The person who took care of me for my insurance repair was Tom Bracker, in which he provided great customer service in person and over the phone.The only reason for not giving a 5 star is because I didn't receive periodic updates as requested on my paper form,so I had to call every few days to see how the repair was going with my vehicle, also receiving my vehicle back without the AWD badge already on the vehicle,but Tom got that squared away before I left with my repaired vehicle.Overall, I'm very satisfied with Fred Haas Collision Center and would bring my Toyota back for any collision repair.I experienced great customer service and have no current issues with my repaired vehicle!

Great experience with this Fred Haas all around.My husband and I use their service for maintenance/oil changes (Dennis in the Service center )And figured to get my body repair work done here as well. I had cosmetic work done (under insurance) from a accident to my car. My husband was the one who initially came in and got the quote and he even said they were very friendly and the cheapest out of 7 collision centers he visited around spring. I brought my car in after our decision making and Jesse was who assisted throughout the whole process. He communicated with me and my husband throughout the whole way. I also got a rental car from Fred Haas rental and I can t remember their names but the two men that work there were exceptional! Very very sweet and great customer service. This is why I will continue to use this Fred Haas location and would Recommend them in a heartbeat. They even washed and cleaned my car. x 100

I had the worst experience at this shop, I'm not the person to leave a review but here iam, please save yourself and go elsewhere. I was involved in a auto accident and decided to bring my car here, since is where I purchased my car. Got called yesterday to pick up my car wich I did today. The Paint job was horrible as you can see on the pictures below that's how Jesse returned my car to me. I asked him about the black streaks on my car, so he asked me to bring my car back wich I did. He had the body man buffed the area and within 15 min he brought my car back worst than before I have pictures for proof. Jesse was very rude and unprofessional. Now I have to deal with their bad service. It makes me so sad because im still paying for my car and they also got paid $6,259.93 from the insurance, i also called to speak to a supervisor but I was told he was not in till next week. Never again.

The reason I am writing this review because I do not want other people to be ripped off the business model this collision center has. First, I like my story about the damages on my car. I was carjacked by gun-point in Houston, the criminals opened the glove box by force but the car was pretty much intact with the exception of some minor scratches.When I went to get the first estimate at this Fred Hass, I was helped by a very nice gentleman name Tom who sent an estimate to my insurance company of $2,200 but I did not leave my car in the shop that day. Days later I went I went because I made my decision on the repairs and was helped by Kim, again a very nice woman. We went over the damages on the car and she was using a marker to point the damaged areas.Two days later, I get a call from the collision center asking to give permission to the towing company to pick up my car because it was declare as "total loss". I was being pressure to get rid of my car but I thought about it and it did not make sense because my car was derivable and the only issues was a broken glove box and some minor scratches.I decided to keep the car and after that everyone was being so rude every time I called in. I had to wait some time for the insurance check to arrive so they can release the car to me but they claim that it did not arrive so they kept it several days and charged more for storage fees. They removed the front bumper from my car claiming that they needed to check for damages when the car was never in a collision. They did not want to put the bumper back on my car even if I paid them to do it. I went and drove my car out without a bumper because it seems that they were upset that I did decided to keep my car. Also, there were scratches that were not there on my bumper.In conclusion, here is why I think they were so rude to me and did not want install the bumper: Since the car was declared a "total loss" they could have bought it, fixed and sold it again but I decided to buy the car back from my insurance company that they were upset that I did not fall for the scheme.P.S. I like to clarify that this collision center is part of Fred Hass Toyota where the cars they fixed are sold. The pictures below are before and after pictures from this experience.

First off, the associate I worked with Tom Bracker was great. He was patient and always had a positive attitude even when I was frustrated with the insurance company aka Progressive.With that, I will say Fred Haas does a good job but they will take a long time. Some of this related to parts availability. If you do use them, just know that they are very busy and do not expect your car back quickly.Again, Tom Bracker was great and really did his best to meet my high standard.

I was in a fender bender a few weeks ago. My car was side-swiped. The Haas team (especially Kim) were kind, polite, and effective in negotiating with my insurance company and doing the necessary repairs. My car looks great again! Left my car with them and was told I would be getting regular updates. A week passes and not a single word from them. I call them about 4 times in one day and keep getting transferred to Kim whose voicemail is the only thing I can talk to. I explain to the receptionist over the phone that Kim is probably busy and if she could transfer me to someone else so I can have an update on my car. She transfers me to Kim again and her voicemail greets me. It baffles me how hard it is to get ahold of a single person and I still do not know why the receptionist would transfer me to her despite me explaining she probably isn t in her office bc I had just called 2 minutes ago. Called 7 times within 2 days, zero updates and couldn t talk to anyone who could help. Really did not want to make the drive there incase my car wasn t done but looks like I will have to.

I have purchased several cars from Fred Haas Toyota. I assumed the great customer service was universal. I was very wrong. I was going through my insurance to file a claim for damages. They recommended Fred Haas collision as 1 of their approved partners. I called made the appointment and was assured that I'd be in and out the same day. Upon arriving I was kindly greeted by the receptionist. I sat and waited for the gentleman that would be assisting me with my claim. He was very off putting, with no greeting. When we headed outside to look at my vehicle he said it wasn't that bad. Then when I informed him I just needed the estimate for the claim but didn't want repairs done there. He became upset and started speaking to me in a very unprofessional manor. I was so uncomfortable I just got in my car and left. My insurance sent me to another auto-body shop and it was a much better experience. A week later I traded in my car and bought a 2021 from the adjoining dealership and had a Great experience.

