Never used a Jiffy Lube prior to coming to this location. It was the only place in town that could figure out how to service my fleet vehicle. I have used them for all regular maintenance since. I have also purchased new tires here. They have a great crew working here, good attitudes, friendly service, quick in and out for most of my service needs. Professional and top notch service quality. In my experience, the folks running this place care and go above and beyond to get the job done and done right.

My experience with Jiffy Lube this past week was fine. But I was a little taken back by your high price. I do not usually have my oil changed at Jiffy Lube, but just happened to be by one of your locations when I decided to have my oil changed. I will most likely not be returning to Jiffy Lube for this reason.

The customer service was excellent , I didn't even put my car in park and someone was on the way over to greet me and address my needs . I only needed new windshield whippers but they were right on it , Jennifer Beito was very personable , quick and professional in putting them on for me and I was done in no time . I would highly recommend this location for great customer service ! Thanks so much , Sincerely Elaine

This jiffy Lube is starting to decline in service. This use to be great service shop with great customer care and now but it s bad. They did not even measure how much oil was needed to be place and ended up putting too much oil in my car when I check it. Returned to the shop to have it fix. They even did not honor coupon even tho that is one way they get customer. Not coming back to this place.

I went in 11/30 for an inspection. My car failed because of a check engine light that had been on for many months. Adam told me I could bring it back and if the engine light was off I would pass. I was able to turn off the light and the parts store employee said it should not have been failed for that. Took the car back 12/1/23 for a re- inspection and was told by Becca that it had failed again. It would have been a good time for her to tell me that it needed to be driven about a hundred miles before retesting but no mention of that. My son, a disabled vet, borrowed ramps and got under my car to fix the flaw on 12/2. It was really hard for him. Then I drove it a few times Saturday and Sunday before taking it back to Jiffy Lube on Monday, 12/04/23 about 10ish in the morning. There was no one there but employees. I waited in the waiting room just a few minutes before Becca came in and started ranting about mileage and saying she couldn t test if if it hadn t been driven about a hundred miles since being fixed or reset. I asked if she thought I should be driving around with an expired ticket but she was unconcerned about me and my car. She was extremely rude. She said I only got one free re-check knowing when she said it it was blackmail as I can t get it inspected anywhere else for 15 days. As if Jiffy Lube would ever get a dime of my business after being treated this way. I called her on my way home to explain my situation and give her a chance to do the right thing and inspect my car but she was adamant that she wouldn t although she did say she could if she wanted to. I pointed out to her how devoid of business they were she had nothing to say to that.

I've given up on this location. A couple of years ago they tried to quote us a brake job for several hundred dollars more than it really cost. Fast forward to the last couple of visits....oil leaking on my driveway because they didn't clean properly, overfilled one of our vehicles causing it to misfire, and today they charged me $50 to replace a cabin filter that costs $18 at a local auto parts store and takes 5 mins to swap out. They also told me my brand new battery was reading low charge. Took it to two other places and they all told me there was nothing wrong with it......as follow-up, the owner responded to reach out and they never responded. As much effort as the employees.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

The process took longer than other places. It was just an oil change and it was at least 45 minutes to 1 hour. The technicians recommended an air filter change. I told him I normally do that myself.. When I drove off and used the ac, it was making a loud noise. I looked in there and noticed that they didn't even put the screws back into the fasteners, the screws were gone completely, no where in my car. The filter was shoved in vertical instead of horizontal like it belongs. I will not be returning.

My car quit after I had my inspection done. I called Jiffy Lube and talked to Becka, she came to where I was broke down and checked my car. It was the throttle body so my car started and Becka followed me home to make sure the car didn t quit again. She is a great person and went out of her way to help me

My car inspection was failed intentionally by this Jiffy Lube. Under a very obscure master cylinder fluid is more than 1 inch below max line and wanted to charge a $350 service to fix

Employees:Chris - ManagerFabian- MechanicJuan - Not sure. He wore a uniform.Clean facility. Nice area. I was referred from another JL site in Tomball because the mechanic and the whole crew there all quit (they were a very great team) all at the same time. 2920 site took a near 45 minutes for the two man crew to make a final decision to the knocking noise.. due to many assumptions being made, it was narrowed down to another brake change. "ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS AS TO WHY THE REASON IS BEING IDENTIFIED.I went to purchase the front rotary and brake pads from Auto Zone. Work began at 12:45pm... I'll have an update.Mask are not enforced but the sanitizer is available by choice of use. Some customers practiced safe distancing and some wore mask. While others were confident.10/22/2021I was having sensor issues and was referred by another Jiffy to another rifle but THEN, HOLY Spirit led me back to this location. And her I met Clay, the manager. Fabian was longer there but Troy [the man - "Mr. SMOOTH] was on it. Got me in and out within 30 min. Who does that? Go see these men. The work is in the hands.

Update: I did contact person down below and have heard absolutely nothing back. DO NOT GO HERE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could give no stars I would. Oh and I'd take note of the other 1 star reviews...they are definitely telling the truth!Would not recommend anyone go. Had they handled the situation in a more professional business matter, they would be getting a better review. Had an oil change on my SUV. Started to drive home, and not even 1 mile down the road a red warning light came on indicating check oil level dangerously low. Pulled right back in. They were frantically looking for why this was. Pulled the drain and literally no oil. Looked around for about an hour for answers. They come back and are going to charge more $ to fill up the oil. They claim there is video footage of filling up the oil, but did not proceed to show said footage for evidence. Luckily, my sister had a similar incident at Brother's Automotive (the person there had forgot to fully replace the plug) and they refilled the oil at no charge and admitted they had done something wrong. Had Jiffy Lube used professionalism and admitted human error and fault for the oil change that had obviously gone wrong, there would be no issue. Instead, they chose to charge for more oil on a job they had obviously done incorrectly and indicated no fault in the matter. I hope you learn from this and take your business elsewhere where they handle these situations more professionally.Service: Oil change

I must say! I went to jiffy to get my oil changed and inspection to get my sticker this was the most polite and friendly and efficient experience I ve had! I left and told my daughter she needs to go the Jiffy on 2920 across from the car wash and next door to Discount tires and O Riley sI did not get names but it was the morning crew on Thursday Oct 12th. When I arrived, I was told they would my oil change in 5 minutes. My car was not finished for over an hour. I was never asked any specifics on what I wanted done besides being asked if I wanted to replace a filter.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very fast and thorough. I've always been able to get a state inspection when I pull up. They mention upsales but aren't pushy about it.

This was my first visit to this shop. I received Great Customer Service from the Staff as well as the Manager. I will definitely be returning. Also, they completed my service in a timely manner.

The first time I went here about a year ago, an employee met me at the car as I pulled in to start the service and they were so professional and friendly, and that is why I came back today, as they had really impressed me with their service. Today I again had good service and was in and out quickly. The store was clean and well kept and the employees were friendly and efficient. I will continue to use this location!

came back to address concern about the state of my car when i left from an oil change. They called me a liar and I left because I did not want them to do any further damage to my vehicle. this is the second time my engine light came on when leaving this store from getting an oil change.
