Wanted a reasonable price on a paint job for my daughter's used car. (I got it at a government auction for 2.5 grand. It was a city inspection car complete with city decals and markings.) I called around 8 places and they all wanted 2 times the cars value or more, until the good folks at maaco gave me a price of1300.00. I took my daughter there and she picked out the color she wanted. 3 days later, it was done and looking fantastic! Highly recommend using macro for all your car restoration needs. Fast service with reasonable prices!

They painted and installed my new hood plus repainted the flat black on the bumpers, grill, and gas cap/door. It looks soooo good! I love it!

Staff was friendly and kept in good communication, paint was completed within the time quoted, and the price was exactly as quoted. The paint looks great, no complaints on paint or the colors to choose from.Only 1 hiccup, that I am not going to let affect my review since no serious damage was done, i am not sure how it happened but the battery terminal and connector were melted. My only guess it was due to prolonged & excessive drain that melted the battery connection due to the switch on the airbags left on in error, but that is only a guess since when i picked up car it was still stuck on. No serious damage was done that was not quickly resolved by me.I am happy this was only a minor issue since if this happened at night, it could have caught fire and possibly damaged other people's vehicles or the building itself.I am so thankful, all things considered, this was a minor issue. My recommendation is that if your company does any other vehicles with modified suspension, please take the time to make sure when adjusting the height to ensure the switches reset. This could have been avoided but again no major damage was done.Otherwise paint looks good. I would use them again and didn't let this issue stop me from referring my friend to have his car repainted as well. Luckily, he doesn't have airbags, so he shouldn't have any issues.

Took my 2012 silverado to this maaco. I talked to Anthony about repainting it. He laid out the options, I took the best package they had. I was a little worried about leaving it cause I love my truck. I was super impressed when I picked it up. Anthony took real good care of me as promised. Truck looks new again and he even got me a new bowtie emblem for the tailgate. Price is fair and qualities great. 5 year warranty to ease my mind and I'm proud of the job. Maybe ill do a 1 yr update. Thanks Anthony and maaco professionals! Good business

Paid almost $2600 for front grill paint job ending of June 2023. Took way longer than what was said to me to be ready and paint is already flaking and chipping off. Terrible work. Never again.

Quick paint fix on my truck bumper. Also they was able save me some money by buffing out some paint marks on my passenger side door. Anthony at the front desk was the person that help make all this go smoothly.Thanks Maaco

They replaced the headlight on my car with a supposedly brand new one but the low beam does not work. When I came back to have them fix it, one of the staff said that the headlight cannot be returned if that's the only thing that's not working ( the high beam works). Since I do not have time to keep coming back over there for repairs, I brought along a new low beam bulb (that I purchased separately from a different shop) for them to put it. I know I could have argued over it but like I said, I did not have the time to keep coming back there ( or request for rides ). Since when can you not return a brand new defective purchase? Anyhow, I SENSE THAT THEY'RE NOT COMPLETELY HONEST over there. My advice to whoever is reading this review...go somewhere else! In doing so, you'll save yourself from that feeling that lingers for days ( and the reality) that you've been duped. I do not generalize but I wish there were more people with integrity especially in the car industry.Update: I went back there because the low beam is still turning off. The manager was there to see what the problem is. He found out that there's a loose wire connection in the receptacle that holds the low beam light. He suggested that I buy a new receptacle and come back for another session if he fixes it today and the problem persists. However, it also means that I have to pay another fee and set another time. I told him that they did not fix it properly in the first place. I brought the car with properly functioning headlights ( both right and left) and after they "fixed" it, the low beam on the Right headlight is not functioning anymore. He was insistent about his point and I was insistent about my own. We ended up with a heated argument which was subsequently joined by my wife ( she came along this time). My wife finally said to the manager " You need to calm down and lower your voice, your blood pressure is up and this is not worth it." The manager by this time was all red. Finally, he relented and asked one of the mechanics to tighten the wires and solve that simple problem. All these dramas could have been prevented if the right thing was practiced in the first place.I was undecided at first if I needed to write this update but then I asked myself- do I want other customers to undergo this kind of experience?I know Maaco usually has a good reputation for doing a great job as I personally heard from relatives of mine. But, after this incident, more than likely I will not be coming back.

My experience with Maaco was wonderful. I bought my vehicle in and it was repair the same day. I have attached a picture of my vehicle after it was fixed. My head light was falling down and I had bumper damage from a grocery cart hitting my vehicle during a storm. Thank you, MaacoService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

If I could give a zero I would. I took my car in for collision repair. I was told my car would be ready in a couple of weeks it took 2 months. I checked on my car a month later parts had not been order per Author. I then spoke with the manager whom were very aggravated about my concerns. The front bumper and lights were not assembled correctly, the paint job does not match, the engine was still running hot. I asked to speak with the owner because this was not the Macco experience that I expected and he refused to allow me to speak. The manager called and told me they unable to complete the job and they had done all they could do and told me to pick my car up. The list goes on. Ask for Fidel or Eric. They took good care of me & my Suburban & it was alot cheaper than buying a new car. My car looks beautiful & I can spot it in any parking lot because it is so shiny

Had a small repair needed on the front end of my wife s car. Drove in and got an estimate and was told it would take 2-3 days to repair. I returned a couple of days later to drop it off. Had a good experience with Anthony. I came in 3 months before needing the service to get more information about the process. He was patient and explained the process as well as my options. I finally decided to get the work done this July. Anthony texted and stayed in communication as the process was being done. Also, informed me of how to preserve the new pink color on my Mercedes. I am appreciative. I would give 5 stars, but there's always room for growth. Thanks Anthony!

Came in on 9/16/2023 at 11:40am to discuss further an online estimate and waited for 20 minutes. Two appraisers were there and did not have any sense of urgency to assist me. When the one appraiser talk to me he just deferred me to someone else and went on to another customer. I was looking to get some work done on a classic car. I will not be coming back to this shop. Terrible customer service.

My experience exceeded my expectations! A 5 star is not a BIG enough rating! It brought tears of joy and gratitude to my heart.I was so blown away by the before and after transformation of my old car! Today I drive proudly because of Maaco in Spring, Texas. I am impressed by the personal and detail attention I received as a customer. You now have a lifetime friend. Maaco s staff is highly recommend for the Excellence in Service and Care I received. Moises and all the guys at the Spring Maaco location, were awesome! Great customer service. Fast and friendly... very thorough and the price was lovely. Go see Moises. He will hook you up!!! My vehicle had paint chipping and was rusting in several places. Now it looks brand spamming new!

Great Customer Service. Took my 2000 Eddie Bauer Expedition and made her look Great! She was faded and down to metal in places. They took a few small dents and scrapes out and made an older truck look good again.

Maaco did a great job on my car and it was done in 2 days. It was SLIGHTLY more expensive than what I thought it would be. But the price was "doable". OMG!! This place is wonderful, from the moment I walked in Authur was amazing. When I picked my car up, I walked around it twice to make sure it was my car. Felipe' the manager at the Spring Cypress location was very friendly and helpful. He efficiently supplied me the information on the quote and the date my vehicle would be repaired and available for pick-up. The quote, date of pick-up, and other information provided were exactly as Mr. Felipe' stated. My previously damaged brand-new car looked brand-new once again!!! I highly recommend Maaco and Mr. Felipe' and will use his shop again if needed!!! Job well done!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
