I recently had my Audi repaired by German Auto Center Specialist and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the repair process, and they managed to keep the cost affordable. What truly stood out was Sean and Angela s willingness to patiently answer all of our questions, which left us feeling well-informed and confident in the repair. I highly recommend German Auto Center Specialist for anyone in need of automotive service a truly exceptional experience

Sean and Angela provided excellent customer service. I knocked my mirror on my beautiful GLE after only 8 weeks of owning. I called to explain the issue, their response was immediate, after a series of texts and an assessment of damage my car was booked in. Cost was fair, communication was prompt. Angela is amazing and very informative. I ll tell you what Pep Boys was trying to charge me $5000 in Florida and Angela and her husband were only charging me $1800 to do the same job. The fact that honesty takes key here. It s just a big blessing. Thank you for being a Shop that doesn t take advantage of people just because we like nice luxury cars.

I have owned German cars, mainly BMWs, for over 20 years in multiple states. I always look to find a trusted shop with a knowledgeable team to take my cars to in order to avoid the dealership (not just because of cost). Sean and Angela have been absolutely fantastic since we found them. Not only do they fit us in as soon as possible, but they have been extremely honest and fair with what is needed, as well as pricing. While I have had found some great shops over the years, this is one of the best and we won't take our M6 or X6M anywhere else.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Sean is knowledgeable and professional. It is a one man shop, so takes some time to get on his schedule. But this is hard to find these days, you are paying the guy that's working on your car directly. He enjoys working on cars, knows about your car and delivers a quality service.Personally I don't mind paying extra for quality service and more importantly knowing this is someone you can trust. It's better than the dealerships where you pay top dollars to cover all the fancy overhead so that a some rookie works on your fancy cars.Definitely recommend, good to support local family owned business.

I just relocated to the Woodlands/Tomball area in spring 2021. My cars are older (2012 and 2017 Audi's) and I like to keep my cars longer. Maintaining older German cars can get expensive, so it was a PRIORITY for me to find a quality mechanic that I can trust, with fair pricing.My mechanic in Charlotte recommended Sean.After having both of my vehicles in for somewhat major repairs in Dec 2021 and Feb 2022, it is clear that I can trust Sean to1. Diagnose the issue quickly2. Fix only what needs to be fixed and avoid replacing parts just because it MIGHT be the issue3. Use the appropriate parts as required (i.e., knowing when to use "Genuine OEM" vs "OEM").As far as pricing goes, Sean is very much in line with my mechanic from Charlotte (although it does appear that the general cost of auto repair in Houston is a bit higher than in Charlotte).The repair process was smooth. I used the early-bird drop off option both times. Angela does a great job of communicating pricing and options, repair details and time lines. She is very easy to work with and responds quickly to phone calls and text messages.My only request/suggestion at this point would be that the shop consider offering an after hours pickup option for enhanced convenience.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I have a BMW and after working with two other repair shops I can honestly say that this is the BEST. One of the other two was not good at all, and the other one was good but not priced as low as the repairs here. BMW repairs are very costly because the parts are so expensive but Sean can always beat out the other shops on price. He knows these cars and I am always confident after getting my car back that the repair was done properly and that he has been 100% honest with me. Great guy to work with, could not be happier with his customer service or repairs. I've never had any trouble from his work and I've been going to him for about 2 yrs now. He's the best!

I have done 90+ percent of the maintenance/repairs on my CDI but last week my water pump seized on my 2005 E320 CDI on I45 near Sean's shop. Pulled it into his parking lot and had him perform the repairs as I was quite a distance from home. Sean did a great job and from talking to him knows his stuff. He just called me three days after picking the car up to check on how it is running. Highly recommend, thank you Sean.

Let me just tell you this...Sean is the most kind and upstanding mechanic that I've ever come across, and that may even include my own dad who restored classic cars for a living. I won't go into too much detail here, but instead of stringing me along with some long, expensive repairs, Sean gave me solid advice and sent me away to pursue other options, saving me thousands in the process. Just moved from Michigan where I had a fantastic independent mechanic who had left the dealership.Glad I found Sean, here. He is technically excellent. He does great work, he cares about things - has found some problems I didn't know about that were hard to find.He does it right. Down to the type of fluids he uses.Highly recommended for Mercedes Benz work.

They are really professionals, they always look first for the customer, highly recommended if you own an European car. They will never recommend or push for something that you don't need. Was having some messages pop up on our X5 due to a new comm box not being coded correctly. The dealership just wanted to replace every last component to be sure they fixed the problem....with a huge price tag. Another non-dealer German car repair place wanted to keep the car for a week or more to think, trouble shoot, think some more, try something else etc. Shawn (or Sean...not sure) re-coded the comm box, found a pinched wire and had the car back to us so quickly that it almost would have been worth waiting on it instead of dropping it off. I would highly recommend German Auto Center Specialist.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

As a former technician specializing in German cars, I can tell you that Shawn knows his trade well. When I don't have the time, equipment, or patience to do a job myself, German Auto Center is the only place I consider to service my BMW. While in business to make a profit, Shawn understands that the best clients are loyal clients and honesty breeds loyalty. No fears here, a wonderful alternative to the stealership disservice center.

If you can't answer simple questions over the phone about various services and prices how could you perform any kind of work on any kind of vehicle ??? Don't waste your time calling this moron who doesn't even know what brand of oil he services the engine with. I wouldn't trust this guy to work on my kids bicycle. For a few dollars more I went to a professional who quickly and accurately answered all of my questions.

This dude is a crook. Took our Audi to him to repair a solenoid that was throwing a code. We knew it was an external part that should have been reasonably priced to fix. Owner tried to tell us it would be $6K to repair and that we had emission codes in addition to the transmission code. Got to the car and it had been abused by this shop casing an EPC code per the computer. Took it to another shop in Willis and got it fixed properly. Don't send your stuff to this guy he is a clown.Service: Transmission
