location is managed by people with no INTEGRITY. I brought my car in to put o2 sensors indropped it off when they opened 8:00am. I did not hear from them at all, no updates nothing so I called only to be told I must buy a new catalytic converter.Their excuse was that whoever put it in cross treaded it the top sensor wire. Hers my problem with that EXCUSE. It s hard for me to believe that the previous mechanic would not correct that and also every job is inspected before it leaves. I don t know maybe not this location. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATIONtoo ANYONE. Oh by the way they also LIED to my daughter, went for oil change, and suddenly she needed a new oil pump, and of course they couldn t show her where it was leaking ( timing belt needed)NO INTEGRITY AT ALLIt was BEATEN so badly that they couldn t get it OFF!!!!

So this is my first time experiencing Meineke Car Care Service and I must say I am extremely satisfied. They kept their word. They did exactly what they said they were going to do with my car. They were patient with me when I had questions or curiosity. They kept me updated daily on the process of my car. They never ignored me. They also have Greay customer service. I will definitely be back for my next servicing. Thank you again Meineke !!! You guys were Awesome

I arrived first thing in the morning to swap out exhaust systems for my Jeep. I stated that I wanted to keep my old exhaust. That was communicated between the front desk staff and the technician working on the task at hand. Very professional. I only waited like an hour to get my vehicle back. PLUS, the old exhaust was neatly packed up in the box the exhaust came in and loaded in the back of my car. These guys deserve a raise. Their professionalism and attention to detail show a great example that others should emulate! Thanks gentlemen!

I am so happy with all the guys at this location! They have saved me several times with several of my vehicles. Jose is amazing , he was able to complete a job that should have taken weeks to complete in one week ! These guys are efficient , knowledgeable , and affordable.

I had my axels fixed they did a wonderful job. They're fast and great customer service. I will recommend Meineke Car Care Center on Aldine Westfield to my neighbors and friends. And they are reasonable.

I called the shop and spoke with Junior and explained the issue with the headlights on my truck. He gave me sound professional advice on the service required. I took the car to the shop on Aldine Westfield. They were courteous and professional and did a superb job. I highly rate this facility and a lot better than going to a Stealership (i.e. Dealership)

My wife Omeka Davis had service done at this location and her vehicle still had the same problem when she left, so she returned to have it serviced again (suspension issues) and the mechanic claimed it was something else not pertaining to the issue he addressed to her last time, I her husband asked the mechanic to show me what he figured the issue was and when he showed me the issue I told him what he needed to do to fix issue and he argued the fact that it needed to be changed. So after going back and forth I asked to borrow his tool to show him he was wrong and he denied me access to his tool on top of him not noticing that the ball joint was missing the nut as well which I really think they removed the nut from the ball joint and loosened the outer tie rod to get business from my wife. Then the manager took it as a joke and offered to play poker with my wife stating she had to change her bad review to a good one and they would at least put the nut on the lower ball joint that was missing the nut. After my wife changed her review they put the nut on and we left and went down the street and I used my own tool and fixed the issue that my wife was having with her steering system which was tightening up the outer ball joint like I insisted the mechanic to do. This place is a con and I will not be letting my wife return here for anymore business and I highly recommend no one else looking for honest good service not to go here as well. I frown upon guys and businesses like this trying to get over on women because they lack knowledge of cars.

This location is top notch. The guys up there are incredibly knowledgeable. They get the work done crazy fast. There s no hidden expenses or fees that you don t see coming. They are very up front about everything. They remember me whenever I come in. It s the only place I go now for service to any of my family s vehicles. 10/10 would recommend to everyone

Everything was good. The only issue I have - I can t get a call back in regards to the center portion of my hubcap being damaged. It will not stay on. The work was done to the breaks and I know they realized it wouldn t tighten up when they put the tires back on. Otherwise I d give them 5 stars. Seems it s maybe stripped. Guess someone didn t want to be accountable. If you mess up fix it out at least acknowledge it and let me know so we can arrange a date to bring it back. I left 3 messages for the guy that handled everything to call me back. No call to date

This was the most terrible experience Iv ever had with an auto shop. I dropped my car off at 9:20 am for an a/c diagnostic. It took them till 530pm to contact me back and tell me it needed a new compressor that they didn t have. When I came to pick the car back up there was grease all over my light gray leather seats and window seal. To top it off when I drove a way I quickly found out that they forgot to attach the covering under the engine, and it was dragging under my car. So I had to Turn around and go back , just for them to take another 30 min. To fig out how to fix it. To say the least I will not be returning.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