So far I am not impressed. I have not heard from my service advisor at all since taking my car there. Thank goodness my insurance company contacts me. My mind said go to Baker Nissan Collision but I did not do that. Today, 09.06, I called to speak to my service advisor, sat on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up, called back and was told he just went to lunch. Angry, yes, yes, yes. This was not the customer service I expected. I did not rate 5 minutes before you left to update me? I want Nissan to know about the service I have received, lack of communication. If it was not for GEICO, I would know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about my car repair status.Malinda Edwards

Unfortunately I have had to bring multiple vehicles here for repair. I do have the pleasure, though of having a great experience each time. The team is friendly. The repairs are openly communicated and updates are made frequently. My cars never stayed long and the rental car process has always been seamless.I've never come out of pocket, because I'm usually here because of insurance claims, but I don't see how it could be any different. If life throws you a curve all that requires a collision center, this is one place I recommend you catch!

Very bitter experience with collision center team. My vehicle was dropped off on a Sunday night due to a car accident. After two days I dropped off key, they finally contacted me and asked what services I needed. It was obvious since the rear bumper was half way hanging. Once the vehicle made it to the collision center and started repairs, it was not until I went to pick up my car on a Friday afternoon (after two weeks)that the person handling my repairs, was aware of no payment posted on my account. I had to wait for almost an hour and a half just to be told at the end I couldn t get my vehicle. I left there, waited for insurance to send repair payment, then finally I received a call stating they had payment but noticed towing charges were not paid yet. I waited another week then I decided to go to the dealership and see what was going on. I get there, asked to speak to supervisor, he repeated to me constantly that the person who has been handling my case was excellent. We ll just to find out that I asked for a copy of the towing charges which to me were extremely high, $1700, so I could call the company and find out why, to my surprise, they had another customer s bill in my file, completely different name and vehicle. I was very disappointed that of all the people that touched my folder, nobody was able to notice the mistake until I tried to call the towing company myself. At the end, the person that handled my repairs the entire time did not even apologize for the error and yet ran to hide somewhere, very immature. Overall, NOT a good experience.Service: Body & Trim

I was rear ended by a truck and I drive a 2017 Toyota Corolla. The gentleman that I was working with in the collision center was Tom B. He did an amazing job, from great customer service, to properly contacting me and keeping me posted on my repairs. He was very reassuring which is what you want after an accident. Tom made my experience very easy and carefree. I really appreciate him for that. He s super handsome as well. Highly recommended!

The Fred Haas Collision Center is the very best in Harris County! Management and employees are dedicated to excellence in customer service and job performance. Matt and Jesse are exceptional. The vehicle was repaired flawlessly and very timely. I recommend this company to anyone I know when in need of vehicle repairs. The entire Fred Haas dealership is an exceptional organization and its employees are all dedicated to provide the very best customer service.

My mom got in an accident in her 2014 Toyota Avalon which left a gaping hole in the middle of the rear bumper. In addition, the trunk lid took considerable force to close.She decided to take her car in to Fred Haas Toyota Collision Center on 12-23-2020 for repair.The collision center called every couple of days to keep my mom updated on the repairs to her vehicle.Yesterday, 12-30-2020, they called my mom to inform her that her car was ready for pickup.The ladies at the reception desk were very welcoming and efficient. Car was pulled around.Of course my mom and me checked the rear bumper and made sure the trunk lid were repaired and sure enough, the replacement bumper looked like it was put on at the factory brand new & the trunk lid closed without a problem. Paint on the bumper matched the color of her car perfectly.Eight days from drop-off to pick up, that is very efficient and the repair shop kept my mom up to date.If I could, I would give 20 out of 10 stars for their professional, efficient service.Service: Body & Trim

Outstanding customer service and quality under the new leadership of Bill Sloan. When we found out he moved to Fred Haas there was no question we would follow him there knowing the level of quality work he ensures is done. He s taken care of the collision work for our BMW in the past and now we will be bringing it to Fred Haas going forward because we know the experience and work will always be second to none.

Fred haas collision center has surpassed my expectations! Jesse went above and beyond to keep me inform and up to date with the repairs to my car. He made sure to thoroughly appraise the damages caused to my car and dealt with the insurance in getting the parts not included in the initial estimate covered! Thank you Fred Haas for the amazing customer service!

Fred Hass Collision Center is one of the best in Houston. Anytime my car has had damage from a collision they have taken care of it! They do outstanding work and my car looked like brand new after repairs were complete! I recommend everyone to use these guys! Big thanks to Matt Boling for making a stressful situation easier to deal with.

Honestly , after all the delays they put on the car, they had the audacity to have chic fil a lunch in MY CAR . I could go on a rant about how bad they are , however looks like other people have enough horror stories . I received excellent treatment from Matt Boling - he went out of his way past the end of their normal business day to accommodate. The repairs were great and timely and the staff friendly and attentive. I highly recommend!!

Do NOT waste your time here. Tom was taking my case and very poor conversation. They kept my car for like 2 months and he would not answer your call unless he wanted.
