This has been the fastest and most convenient place for inspections and oil changes. We happily bring our two vehicles here for both and everyone is polite and fast. I leave every time surprised it didn't take longer and will no longer go to the dealership for services Jiffy Lube can perform. Thanks Mike and Grant (I think? Terrible with names!) for the fast oil changes (I brought both cars!) today!

Went in for a state inspection. Was told the wait would be about 30 minutes before they'd start it, which was no big deal for me. I sat down and waited after giving them my keys. Awhile later they called me over to input information on my vehicle, and said I had failed. Surprised, I asked them what failed my vehicle. They said my wiper blade was torn, but just one of them. I'm a girlie girl, so normally I'd take that and believe it... however... I literally just paid premium for some brand new wipers my dad installed for me not even 3 months prior... to top this off, it's been raining the past few days, so I've used my wipers not even 2 days before this inspection. I think I would've noticed the 2-3 inch tear on my driver side wiper blade. I looked at the windshield line as I also haven't washed my car in probably 6 months... very solid and clean sharp line that I'm pretty sure wouldn't be the case with my 2-3inch torn wipers... to make it very clear, I believe they tore my wiper blade so I'd purchase their $25 blade replacement in store, which I regretfully did.My mother and sister had completely different experience here with their two separate vehicles. I'd say, single young ladies definitely beware going here, I'm very disappointed with the service I received.

I ve had two very poor experiences with this location. The first happened in September of 2023 when they would not inspect my truck saying the tint was too dark. They said they wouldn t officially fail it to save me money. I took it to another location and lo and behold, not a word about my tint. It passed without any issues.The second I stance happen today, December 17th. I brought my wife s Jeep in for inspection. The first thing I noticed was that all the parking spaces near the front door were full. I figured they must be busy. I walked in and there were 4 staff members in the lobby, no other customers. When I inquired about an inspection I was told their computer was down and they couldn t do it. They didn t say when it would be fixed or offered any other solutions. I cannot send my wife there for any other service as they have and will try to sell her things that are not needed. I realize they have to sell items to stay in business but they don t seem to understand proving good , honest customer service will pay off in the long run

I will NEVER use this jiffy lube(glenloch) again. I usually go to the jiffy lube on 249 and have been for years. Since this one opened I thought great I will use them since they are closer and seem to always be empty. WRONG MOVE. A few months ago I took my car for an oil change. First I got to the shop about 15 mins after opening time and no one was there. No problem things happen. I sit and wait in my car. Two employees were also waiting to get in. Eventually one of the workers told me they could not get in touch with the manager and didn't know when he would get there. I leave and come back two hours later. I asked them to put the same oil on record since my husband usually does the car maintenance. They insisted I need upgraded expensive oil for my car. I unfortunately don't know anything about cars but after going back and forth I finally agreed to the more expensive oil. Needless to say husband was pissed. Weeks later my husband took his car for an inspection and was told before he even got out the car he would not pass for his tint. Same tint on for years with no problem. He goes to our original place and was passed as usual. Now this week I go in for a oil change and inspection. After work is done I was told I didn't not pass because his machine won't connect to my port to read emissions test. Not the guy who took my car or talked to me to try to say I need shocks. New guy says they had a few cars not connect...RED flag. And that he hates my car model because of difficulty and he has even damaged a car like mine before, so he won't work on them himself.RED FLAG 2. Oh and printer doesn't work so no receipt. RED FLAG 3. So he emails me a receipt. I pay my bill now very upset and leave. I check email receipt and it says passed but other paper says failed Red Flag 4 I immediately drive to the Firestone that usually does any work I need and was passed in 20 min. No mention of anything about emissions port. I asked them to check and it was fine and connected perfectly. Guys who work here need training or guidance as most seem very young

Scammers here. Go somewhere else.I've had fine experiences at this location in the past but today I stopped in for a state inspection and I won't ever be back again. I knew my windshield wipers were getting old so I stopped at AutoZone on the way and bought brand new ones and put them on. So I was pretty confused when the guy comes back and tells me they're looking ok but they're starting to wear out on the ends and of course has new ones up on the screen I could buy. I told him I had literally just bought them brand new 20 minutes ago and installed them. They hadn't even been activated a single time yet. Not much of a response except, "Oh, you're probably ok then." So I just paid and got out of there.At the very least, if you're not car savvy, go somewhere else because this place can't be trusted. However, they're apparently too incompetent to recognize brand new wipers, so maybe go somewhere else even if you're not worried about being scammed.Edit: This is what I received when I attempted to email the owner who responded to my initial review. "Your message couldn't be delivered. The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist." I guess they don't take their employees scamming people as seriously as they say.

