Came in with my 05 mustang for state inspection. I knew the tires were low on tread life, but I did not realize that they were badly dry rotted.They were so professional about it.The car did not pass inspection and rightly so. The technician showed me the problem and helped date the tires which were almost 10 years old! I appreciate their attention to detail and brutal honesty. The cost of new tires hurts, but safety first!Great shop! Clean, thorough, and honest.We will come back here.

I happened to call this shop very last minute on a busy Friday afternoon, looking to get a headlight changed. I work 2:30 AM until 12 and I come home and nap before I get my kids from school and make dinner. With this schedule, I m never able to catch a shop to do maintenance work on my car no matter how big or small. Well, not only was I able to come in right away; I was taken care of in less than 10 minutes with amazing customer service. Definitely looking forward to bringing my car back for further service. It felt just like family!

Amazing people. I took my truck in for an oil change and spark plugs and didn't have much money. They gave me a complete diagnostic print out of everything my truck needs, Put two quarts of oil in for me and sent me on my way free of charge. They are truly amazing and very caring.

Called to get an estimate on a repair and Jake asked me to bring the truck in and assured me that they would diagnose it at no charge. Took it in and within an hr he called with the diagnosis and walked me through some finance options. Got the repairs done in a very timely manner. Jake was very communicative and really made the process very smooth. Would definitely recommend Green and White and if you go be sure to ask for Jake.

This is not your ordinary automotive repair facility. The service advisors, both Jake and Joel, are so responsive to your questions and you know immediately that the recommendations they make are justified! Every repair I've had done here has been first rate!

Very professional and respectful group of people who work at this place. Jake has the best demeanor and attitude and even told me to have a blessed day, which was welcomed and appreciated in this day and time. Will definitely do business in the future again. Very honest establishment that does not price gouge and does great work.

They're straight forward people that get to the point and do the job properly. They tell you the problem then actually show you what the problem is, I highly recommend them if you want your car taken care of properly.

Recently had all four brake pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, and brake fluid flush. I can tell the difference! Wasn t having any previous problems but it was time to replace. Previously had wife s vehicle serviced for air conditioning and oil change. All work is reasonably priced, and Joel and team communicate timely and effectively. I don t feel I get charged for unnecessary work, like at the dealer. Highly recommend!Update to my review from a couple years ago, above--my battery died and took it to Green & White. I received a fast quote to replace it and air filters they noticed needing to be replaced. Price was very competitive--in fact--I got a more powerful battery for less than I could buy at retail! All the work was performed quickly, and the communication of the quote and work performed (including pictures by email!) was fantastic. Give Joel and Jake a try for your next auto repair / service needs!Services: Brakes, Air conditioning

Got my radiator replaced and they topped the coolant off with water. Glad Firestone caught it before my engine overheated but sure am happy I moved away before coming back here.

Taking advantage of our youth, who are struggling with our economy, is a recipe for disaster. Who charges for diagnostics and for the the repairs? Well it seems that green and white auto does. Be warned. I would suggest that you look for a more reputable repair shop!!

Green & White truly is great. All around. They fixed the ac in my work truck a few months ago, and it's beem blowing colder air than it ever did. Recently, I took my work truck there for new tires and alignment, and also a new windshield. Hands down great service. I highly recommend them to anyone. Joel who works up front is very nice and helpful. He's who I always ask for when I call Green & White.Services: Auto side window replacement, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Air conditioning

Took my car in for an emergency repair and they got it repaired within a 24 hour time-frame. Unheard of! They were so nice and understanding and professional. I m so happy I made this decision to give them a chance. I should definitely return.

The A/C in my car was blowing hot and sometimes a little cool air. The service guy said it is probably leaking or a little low. So the tech guy looked at it. The service valves needed replacement and recharged. The result was now it is blowing cold air, but the compressor is weak. It needed a new one! The car is 7 years old. It works for now. In the future I will replace it as suggested. Thanks Green and White Automotive. I will tell all my friends.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning

So far, every repair (8) have been done quickly, thoroughly, and economically. It is seemingly rare to find an ethical garage that is concerned with repairs than gouging the customer. Excellent service, thanks.

