HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I ve never experienced such quality service as I did with this company. They outdid all my expectations. They were friendly when I called in to inquire about an estimate (which are free), prompt in coming out to assess my needs and provide the estimate. I was blessed to have George come out to my home and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. He was friendly, professional, articulate and honest. He provided me with multiple options and was willing to work with me to ensure I got quick, quality service. The crew that was sent out to replace my window was professional, quick, and also provided A+ service. Everything was done exceptionally well, including cleanup! This company is so amazing and I could not be happier with the results. They care about their customers and even follow up to make sure you are satisfied. They have earned a customer for life!

Glass Doctor sos an amazing job with replacing my back patio door after the window panel shattered. They were responsive reasonably priced and very professional. The two guys that came out did a great job of cleanup, explaining what they were doing and overall very respectful.

Glass Doctor of Spring installed a glass sliding door over my existing bathtub. It s beautiful. We chose the rain glass and chrome. It totally changed the look of our bathroom. The installers Sergio and Rigio did a perfect job. Glass Doctor even provided us with great contractors to finish the rest of the bathroom Franklin and Mario from M.O.G. Granite. We are very pleased with Glass Doctor of Spring and all the contractors they provided to us! They went far beyond what we expected. Someone cracked my window and I was worried I wouldn t be able to get it fixed for a while during the holidays. Fortunately, Glass Doctor took care of everything super quickly and did a great job on replacement. Their prices are pretty reasonable too.

We called Glass Doctor of Spring based on the great reviews on Google. We had a small window that the outer pane broke from a rock thrown up during yard work. They were all wonderful, from Andi in the office with scheduling, ordering and payment, to the installation guys who were on time for appointments and did fabulous work. We highly recommend Glass Doctor of Spring!

Because of the way The Glass Doctor handled a previous shower door at our home, it was easy for us to recommend to our daughter in law The Glass Doctor for her shower door. The workmen were professional, courteous and efficient.

Had a tempered and tinted window replaced for camper. Asked if it was something they could handle, they said yes. Went to pick it up a month later and it s a clear tempered piece of glass set on the outside of the window frame with clear silicone. Broken glass still in the frame where the window should be. Said they would call when I complained about it, never heard back. Would have just purchased a new window for only 150$ more if I knew this would be the outcome. If they couldn t handle it then just say so.

I accidentally broke my kitchen window at about 9am. I called and they offered a 10:30 appt but I had to work. Jose and Seegio met my schedule needs and came at 12:30pm. The quote they gave me was very reasonable and they completed the job within 2 hours. These guys are lifesavers! They spared me so much stress! Great service! 100% would recommend!

Within 24 hours of a window in my house being broken, a new one was installed. I am so impressed with how quickly it was repaired! George came out within an hour and gave me an estimate, cleaned up and covered the broken window. Sergio and Jose came out right away and replaced the window. The service was excellent! Guys came over measured window, less than 15 minutes. Window was ordered. Couple days later they came installed the window in less than 30 minutes. Everything was great about this experience! I would highly recommend this place!

Can t recommend Glass Doctor of Spring. We requested an estimate for some bathroom remodeling. Not a very large job, but not something we wanted to do our self. We stopped in the office and scheduled an appointment. A gentleman came to our home and he was very pleasant, however he never followed up on sending us an estimate. We called numerous times over a 4-month period asking for the estimate or any information. They would never return our calls. I thought we were very patient as the holiday season was approaching and I expected that could be part of the issue. I must say I don t appreciate being ghosted by a potential contractor. Not a good way to start a business relationship. I ll be looking somewhere else for this project.

Replaced the glass insert on our mahogany front door. Price was very reasonable vs. other companies we contacted, and delivery/installation time was shorter. Due to a change in the thickness of the new insert vs. the original, new wood stops had to be ordered for the interior of the door - these were accurately stained and finished to match the color of our door. Company kept us informed on order and installation status, and the installers did a great job - very careful and professional.

From start to finish, this is a professional, honest business! The owner impressed us with his glass knowledge and experience. He did not up-sell, listened and answered our questions completely.Sergio and Rigo arrived ready to work and they worked! Their years in this business have made them knowledgeable, careful, very courteous and clean. We could not have asked for a better crew.I interviewed several companies and found this one the best, by far. Their prices were competitive and their priority to work as cleanly and efficiently as possible made a difference (compared to my neighbor's window replacement using a different company where she spent hours cleaning broken glass and dirt/dust following their window installation.)Service: Glass installation

Received very courteous, professional response to my initial phone request from Andi and she followed through on getting me help/information on replacing the glass on my front door. Set up date and time for technician to show up (and he did - on time).Received quote as promised and we agreed on procedures needed, set up date/time for tech to install my glass door. Whole transaction was smooth. Very professional organization all the way through. In this day and time when most transactions seem to involve "robots" fielding calls before being able to speak to a "representative" it's nice to know that some companies still employ people who can answer the phone speaking clearly and distinctly and help solve issues. Amazing service and price. From my first phone call until I had my new windshield everything was perfect. I was given very detailed directions to find the location. The front office staff was so friendly and made me feel at home while I waited. I have an older vehicle and the technician was up front and kept me posted on the progress. Apparently my windshield had been replaced previously and that made it difficult for the technician. The price was very reasonable and the windshield looks perfect.

I've been here twice now. One for a chip repair and the second time for a windshield replacement. Both times were very good experiences. It was quick and easy each time to get what I needed done. They were able to fit me in quickly adjusting to my schedule each time and the time it took to get the work done as almost nothing. Highly recommend! I had a large window (4x4) break in my bathroom. This was the first company that I called. They picked up after two rings and I got a quote on repairs in two days. The new window that was supposed to be installed had some damages to it when it arrived at their facility. They called me to inform me that they had already ordered a new one. The next window was installed and clean up was finished within an hour. Sergio and Payton were quick and very professional and the customer service ladies were all awesome.
