I move near this location about three years ago and they have been everything sort of amazing since my initial visit. Very well on customer service which is a plus for me and the BONUS never give me a hard time on my promotion offers. ; )Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The young man that helped me Sunday was GREAT! He was attentive, answered any questions I had, and made sure I was all set until my next scheduled maintenance visit. Sad I don t have his name to include but he was fantastic. Michael who did my inspection was also fantastic. He did the inspection quickly and even made it fun for my kids too. I ve been coming to this jiffy lube for 3 years now and this past Sunday was a stand out visit for me shows exactly why I continue to choose jiffy lube.

Excellent service! Quickly went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was out in 20 minutes. The state inspection machine was down. But that is not anyone's fault. They said it probably up and running the next day

Al the manager was extremely helpful and kind. As were the other two gentlemen working with him. The (red head I think) gentleman gave a great explanation on what was going on with my daughter s spark plugs. Very good crew and manager! We got the oil changed and will be back soon! Thank you!

This is my second time visiting this Jiffy Lube at this location. Both times the service was excellent, timely, and most importantly, extremely friendly staff. From the manager, to every employee I interacted with, they all checked on me, and assured that I was being helped. This is, customer service at its best!

I've never been so upset with a service before. First I took my van in for an AC issue. I took it back in for the same reason after three trips, they still not fixing the problem yet still telling me they did. I decided to check my vans cabin filter to find out they took it out at some point and never put it back. Called them to get that handle .... It's been a month "waiting" for the part to come in. And I've been informed I have to pay for my cabin filter which they took out without telling me in the first place.

Took my truck in for an registration inspection. No problems on vehicle or check engine lights, yet, they failed my truck because of tint on window was too dark. The guy could have told me it wasn't going to pass because of tint. NOPE.... let's proceed and charge him $25.50 first and make a profit.customer service would have been a zero, but not an option.

On February 28th at about 9:15am I went to Jiffy Lube # 3286 195 Cypresswood dr spring Texas) first time coming. When I arrived the manager came to my car and told me to go in and have a seat . I promptly asked him about pricing. He guided me to a young lady she was very nice however I told her I was using Groupon and asked do they take it she said yes I asked again to make clear so it would not be any problems before I paid Groupon. However when I went to check out I was told by the manager ( white guy slightly bald with beard) they don t take it. She took accountability and told him she told me I could use it and he stated I could not. Come to find out it was a Florida location. Things happen mistakes happen I wasn t mad up until the manager showed no empathy after the young lady said she told me I could use it.. he acted uninterested and like he didn t want to talk .. also abruptly told me to move so he could check out the next guest. I didn t like his approach on that. I was a little frustrated with how he handled it. Never apologized, never made me feel valued, he just wanted me to pay which I had no problem with doing so. The customer service was terrible after 10 mins of trying to figure out how to get my money back & finally did I went to check out and he told me the best he could do was $78.75 and in my opinion that was unacceptable being that i was told originally I could use Groupon Price which was $69 dollars total. I m very big on customer service I have been in the industry for about 20 years and I m very passionate about great customer service. In my opinion he is not management material he needs more customer service training. I will never go back again however Mike and the young lady who originally helped was great.

My second time at this Jiffy Lube. Both times were excellent service. A guestamate of 30 minutes was predicted as there were 2 customers ahead of me. It was more like 15 minutes. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Thank you to Michael Jackson and unfortunately didn't get the other guy's name.

I give them a 0 and NOTHING more!!!Customer Service is horrible, took my car in 01-05-2024 at 4pm and didn t leave until 7pm. They broke a part on my car and didn t tell me .I realized it was 6pm and went to the desk and asked how much longer and the Store Manager asked me if the guy outside had come and talked to me and I said NO and he begin to tell me that they broke a part on the car (cap taking off the air filter) and they had to get a part from the dealership and the guy is in route back I was furious and the guy that was supposed to come and talk to me, when asked why he didn t? His response to me with a smile, laugh he said he didn t think he should have when the Store Manager told him to he didn t. Poor Customer Care I would NOT take a dying CAT to this location on 45/Cypresswood - Houston,TX

The new team of Service Technicians they have were extremely polite. The new manager explained everything in detail and made recommendations. The initial interaction with the Service tech was pleasant and seemed knowledgeable about the questions I asked.

Love the staff. Only took 15 mins for the oil change Vaccumed my car and dusted the dash and panel. Filled the fluids and chgd the filters. Gave me a discount for being a good customer.

The personnel here are exemplary.We have taken the car here twice now, once for an inspection and a second time for an A/C repair.Both times, we were treated by professionals who addressed our issues quickly and kindly.With the speed, price, and professionalism here, no other auto shop in Houston comes close.We don t look forward to car troubles, but when they happen, we know where to go.

Went in to have my tire pressure in my oil checked only to find out I did not have any oil in my car and it was time for an oil change so I said okay let's change the oil. Well they came out and said because I had under a thousand miles on my card that they wouldn't charge me for an oil change and they just filled my oil up so that was very nice of them I'm very professional

I took my vehicle for an inspection and the assistant manager at the store gave me misleading information regarding why it failed. I was told that I cannot have LED headlights installed when that was not true. I took my vehicle elsewhere the following day to a more reputable car inspection facility and it passed. Jiffy Lube always seems to tell you inaccurate facts regarding your car. Either they don't know what they are doing are just being dishonest. Lost all confidence in that store.

Great place to get an annual car inspection. In and out, professional, quick. The people who work here seem to get along and work well as a team. To expedite service for an inspection, for example, one person handled paperwork and cashier duties while another took care of the inspection. I appreciated the extra effort to save my time!

The manager could not have been more lovely. I got there before they opened and parked me car and took a walk until they were open. When I arrived back to my car, there were several other cars. He came up to me and got my key fob. He said he didn t want me to miss my place since I had gotten there first. I was in and out, with an inspection, in less than 30 minutes. He also applied a coupon before I could even pull out my phone. I had brought my daughter s car there several weeks ago and he was equally efficient, friendly and professional.

I just started commuting from Houston to Spring for work and finding time for an oil change was proving to be challenging. When I arrived, despite them being busy at opening, I was greeted quickly. I spoke with Jacob, told him what I needed. He was genuine and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you, Jacob!!This location is doing everything right with customer service and pricing was great! The entire experience was a 10/10.
