It Was Such a Great Pleasure to Had Nice and Knowledgeable People helping us with this endeavor on getting my son s car. Everybody was so helpful and went over and beyond to make the process smooth and fast. I thank you all for helping my son getting His new car. Thank You Cedric, Alex and Esther for Such a great personality and all the help towards my son and I. We ll definitely come back next time we need a car. Can I give this more than 5 stars? Christian Brown was absolutely phenomenal. He knew his stuff, he was personable, and wasn t pushy. He gave us all the details to make an informed decision and once we settled on what we wanted and were comfortable with he took it a step further by doing something I didn t expect (we purchased a truck that was a nascar pace car that came with a bunch of stickers and he took every last one off). We could have easily done it on our own but the little attention to detail made the service that much more memorable.

Christian Brown was our sales associate at Fred Haas, from start to finish he was so helpful and knowledgeable! Definitely made buying a new car seamless, from helping us choose a model to showing us how to use all the fancy new technology. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of dealing with Carter Tuma at Fred Haas Toyota, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! Carter s generosity, patience, and evident love for helping families truly shone through. His big heart and pure soul made our visit unforgettable. The service provided was beyond spectacular; it was one of the greatest experiences we ve ever had. Great dealership, No hassle, No games, No adds on, and No markups. Everyone in the dealership smiled and welcomed me.They have a great inventory.12/22/2023 I bought my 2024 Camry from Fred Haas Toyota. My salesman Mr. Larry Perri was great, and he has a lot of patience trying to sell me the car I want. I dealt with Mr. Alex Saavedra from Finance, he is so professional.If you are in the Market for a Toyota, I highly recommend FRED HAAS as your #1 Toyota dealership.Update.12/26/2023 we went again and bought a 2024 Corolla for my daughter.Words are not enough to describe how great this dealership is.

I had a great experience coming to the Fred Haas location. My wife and I were in the lot looking at vehicles, and Javier warmly approached us and began to assist us with what we wanted. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received and the finance deal I got for my 2023 Camry SE. Javier worked with me and wife and addressed all our concerns and questions in a very patient, calm, and respectful manner. I highly recommend if you come to this location you should ask for Javier. You can tell he loves his job and his customers and is very transparent and honest. Also, Sergio in finance was extremely helpful and worked with my wife and I. Will definitely recommend this location to my friends.

Highly highly recommended! My salesperson, Hector, went above and beyond to get me into what I wanted. He went to bat for me and got me into a 2024 Toyota Tundra. Go talk to him, he's a damn good salesperson! Esther was amazingly helpful in explaining every detail about the truck and features I had available. Lovely person.

Christian Brown from Fred Haas hooked us up!! He wasn t even the person we were supposed to be seeing, our guy had a last minute emergency and Christian stepped up and made sure we were taken care of. From the moment we shook his hand, his customer service skills were immaculate. The way he spoke so highly of Toyotas, had me leaving out the dealership wanting a Toyota. I was not there for a car but my husband was. I loved how personable he got as well. We shared things about our families and lifestyles.. that just made you feel like he s a family man and cared about ensuring we were in a vehicle that best suited our family. Great guy, thanks Christian for making this experience worth it!!! We ll be back & you better be there to help us again hahahaha!

In my most recent experience, my family was able to land a super deal here! We were stunned by the amazing transparency and professionalism of Paula Sanchez, who went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. During our test drive she was very knowledgeable and explained each and every feature on our 2024 RAV4 XSE. When it came to pricing she made sure to give us the best deal, which couldn t compare to any other dealer!

I got into a wreck on Monday night 2/12/24 and my car was totaled. I went to Fred Haas Wednesday 2/14/24 and purchased a new car. When I went in, I was greeted and immediately helped by Andy Cao. He was so helpful and he listened to me and helped me get exactly what I was looking for. This establishment is top teir! They are the go-to!!! 10 out of of 10, will buy again!! Andy went well above and beyond. In my opinion, he needs a raise ..Toyota...you all have an amazing employee in Andy Cao!! I will recommend this establishment to all my friends and family. Shout out to Marcos Marguello-Finance Manager, he jumped through hoops for me and made it happen! I can't thank them enough. If anyone needs to buy any vehicle, this is the place to go for sure! First time at Fred Haas and we are so happy we stopped!! Very friendly people!! Our sales associate, Doug Dyer, was amazing!! We were having a difficult time at other places finding what we needed. Within 30 minutes of our arrival we were test driving exactly what we had been looking for!! He was knowledgeable on our choice and it came at a great deal. Now I understand why so many cars on the road have ' Fred Hass ' on the back!! Thanks Doug, it was truly a pleasure!!