As this was a new place, thought of giving it a try for State inspection. The did the inspection and then came back and told that I need to replace wiper blades inorder to pass the inspection. I told them I serviced this vehicle 3 months back where I replaced wiper blades and I think I drove in rain for only 2 - 3 times after that. I denied and they failed me, collected the inspection charge and told to get it replaced by them for $25.99 or buy it somewhere and get it fixed through them. My usual place where I go for the last 10 years never did that to me. I told them that I am disappointed and I would never come to this place due to this upselling practice. Before connecting to their machine & charging me they should have told me about wiper blade just by inspecting the vehicle. Bad customer service :-( Straight away took it to my usual establishment and I was able to pass inspection in 15 minutes.

I have gone to this location on multiple occasions and unfortunately left disappointed. Last time I was there, I had a tire rotation and they lost one of my wheel locks and let me leave with one missing. They did pay for a cheap replacement that was not a lock and installed it a day or two later. Recently had an oil change and a headlight change. They forgot to install clips back that hold paneling in my wheel weld area while attempting to replace the bulb.

I came in for an inspection only and I was asked to do several things, including replacing spark plugs, correcting alignment, top off fluids, replace windshield wipers (which were only 6 months old), along with them stating my car had 62k miles on it. Well I am well aware my car actually has 92k miles on it. I feel that they were just trying to get a buck out of me. I did not appreciate it and do not plan on returning.

Did oil change here twice with my work truck. The first time they didn't put oil change interval sticker and the manager hot rodded my new truck around when pulling around to other bay to complete tire rotation. The guys here are very young and may be their maturity level but don't agree with treating customers vehicles that way.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I bring my cars here for every oil change, they are fast and reliable, always do good work, just don t ever bring a VW, seems they do not know how to reset the oil reminder and also did the battery change and they were not able to get rid of all the alarms after the battery change, why offer it if they can t do the work? They tried for at least 30Minutes after the work was done and they sent me to the dealer to reset the alarmsServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

I ll get my oil changed and other preventive maintenance for my vehicle done at Champions Jiffy Lube. They always do a good job and explain what my car needs according to manufacturer recommendations. They are always friendly and efficient. Oil change went well however..... Always make sure to ask for your wheel lock key back. I asked twice. First time the attendant assured me it would be in my truck. The 2nd time I asked if they had put it in my truck the tech still had it on the impact wrench. Had my cabin air filter changed and the tech left my glove box open and the passenger seat fully reclined. Didn't have the courtesy or professionalism to put everything back as it was.

Nice enough people inside. However didn t tighten my oil filter enough and had a leak in no time. Also said they could replace my 200 dollar head light for 15 bucks and changed my perfectly good yellow blinker to a white bulb and told me the head light still wouldn t work may be electrical . Glad I didn t get the other stuff done they were recommending.

These guys are so professional they were very respectful, knowledgeable and very well mannered. They were very honest they did not try to make money on me they told me what needed done .when I went to pick up my car and he showed me the picture of the old spark plugs i had were so bad. I have been wanting to wanted to vacuum my car but when I got in my car it looked clean they even vacuumed my car.i can't say enough good things. My husband has been to this location before and wanted to go back because of the great experience he had.i am going to tell people I know about them and we will always bring our vehicles to this location.God bless you all and God bless your Business.Service: Oil change

My tire had exploded due to a nail or some refuse on the highway. The team here got the burst tire off of my rim, and put the spare tire onto my rim in its place. They had the tools and knowledge to do it in less than 20 minutes. Way faster than the dealership.Service: TiresService: Tires

I needed a state inspection for my car. Matthew was amazing. Very nice, polite and knowledgeable.He explained everything for me on whatever I needed to know.I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I sat in their small yet very comfortable and cozy office. They have a good coffee machine as well.It was a good experience.Thank you, Matthew!

The Jiffy Lube at Gleannloch Forest and 99 is excellent. I initially went to them because they were convenient, but now they are my preferred choice.
