My review is a little late but my most recent visit was so pleasant. I had a real cool tech named Steve. This is the first time that someone took extra steps to make sure I was pleased with the services I was getting. He also made sure to point out future services I would need and not try to make me get them right then because they would be a bit pricey. I appreciate the honesty and wish more people took this much care in customer service as he does.

I'm currently at the Express oil change getting my oil serviced and receiving the best customer service from Nathaniel and the Assistant Manager Jay!!!The service was so professional and the greeting was beyond Superior that I decided to get my car looked at for additional work and then I called my husband so he can have his AC and check engine issues serviced too.It is so hard to find decent honest mechanics and I am so happy that Nathaniel and Jay serviced me today!!!!

Personally, I love it here. My first time coming I worked with Josue. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and considerate. He informed me about everything he was doing and even gave me tips on planting a lemon tree. Today, I met Steven. He s equally amazing. He made me feel comfortable. He informed me of everything I needed and I did not feel bullied into getting things I did not. They were quick with their work as well. Before I even finished a chapter in my book, my oil change was done and filters were changed. This is my oil change location of choice.

I am always confident with the work performed at this location. The service is professional and friendly and the staff is incredibly helpful. They explain everything as they go and don't try to push you to buy things you don't need. Steve did a fantastic job and took great care of me. He answered all my questions and made sure my car was ready and safe to travel for the holidays. Merry Christmas to everyone and thank you for being awesome!

[Updated 3/11/2023: Just got my state inspection done here. It didnt take long. I'll go there for now on. Still recommend.] Great place. They are very experienced, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, ans helpful. Jehron helped me a lot. He showed me how to put oil in my car. My ex used to do all that stuff for me so I needed to learn how to at least find where to put oil and he was kind enough to point it out to me and give me some tips. The energy there is good. I hope they remained that way. I will come back again. I recommend this place.

First time visiting. I went in for a vehicle inspection. I was greeted at my car. Tech explained that there was one vehicle before me. I had about a 10 minute wait. Everyone was very friendly.

Went here for the first time today at around noon. They were done super fast and had impeccable customer service! This will be our new go-to place. Highly recommend!!The guy who helped us was Marcus, he was awesome! Hope to get him again!

Very quick service. Steven pulled me right up to the bay when I entered the lot, grabbed my info and directed me to the waiting area. Very quick turnaround, Steven even took the time to point out something that might become an issue down the line and sent me on my way. Will definitely be returning.

We have brought our vehicles here for years. However I brought one of my vehicles here on March 7th for an oil change and was not told that there were any issues during that time. My husband noticed oil leaking on our driveway that evening after the oil change. There had never been any oil leaking prior to the oil change on March 7th. We brought the vehicle back on March 9th and one of the mechanics replaced the drain plug and told us to bring the vehicle back if the oil leak continued. The oil leak did continue so I brought the vehicle back today. Today I am now being told that the oil plan needs to be changed because it is leaking and it will cost over $1000. I am upset because prior to me bringing my vehicle here there was never an oil leak. The oil started leaking large amounts after the oil change. If there was an oil pan leak why was I not informed when I brought my vehicle on March 7th or March 9th. Today was the first time that an oil pan leak was mentioned which is very strange to me because the mechanic today told me that it should have been mentioned before but it was not. Also while we were talking to the store manager another mechanic came and started shrugging his shoulders, making inappropriate faces, shaking his head no while we were talking. This behavior is very unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not think that it is right to charge me over $1000 for a leak that only occurred after I brought my vehicle to this facility for an oil change. I would appreciate it if the owner or someone over the manager would contact me.

Marcus was very helpful and explained that my engine has been burning oil. He and Steven said my GDI engine would be best suited to full synthetic oil. May haved saved my engine. Yeah, yeah

Nice, fast, proficient auto shop with good prices and good results. They had our headlights changed out for us, and our yearly inspection all done in 20 minutes.

I did not like Stephen I think was his name. He ripped me off on my 22 Elantra claiming a 'special filter' is what made my oil change 91.00! Only later did I find out Hyundai dealership only charges 38 for semi or 75 for full synthetic, way cheaper then 91.00! Never again!

I went there around 5.30 pm on a weekday to get my vehicle inspection done. A person came to me right away when I parked my car and assisted with my need. There was only 15 minute wait until the inspection was done. Very quick and easy experience. Staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Very good customer service. Have been there twice for an oil change and front brakes. Both experiences they were the best price, didn't have unexpected waits. They do what they say. The waiting room has coffee and a TV and are pet friendly.

They knew I needed an alignment bad and tried to get me to buy new tires to do it. Even as bad as it was pulling I took it down the road and they are doing the alignment now with no issues. Don't let this place lie and try to upsell you something you don't need.

Just Now!!I took my wife s recommendation and went here for a quick oil change. (Want to mention that I called about 1h ahead to ask if they have all parts need for my cars oil change)When I got there, got greeted pretty quick actually. Got in line, waited a good 5 min until someone came by. Went to the waiting room, after a good few minutes someone comes by and tells me they don t have the oil filter available and that it will be there in 20-30 min, I gave it a thought and decided to wait. After another eternity with no communication on their part I went out and start asking questions, just to find out that the filter was still on the way. At this point he said it could take another 5-10 min, and I said, I give you 5 minutes, if the filter is not here I got to go.The guy was apologetic and what not, but why was no communication so I know what s going on?Been there for @ 2h just to accomplish nothing!It was another guy inside longer than I was just for an oil change and an inspection.