After visiting a handful of dealerships, this was by far the easiest dealership I have worked with. The process was super fast & effectual. David Olivero was efficient but also made sure that everything was covered at the best price in town. I recommended anyone to go see him.

This was the least painful shopping experience with the sales department I've ever had. Although my family was very difficult to deal with, JR Garcia (bilingual) in Used car sales (can also sell new) he was A+ He was super straight forward, understanding and professional. They did what was possible to get me and my very young brother approved. I truly enjoyed my finance paper signing with Dean Watson, stand up guy. JR didn't tremble or become pushy. I will def be buying from him in the future again especially new car. I do wish the newer/younger New car sales reps had more training because we could've avoided running our credit a couple extra times.

Carter was amazing. We came in fromLouisiana and he had the vehicle we spoke about ready to go. We test drove it, signed the papers and then headed back home. Thank you for making the car-buying experience so pleasant.

Active duty military member here that's educated :-). After inquiring about a vehicle and then declining to negotiate over the phone they re-engaged me today. They called this morning and insisted I drive 3 hours from my house to negotiate a deal. I get there and the car is worn. The headlights are severely worn out but the interior was nice. I test drive the car and after even flooring the gas it struggles to hit 45 mph. I do this multiple times but the car won't accelerate. Mind you it's a turbocharged 2.0 four. I've only owned KIA since 2012. I take it back and tell them I'm not interested. They say it's under warranty haha! I would have appreciated the honesty. This doesn't break me I just feel sorry for people who are looking for a car and a deal that is barely getting by. For this, I have to rate them 1 star!

Had a wonderful experience here from the second we walked in the door. Javier began helping us immediately, got us everywhere we wanted to go, and was an absolute pleasure to work with.I sold my vehicle and got the truck I wanted, and it was all a very quick and seamless process thanks to Javier, and also Marcus in finance who was fantastic as well! Had a good experience at Fred Haas Toyota. Brandon Adams took care of me. I went with no intention to walk out same day with a car, especially on a Sunday. He listened to what I wanted and needed, did a test drive then began to see what the bank would say. With a feasible down payment, I was able to trade in my car (with no equity) and walk away in my almost new 2022 Equinox! The car had a lingering smell from the previous owner who smoked cigarettes (eww) but Brandon got me scheduled for an Ozone cleaning later that week which only took a couple of hours. I m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this place!

Fahad was a great salesperson. He is a very nice guy and he is very approachable. You can ask him anything and he is always ready to answer your questions and make sure you comfortable with him. He is a very nice man and he was able to make me glad I came to Toyota! After I got the car Esther, showed me the car features perfectly. She was very nice and engaging, I m glad she was the one to teach me.

We had an incredible experience at this location. Not only do they work hard to match what you re looking for but all interactions felt genuine compared to other Toyota dealers who made us feel like just a number.Kaleb Chandler went above and beyond in his efforts to best match what we were looking for and we couldn t have been more pleased! It was also a pleasure to work with Peter Cardona in Finance who made the remainder of the process a breeze. We also met with Esther, who directed us through all the new features of the vehicle with incredible detail to which we ve never experienced anywhere else before in the past.If it were possible to provide more stars, we definitely would!

In all my 69 years of buying new and used cars ,Fred Haas Toyota World was the smoothest and most honest dealership that I have bought a vehicle from. My salesman Doug Dyer was very honest, nice ,and respectful. Doug is a pleasure to work with. My buying experience with this dealership is the best I've ever had. The price I was quoted on the internet was the same price at the dealership ( nothing was added on ). The time it took to test drive the vehicle and complete all the paperwork was very quick and straightforward. I was in and out in less than 1 hour. I recommend this dealership and salesperson DOUG DYER to all my friends and family. Fred Haas Toyota World is the only dealership I will ever use from now until I die.

Everyone of the staff here is amazing from wholesale parts to the service department and the sales representatives they were all kind and patient but I want to personally recommend Leonard for any of your car buying needs or just for general questions he is so knowledgeable and helped me set up the new features in my 2024 tundra and was very patient and not pushy at all and will make sure you are taken care of. I wish more business would hire men like him. And Fred haas has a new loyal customer thank you
