Here was my experience.I reviewed their website and noticed that their alignment special was $49 for most cars. That's fine... and competitive but when the technician saw my car which is lowered but not slammed. He stated that the alignment tools would not fit. ( Clearly he didn't want to deal with it and I knew that was a lie as their system is a Hunter Hawkeye laser system. Which not only have I utilized on this car, the wheel alignment tools also fit just fine. He then stated to me that the price had now gone from $49 to $100 dollars. He also informed me that he must drive the car before and after. Which with the circumstances of the car and the insurance, that was never happening. I said no as I knew there was no way I was paying $100 for a tire rod adjustment without camber and caster. The mechanic then informed me that I would not find anyone who would compete with that price... right.Went down the street "Brake Check". They Charged $49. They use a Hunter Hawkeye laser system as well. Had zero problems and was out the door quicker than the wait time taken to be talked to.TLDR: since I'm sure someone will respond. I get your mechanics get spooked by weird cars, but don't try to upsell. Just be clear the price would not be worth it. Also understand that your Hunter Hawkeye systems fit very very low cars.Changing to star 3 from 2. I always change when a response is made

Francisco and the guys there go out of their way to make sure everything is right with your car. Ive brought in a few times with different issues because my car is old and he's always done me right...I had taken my vehicle to a different mechanic once and they told me all these things were wrong and was going to cost a bunch. So I brought to Francisco to get second opinion. He said it was this broken little plastic piece and fixed it...I'm so glad that I found them. A mechanic I can trust. I recommend them to anyone who asks.

Thought I found a decent mechanic. But once again it s lacking in Spring/Houston area .Customer service does not exist , lack of hability to handle volume of work ( if you can t , don t take it )Took my car and in the moment that they received my car looked like a burden for them . Guess they are more focus on big jobs and they don t care about the other onesMy car was overheating, so I took it for a diagnosis ( diagnosis that you have to pay ), was replaced the radiator cap ( again , wrong diagnosis I have to pay ) Took it out and 5 minutes later was overheating again .I am not a mechanic but I ask if it might be the ac & engine fans , they replaced it hearing my inexperienced voice and it was that ( correct diagnosis that I guess myself )A solenoid was failing so I replaced for a new one. Working perfectly but at the second day car starts to loose a lot of oil burning on the top of the hot engine and creating a smoke .Fixing my car in this place was a high risk sport that I don t want to repeat again.If I cannot trust you in small jobs , I won t do it in big ones either . Waste of my money and my time in another unprofessional mechanic service and diagnosisHope this review will be useful for you as a customer and for them to do something about it .

I came for a 4 wheel alignment for a reasonable cost and within 45 min I was good to go. I definitely like the attitude and positive energy. Ask for Francisco! He will take care of it very knowledgeable!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Zero stars if I could Show up to get an alignment I just called about 3-4 dudes in circle just sitting talking I try to get there attention nothing 10 mins I try again they just get up and start randomly working on a tire rim and all disappear for 10 mins finally see a worker with a shirt ask him hey where s your boss oh in the office you should go in there. No body could of told me this 45 mins ago I just drive away terrible customer service

If this place wants to have repeat customers, take care of them on their first visit!! I felt completely ignored when I arrived. The few guys that finally recognized me weren't helpful at all. They basically pretended to be busy instead of lending a hand. 0 stars

Let me say this IM chicago , Texas does have some over price repair shops , had to shop around I realize when they found out I wasn t from texas they wanted to charge me a lot so I started looking for other places found Francisco at Frj auto he is very nice I have a habit of talking and what I like he will talk with you he is compassionate and is willing to work with you and he is family orientated so that s a plus over the prices are fair and if you think they aren t he will break it down until both parties agree on something, because he does want your business, I have been to to him for three cars and he has help me on each car and I appreciate him and his staff thank you guys! I needed my struts replaced on my Jeep and I was having issues finding someone to find the correct parts to replace them for a responsible price. Despite how busy they were, Fransico took the time to explain everything in detail. He texted me updates throughout the service to ensure that everything was going as planned. He got my car serviced within the same day. The guys were very nice, trustworthy, quick, and super professional. FRJ auto repair is reasonably priced as well. The gentleman were very professional and thorough. They took the time to explain what was wrong with my alignment and what needed to be corrected via their diagnostic computer. I was impressed. I did not feel like they were pressuring me or trying to scam me in any way. Fransisco and John are both knowledgeable in the automotive business. I would recommend anyone to visit FRJ for EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK. They were both professional, explaining their work. Went there for an alignment after a big name shop wouldnt do it because my car was lowered to much. (Lowered about 2 inches on a audi tt quattro)(nothing crazy) They took the car in and did a fantastic job. Tired to charge me $265 for an alignment. Don't recomend taking your sports cars there. Apparently they just over charge.
