Thank goodness the Sticker Place on Kuykendahl was closed. Because as i told the guys at this Jiffy Lubehow much I appreciated their customer service (which is difficult to find anymore) + their Very kind & extremely courteous treatment to me as a customer. Everyone there was just super nice and informative.I will be returning there for some additional issues that need to be addressed.Will pass the word on about the Great Service. +

Expedient service every visit. Courteous staff, careful and cleanliness with my vehicle and fair prices, almost every visit I receive coupon offers to help lower cost or the staff directly provides discounts as a show of customer appreciation

This was the worst experience I have ever had with Jiffy Lube from over years and years of being a return customer. Just needed a standard oil change/servicing and although that was delivered, what took place afterwards was nearly comical, but nothing to laugh about.When I was presented the bill and paid it at 2:45 PM, it was strange that I wasn't handed my key fob like what has occurred every other single time regardless of which Jiffy Lube location serviced my car. Not to mention as well that my car was still in the service bay - I was told that since it was raining they were allowing me to drive my car out of the service bay so that I and my family members would not get wet (another Jiffy Lube first as the cars have always been driven to the parking area by the Jiffy Lube staff in the past).Upon entering the drivers seat after my wife and grandson were already in their seats, I asked the service manager for the key fob and was told that it was already in the card on the center console. It wasn't. In fact, after nearly 45 minutes of the 4-5 Jiffy Lube staff searching the car and the surrounding service area, it was not found. Due to having another commitment to be elsewhere, we did have my wife's key fob available to start the car and leave.Before leaving, I asked for a written statement from the manager stating that their staff had not returned my key fob; after 5-10 minutes of demanding the statement while the manager was reluctant to do so, he finally acquiesced. Also, as I was getting ready to leave he offered to resume the search inside the vehicle at a later time that was convenient for us to return (it was now 3:40 PM).Later, due to the close proximity of our location and our Honda dealership, we took the vehicle to the dealership service department to have them search for the key fob. They found it after over 2 hours of looking (6:51 PM), including removal of front and rear seats, and a $183.88 service charge.Summary of Jiffy Lube experience:- They did not return my key fob to my hand as they have always done in the past.- They did not reset my oil change indicator.- They allowed me to drive my vehicle out of the service bay.Where was the key fob found? It was inside our 4-year old grandson's car seat... apparently he grabbed the key fob from the console where Jiffy Lube left it, put it in his car seat cub holder, closed the cub holder forcing the fob to fall into the inside of the seat.Would have all been avoided if the key fob had simply been returned to my hand when making payment.

Got my auto inspected and passed with flying colors. Went to get my tags and was told my auto failed! Why did they tell me I was good and paperwork said failed! Wasted my day and pissed me off too.

Fast, Friendly service.Almost always have a coupon available which makes their price competitiveUpdate: just dropped in for to get my inspection. Super quick and super friendly. Had me in and out in about 20 minutes, would have been faster but there was a car in front of me. Jiffy Lube is great!Update: Still my go to for oil changes!And again.And againService: Oil change

I love this place. The guys are very helpful they worked as a team. They got along very well w each other it was nice to experience that. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE ! I came in for a state inspection !! I sat in the waiting room and 5 minutes later the guy comes in with my CABIN AIR FILTER and my engine air filter!! Remember now ! I came in for a state inspection!! Not a check up!! My air filter was brand new and the cabin filter had already been replaced 2 weeks before!!! My check engine light was not on! And then he tells me that my wiper blade had a small tear at the top!! The tear was not there before because if it was there before, then my wife would have noticed and I myself would have because I check my vehicle before inspection!!!! So that is a reason to fail and have replaced !! That means that the employee was digging through my glove box to get to the cabin air filter!! What if I would have had jewelry or a gun in there and it was missing and they say it was never there???? Then what ??? When you do a state inspection that s what you want!! Not a breach in your security, well-being or an OVER-SALE!!!! Needless to say that I had him reinstall my cabin air filter and air filter while I watched !!! And left to go somewhere else!!! I will never return or forget the fact that even for a state inspection you have to watch!!

I love this Jiffy Lube!! Everyone is extremely professional, and they make me feel safe again. Mickey and Zach were so nice. It was awesome! Super easy and one of the guys there was super helpful and nice. think his name was Brandon. I went in for an inspection and needed windshield wipers, well unfortunately they were more expensive than I was initially told so they just charged me for the wipers! Great service and professional employees. Whole thing took 10 mins! Thanks y all!

Dimitric I think his last name is Wagner. Was excellent. He was welcoming with a friendly smile. He did my vehicle inspection. I own a Mercedes C class and he handled my car with care. He did my inspection in a timely manner and during check-out made it quick for me so I could get going but great to conversate with during the process. Good customer service is so hard to find these days. It is important to recognize those who put forth the effort to smile and be friendly. Thank you again Dimitric.

This place has become an absolute disgrace. I recently got an engine oil change here, and discovered several days later that oil was leaking from the drain plug. I went back and was told: 1. they had replaced the drain plug during the oil change, but because my truck was so old it needed more than that - a new oil pan - to stop the leak, and 2. they could replace my supposedly faulty oil pan - for $607.00! (I was actually given a written estimate.) In truth, they had NOT replaced the drain plug; a reputable mechanic did later, and that alone solved the problem. In sum, Jiffy Lube technicians intentionally created a problem, and then lied about its severity, to try to get me to come back and spend a lot more money. Now I have oil stains on my driveway.Service: Oil change

The Technician was very polite and respectful. He checked me in, explained the wait time. When finished he escorted me to take care of the payment for the service done. Thanked me for coming to that location. He was very quick, professional and respectful. I ve actually been coming to this location for over 4 years and have always been treated with the utmost respect. I will recommend them every time.

Have used this Jiffy Lube in the past, for all my vehicles. But today, I went there for an oil change and had 2 cars ahead of me.I was told it would be awhile before they could get to me because the first car was having transmission work done on it (Jiffy Lube?!?) and the car immediately in front of me was having linkage work done on it! Lol. As result, they recommended that I go elsewhere!So, I found Strickland Brothers 10 minute Oil Change on Falvel and FM 2920. And guess what? I was in and out in 10 min. The facilities are beyond clean and state-of-the-art! I ll be taking all my cars there going forward!Thanks Jiffy Lube! Your performing transmission and linkage repairs (at an oil change place) sent me to Strickland Brothers, and they now have a new customer!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection. First of all told them the same oil as I had last year but never told me the price. Last year $85 this year $123 that is b/s. told me my vehicle would not pass inspection due to brakes and drive belt, the drive belt was less than 3 years old and was in good condition, Told me my brakes were to thin. I got home and went to replace pads and the tires were stuck on and almost couldn't get the tires off and the pads were good to. the wanted to charge my over $600. That guy was just a crook there was no way the he look at the brakes and belt.Stop going to jiffy lube 15 year ago and thought they may of change I was wrong never again.

Aretha was so kind and nice to me. She truly helped me out when I was there today, she was polite, patience and so helpful in advising me on what to do. This was the first time we had been to this location. All the guys were courteous, friendly and thanked us for coming in. We will definately come back to this location in the future. I have never been to this jiffy lube. Seems like they had new staff there but the young lady and Michael seem to be great leaders. It is always nice to see them teach and coach on the fly! They were busy and they did not buckle under pressure. Michael was a blessing and very professional, respectful and genuinely engaged in the business. Great to see!