A special thanks to the manager, Mark, for his patience and professionalism. After a horrific first-time experience with Protect My Car (PMC) (a car warranty company that refused to pay for my MAJOR mechanical repair), Mark and his staff worked tirelessly on my behalf while PMC dragged their feet for OVER a week. There was also an in-house incident that, when brought to Mark's attention, was handled quickly and to my satisfaction. For the price, level of service, and close proximity to the Spring and north Houston areas, I would recommend this location as a one-stop-shop for your automotive needs.

Some services may not be available (Broken down machines, etc.), so DEFINITELY call FIRST! Decent facility and customer relations, but...just depends what you're needing.

Excellent customer service and professional staff! I was able to get my oil change done in under an hour. I wasn't able to get my vehicle inspection done because the machine was down but I had time the same day to get it done elsewhere. I appreciate the services rendered! The manager & assistant manager Lawrence & Jose are absolutely wonderful people to work with. They are honest, and will let you know if any other work needs to be done prior to doing the work. They have helped me out of many situations with speed and accuracy. Thank you both!!

Huuuuge shoutout to Lawrence Godfrey, the manager of this fine establishment! Even though he had a rocky morning, he got my catalytic converter bolts replaced and an unrelated broken bolt from a previous mechanic replaced as well! He was so nice and helpful and just really made my whole day with his great attitude! Thank you Lawrence! And a big thanks to Jose as well for replacing my O2 sensor after having to leave and come back with it . These guys are amazing, 10/10 will return and recommend to everyone!

Find another location or shop. I went in for an oil change and diagnostic, said 40 minute wait but I was there for 3 1/2 hours. No communication, they gave no updates as to why. Also overcharge me for an ignition coil replacement. Afterwards I found out the job with labor averages around $350 -$450 and they charged over $700. Also I have been receiving spam after giving them my email address.

Jose and Lawrence were very professional, helpful, and had great customer service. The shop has reasonable prices and if something is too expensive they gave me the option of financing which is amazing I had no idea. Thanks to Jose for explaining . Sadly, I saw an impatient rude customer as I was waiting. Having grown up in a family of mechanics, what people need to understand is depending on what you are there for the time wait is different. I have been here a couple of times now and am happy to have a place where I trust the mechanics to take care of my car. Definitely would recommend . They have spanish speaking workers too so that's a plus!

This is the best location, everytime I come the employees are always Professional, and respectful. I must say Lawrence is a great asset to the company, I give him a 10 star rating for a job well done. I will always andforever be a loyal customer to the aldine Westfield location. They are phenomenal workers. LAWRENCE IS THE BEST!!!Services: Exhaust, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

If I could give a 0 star, I would. This was my first time using this company and I don t know about other locations, but I would not recommend this place at all.In total made two trips to this location. My first trip, I had made them aware that my compressor was diagnosed as bad and just wanted a second opinion. I was told it was $99.99. After sometime, they told me it will now cost me $159 cause my car needs Freon to determine what the problem was. I paid for it,when it was done I took it home. Within 3hrs I went out with my car and it was not cooling. Took the car back at 10:20am on a different day, and was there till after 5:05pm to be then told my compressor was the problem. So I spent $159 for no reason.No explanation of why it took 6+ hrs to diagnose my car. Keep in mind before bringing my car back the second time I had come to this location the day before and scheduled the appointment and asked if it could be looked at that a scheduled time or within reasonable timeframe. 6hrs+ is not a reasonable time and completely ridiculous.

We were out of town staying in Humble Tx. The brakes of our RV had gone bad. They got me right in and fixed the problem even on a memorial day weekend ! ( Saturday ) The entire staff of this store went above and beyond to help us when it counted !!I will tell anyone that if you're out of town and your breaks down....... These are the guys to see

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a mechanic. I needed an oil change and I had a check engine light on. With no one ahead of me it took them 2 hours to do the oil change. They wanted $100 diagnostic charge to tell me what the check engine light was on for. Eventually they just told me it was for a misfiring piston. They told me that is would be $1,150 for new spark plugs and coils. I took it to another mechanic that cleared the code and said my car was fine. It has been several days and the code has not come back. These people are not honest and even if they are they take forever and over charge.
