My experience at Land Rover Houston North was great. Carla took very good care of me, by being patience with me, while her and her trainee answered all my questions, since it was my first time there. I will recommend Land Rover Houston North to all my friends and associates, I know that drives Range Rover. Thanks

Had an excellent experience with Jackie at Land Rover north Houston. She communicated throughout my diagnosis and repair and gave me reasonable timelines and even coordinated with my warranty service to cover the payment. I m usually against dealership repairs but she definitely left a great, and lasting impression.

This was the most outstanding service I have had in over 25 years of getting cars serviced. I decided to wait in the store while the service was being completed and I was updated every step of the way. I never felt like I was wondering what was going on. Jackie also checked continually to see if I needed anything while waiting. They went as far as offering to go pick up food for lunch, if I wanted. Absolutely amazing service department. I told my wife we should buy another Land Rover (even though we don t need another car) just because the service was so great.

I always have a great experience when getting my car serviced here. I strictly ask for Carla because her service is impeccable. Everyone one of my concerns is heard and diagnosed and fixed here, and I m left with a clean car and a cold water bottle upon pickup after service.

Jacqueline Bahadur left me with a great experience. She took me in, and the entire process went very smooth. Made an appt with Josh (Service Advisor).Next morning brought vehicle in, diagnosis occurred, concern resolved. In and out with washed vehicle under 2hrs.. QUITE pleased with my overall experience!!! Will definitely return back should future concerns arise.

Priced gauging from the time I walked through the door as the representative immediately tried to upsell me. He then gave me a list of issues and after I chose my repairs called me back to say that his itemized list was short by $2,800. I have never felt abused from Land Rover on 45 before. It reminds me of how I was treated at the Katy location when having my wife's Jaguar serviced a couple of years ago. We immediately traded the car in for a Tesla. I am thinking I will do the same. The integrity under Josh in the past was impeccable however this salesperson seemed less than integrity driven, and more sales/money driven.

My experience with Land Rover was great.. I needed my vehicle to be finished at a certain time and Ms. Waddell made sure my vehicle was finished on time. she was very professional and accommodating. I will ask for her each time my vehicle needs serviced.Regarding services done This was the first time I needed my vehicle serviced. .. So, I was clueless as I m new to LR.I was given 3 options for service on my LR.I was under the impression that I had to pick from one of the 3 options, only .I was never told the 3 options were not my only choices and were optional only . I feel services were done to my vehicle that were not necessary. I ve only had my vehicle 9 months. I should have been made aware that I had other options, not just the 3.The 3 Options were not presented to me by Ms. Waddle.. A gentleman presented the options to me while I was waiting to see her..This lack in communication will never happen to me again.. This was a very expensive lesson learned and one I will never forget.

Jackie is the best service advisor this location has to offer. She kept me abreast of all updates, provided me with options for alternative transportation while my vehicle was being serviced, and was available to answer all my questions and other inquiries.

Jackie B. was my service person on 3/27/2024 at Jaguar Houston North. She was very knowledgeable and answered my questions and explained them so that I understood what needed to be done from the findings after the vehicle diagnostics were performed. Jackie was professional and kept me updated as to the progress of what was being done to my SUV. Just checking on me from time to time meant a lot to me.Thank you Jackie!

Exceptional service at the service center and prompt attention, text message feature is very up to date.My problem with vehicle was resolved in 24 hours!I have 2023 Autobiography so I expected at least a Jaguar or Range Rover as a courtesy vehicle, instead I was driven to enterprise for a Dodge rental SUV. This was not anticipated, at Mercedes dealership I always received a Mercedes, even a smaller model as a courtesy vehicle.I hope the Land Rover Houston North will look into this.Otherwise very good service.

My Rover broke down over the weekend and these wonderful people towed it repaired it and had it back to me Monday morning in time to get my son to his dialysis/doctor appointment. Carla took excellent care of me and I would highly recommend Houston Jaguar, Land Rover, North service dept.

Not very impressed with the service or the experience. Over priced for what was done. Kept my vehicle over the weekend unnecessarily and I had to ask twice if the warranty coverage had been checked. When asked why warranty wouldn t cover the repairs, the answer I received was I don t know. I had to call the warranty provider myself. Won t be returning.

We have purchased two Range Rovers from North and ALWAYS bring them to North Service for routine maintenance. They are always fast, super professional, fair and nice. Love these ladies/gentlemen and recommend them 100%. Our next Rover purchase will be at North!

Josh is always so helpful and pleasant! He tries to address my car concerns without making me feel stupid even when my car doesn t reproduce the sound or issue I m complaining about unlike other service agents at other dealerships.
