Went for only an inspection and was told it should take about 20 minutes to be done as I was second in line. After 45 minutes the car in front of me was still here in the stall with the hood up. I told them to I could not wait any longer and get the car behind me moved so that I could leave. What a waist of time, and no one ever came to apologize for the wait. I saw only one car leave a 3 car bay the whole time I was there. This place used to be way more efficient and courteous to their customers. They used to get all my business, but not any longer.

I ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube for years and service has usually been good. Today was the first exception. They were normally busy so there is was little excuse for being slow, and on top of that someone was being trained on my truck. But that was not the irritating part. I discovered that I had a slow leak when I got there and I asked them 4 times to make sure to top up the tire before I left, since they did not do tire repairs. They assured me they did, but they hadn t. Then my keys were left in the office when I was supposed to leave. Just slackness. Will have to rethink coming here in future.

One of the best Jiffy Lubes I ve ever been to! The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to my oil change. They gave me a good deal due to the type of oil my car needed and they even wiped down my mirrors! I highly recommend this location and will definitely come back!

After going to two places before and they didn t have anyone working to inspect my car I went here. This should have been my first and only choice. I ve used Jiffy Lube for years. I will remember to always use jiffy lube.

Ever since I've moved into the area I've been going to Jiffy Lube #1679. The associates are always polite, explain what they've done / are doing and never are pushy about additional services, which keeps me coming back.

Best place ever, great employees great atmosphere. they do a perfect job,and honest With you. they check all your fluids, they put down paper floor mats before they get in. this is the safest, nicest and most professional Jiffy Lube I ve ever been to. I will not go anywhere else, Corbin is doing an amazing job. just awesome customer service they go above and beyond to make sure you re happy. they have made me a customer for life. I swear this please gets better and better every time I m here check my air in my tires. Give me information about my air filter changed my oil checked all my fluid levels all for the same price.

Came in to have my car inspected. Good service by techs. Guy behind the counter removed my cabin air filter. Never told me the price. Charged me $60 for a cabin filter. I WILL NEVER GO TO A JIFFY LUBE AGAIN.

Service personnel turned the auto control for the headlights OFF , without returning the control switch to its original position.Service personnel sat in the driver s seat for literally 8 minutes near the end of the service. Made me nervous for the safety of my personal property inside the vehicle.Service was for synthetic oil change, but the new window sticker showed recommended oil change at 5,000 miles instead of 7,500 miles from the current odometer reading.

All of the people here are very nice and professional. I come for Inspections, Oil Changes, etc. The place is always clean and presentable. Very well managed. If there happens to be a wait, The Farm Drinkery is in the back corner of the lot. Convenience!

You will waste your time and you ll be charged for it. Went in for an inspection. First thing the guy checked was the tires, 25 mins later I m told it failed due to the tires. I don t know why they didn t just come tell me that if they already knew it had failed 2 mins in. Instead I had to sit around and wait. It was a huge waste of time. I was then charged, I basically paid to fail the inspection. Save money and time and go somewhere else.

I use to like jiffy lube for being a quite convenient place for services, but they overprice everything and convince you that you need stuff and will "take care of it" for a higher price.I came in for an inspection and failed because one of my duralast wiper blades came undone. Mind you, they tried charging me $29.99 each for two new windshield wipers when only ONE had an issue.I drove down the street to put it back together and came back to get a pass, and even self demonstrated with a water bottle that they work.Didn't even notice i hadn't got new ones that i didnt need.I appreciate them letting me know other concerns with the car but failing an inspection for fairly new windshield wipers is a joke.PROFIT is what these people want not anything esle.

Went in for an oil change. Threw on a few extra things, including tire rotation. Techs messed it up and stripped several of the bolts and lug nuts. Somehow wasted ~4 hours getting new parts and replacing them. Did not offer me anything while I waited, did not offer me any additional discounts or anything for damaging my vehicle and wasting my time. Never returning to a Jiffy Lube in my life, and I will dissuade everyone I know from ever going there in the future.

I came to this location to get a vehicle inspection. Everyone was very friendly and professional when I arrived. Sean, the general manager, was very friendly and introduced himself and made conversation. This is the second time I ve been here since last year and had a good experience. I highly recommend coming to this location.

Slow!!!!! Three guys working and 90 minutes for an oil change and inspection. I would have been better off going to a dealership. And we all know that is the worst.

Terrible service. The Signature oil service did NOT check tire pressures, did NOT check air filter, did NOT check or top off fluid levels, did NOT clean windows, did NOT vacuum interior, and did NOT securely close/latch hood.

Worst place to have an oil change, they don t take care of what they re doing or quality of their work. Did an oil change and Two days later my car suddenly dumped all the oil on my driveway

I came in for an inspection. Travis greeted me right away and helped me out a lot. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He changed light bulbs and performed oil change as well. All in timely and reasonably priced. I will definitely come back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Incredible customer service from Isis!I've never felt so taken care of during any of my visits to Jiffy Lube or any other business that's serviced my car before. I got a complete run down of everything that could be an issue with my car and practical advice on what to do about everything currently causing a problem.She was very knowledgeable about all the steps to take in the future and I never felt pressured into making any big purchases or like anything I did wasnt absolutely necessary to take care of right then.