First time using Green and White. I am very happy with the service they did on my engine. The guy at the desk was straight forward with the time it was going to take and was real helpful with the questions I had . Thanks Green and White for understanding that I need my truck for work and you guys were able to make it happen quick , compared to the dealership. I had complete confidence in Green and White until we recommended them to our pastor who had Air Conditioning issues on a 2014 Traverse. Green and White diagnosed it to be a total failure of the whole Air Conditioning unit at a cost of $2,300 Repair and Replace. Thought it was a little high and took it to another mechanic. Come to find out it was just a clutch on the compressor itself. Repair and replaced for $823.00. I have been doing business for years with Green and White on all my vehicles and had never doubted their integrity. Now, I question all the work that they said that was needed on my 2003 Silverado Truck.(repair and replace catalytic converter total suspension on truck, etc.). It is not a good thing to loose trust in someone that you have trusted for years. I will be finding another mechanic.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I'm going to start by saying, I was once a reliable, regular customer to this business. For years at that and I believed them to be an honest mechanic shop. My recent encounter leaves me thinking otherwise. I went in for a diagnostic on my A/C, which they charged me $69.00 for, due to it not blowing cold air as it should indicating it is leaking freon. I was called the next day for a quote nearing $2500 with them stating basically the entire system needs to be replaced with multiple leaks observed. This did not sound right to me as my A/C was working, it just wasn't as cold as it should be. Needless to say, I took my vehicle to another reputable mechanic in the area, highly regarded by the community for a second opinion. I showed them a print of the quote given by Green and White and they were dumbfounded by what they saw. They didn't understand why the cost of labor was so high for the repairs quoted and they didn't understand why they were recommending the entire system be replaced. They even said it doesn't look like they even attempted to diagnose the problem rather just took a "shotgun" approach of saying "fix everything". The second mechanic shop was able to diagnose my leak by refilling the AC with freon and adding dye. They located a slow leak on ONE of the hoses of the AC system. They further stated NO actions were taken by Green and White that were needed to diagnose the problem. Keep in mind, I PAID THEM for a diagnosis which was apparently not performed. The second mechanic was able to fix my problem for less than 1/5 the cost of Green and White's quote to include the cost of actually diagnosing the problem. This left me wondering of all the instances Green and White made repairs to my vehicles, how many times did they price gouge me and charge for work not needed or over charge for labor? I think the community should be informed of questionable actions of businesses in the area. My recent encounter leads to me advising you of getting a second opinion on any repair recommended by this business.Service: Air conditioning

We have had excellent experiences with this shop for our Hyundai Veracruz. Dealer told me I needed to replace a light fixture that was going to cost me $330. Decided to get a second opinion from Green & White and they told me there was nothing wrong with the light, it just needed to be plugged in! So I'd say they are very honest and can be trusted. We've had two brake jobs done there. Prices are reasonable also.

Green and White has always been honest and professional. When I leave the shop I always feel like I have received the best of service at a competitive price! The service staff are very courteous, leave my vehicles clean and are easy to deal with. They have never tried to sell any service I didn't need and answer my crazy questions. I left a l local Chevrolet dealer because I felt I was getting better service at Green and White. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

My husband and I had a very nice experience purchasing our vehicle from Green & White. Our salesman, Jimi, was very pleasant from the start, working with us each step of the way to make sure we left happy.The selection of cars was sufficient, without being overwhelming, and with the stellar reviews of their repair shop, we knew we could shop with confidence knowing the cars had been adequately inspected.The rest of the staff was very friendly as well, and the facility was clean and nicely decorated.Overall we are very impressed with this company.We got one-on-one attention and an honest sale - A breath of fresh air compared to car shopping at a big-league dealership! This is my first Google review. I don't do reviews but for Green and White I will! I have been going there for over 15 years and am thoroughly pleased with their service. I will admit to going to another shop or two when Green and White started closing on Saturday. I got over that quickly! And with the ride service they offer I have never been inconvenienced at all.I have a car I bought from CarMax with the CarMax warranty. They are usually great cars, but this one had real issues. Green and White covered all communication with the insurance; I just paid my $50.00 insurance copay and that was it.I could go on with more good stories. Suffice to say I would and have recommended them to any one who has asked.
