This review is long overdue. We're absolutely very pleased with the job this shop did on our truck. They were really nice and helpful. I called the receptionist so many times trying to get some details with my insurance and she was always so nice. The best compliment I can give is: The truck looks brand new! Thank you. From the office staff to the last person in that shop, they did a top notch job. The guys who were there when we picked up the truck were very polite and efficient! I'm posting some pictures but they don't make it justice.

I highly recommend Gerber collision for any automotive repairs. Exemplary customer service and professionalism. Took my car in after it was vandalized with all my wheels being stolen. My car was slammed to the ground so I had to get brakes, rocker panels, new front bumper retainer clips on my TRD Camry. They did a phenomenal job of making repairs. I was very shocked how fast repairs were done. They kept me very informed often with the progress of the repairs. My car was done in 4 days! Very very impressed. When I picked up my car everything was in tip top shape and they also gave a complimentary wash! Can t say enough great things about the staff and service at Gerber Collisions.

My truck was stolen and wrecked on both sides plus interior damage. LMC took care of all the damage perfectly, cant say enough good things about these guys! Highly reccomend them.

LMC Collision is THE PLACE to take your vehicle! I had difficulty at the other shop I had planned to take my vehicle, but this place was a gem! It was conveniently right around the corner from my home and the receptionist was very friendly. My insurance company hadn t sent the information in yet, but they took my vehicle anyway so that they d be ready to go when they received the information.They communicated frequently and kept me informed about the status of my car at all points of repair. I dropped off on Monday and they had it ready by Friday. The other shop wanted me to drop off the day I picked up from LMC and were talking several weeks without my car.I m so glad that I took my vehicle to LMC. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. Everyone I talked to was nice, kind, and either knowledgeable about what was going on with my car or quick to find out.I was even able to stop by and grab some floaties out of the car that my son had accidentally left in the car. Friendliness all around. 5 stars!

Mat was very arrogant and condescendentHe quoted me 3 times the price for parts and I will never do business with this company. Overpriced and rude. I watched Mat treat another customer the same way he treated me. Terrible interpersonal skills. Don't do business with Mat at this establishment if you just have to go, he's a jerk!!!

Recommended by my insurance company, after being rear ended, vehicle had some minor damage. LMC Collision provided me great service and in a timely manner. Kuddos to those guys.

I did not receive the paint job that I asked for, plus my truck had some damage that was not on it before. The windshield was broken, I had just had it replaced the week before. Yes, they replaced it, but I don't know how good the labor was to install it, I refer to quality!The safety sticker and EZE Pass sticker were missing from the new windshield; I found them inside the glove compartment.I do not recommend this paint shop!

this was one of the worst experiences that i have ever had with an automotive shop to date the representative gave me the quote mind you high we decided to use them. The craftsmanship shows swirls, drips and orange peel. it took them longer than they said it would take to complete the repairs. then once i showed them the issues they tried 3 times to correct the issues and couldn't. never trust LMC collision with your vehicle if you expect to have a vehicle that is back to original.

Called this place and was put on hold immediately then when they answered I just asked if I can get a bumper painted and the girl on the other end said we can t do anything for the next couple of weeks because we re booked thing is I was willing to wait . But she made it seem like they didn t want to paint the bumper for me .
