Felix is my Go to mechanic! Super friendly staff that's honest and keeps you coming back. Totally a one stop shop! Also gives returning customers great discounts! Thanks Felix!! They also have Nintendo game for us OLDER folks!! Lol

I m literally only writing this review because Chris R has such amazing customer service. I ve been here before and I wasn t too happy but this time I was really surprised that someone so personable was assisting me. He gave me an accurate timeframe so I understood the wait and even joked with me throughout. Overall it was a good visit just for the refreshing personality/visit. I d go again.

First time going here for an oil change and will be back, Chris gave me some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and was super helpful throughout the whole process. The entire interaction was professional and fluid with no issues at all. Loved it.

Daniel, Sandy and Chris are some of the nicest, most professional people. We had a small mishap and they went out their way to explain and fix exactly what happened. Most people will hide small mistakes and let you worry about it later so I greatly appreciate them treating me so kind and respectful.

AMAZING customer service. Started with a phone call to Felix who was so nice, easy to work with, and accommodating. We brought our van there for an oil change and two new tires. Daniel checked the tires and said my tread gauge was incorrect and the tires were still good. Saved me $400! I really appreciated his truthfulness instead of just taking my money! Chris did our oil change and we had great conversation, he was quick and super nice. We will 100% use them going forward and would recommend them to anyone!

Expresss oil change is always so good to me. I don t feel like they are trying to up charge me. They let me know what will need to be taken care of so that I can plan my next expense on my vehicleToday was a great experience Chris was very nice and helped me out not only with the oil change but fixed my headlight , now I will be able to see the road better at night. Thank you Chris.

I went to get my oil change today at Express Oil Change. Marcus was absolutely amazing and professional and very helpful and kept me informed on everything they were checking and gave me suggestions. Price is reasonable. I will be coming back to get my service here.

This morning I called express oil change on fm2920 and spoke to Josue and asked him a few questions and he answered back with great knowledge,so told him I would see him in 15 minutes.so when I arrived he remembered me and told me to pull in. I was looking to service my 2021 ram differential. I started talking to Caleb and he was very knowledgeable just like Josue,I was really impressed by both of there knowledge on vehicles.they explained everything to me so I could understand and told what I needed and didn't try to rip me off like other shops. I would recommend these two gentleman to anyone that needs help on their vehicle.Thanks Josue and CalebService: General repairs & maintenance

I went to get my oil change today at Express Oil Change. They are under new management and I can tell. This was hands down the BEST oil change experience I ever had. Megan and Josue are absolutely amazing. Customer service was way over the top! They were both Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be back and I totally recommend. I visited Express Oil Change today, I was greeted immediately with kindness and guided into the bay. Josue, Daniel and a Sandy were there and were very communicative, efficient and helpful. The care and support they provided during some scary news was so impressive. They were communicating every step of the way and made sure I had a clear understanding of what was happening and how best to address the issues.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I had never heard of this place until I needed my car serviced. I looked online and found it.Upon my arrival, there was NO waiting time at all! The place was clean inside-out. I was welcomed/greeted with a friendly smile as I drove up.Felix was my service provider. He has an infectious personality and laughter. We "chit-chatted" like we were old friends...and that made me feel even more comfortable!I went in for an oil change; but Felix did recommend a transmission flush...which, at the time, was a service NEVER done on my car!I permitted him to change an air filter as well. He didn't "pressure-sell" me. He informed me of what he saw and recommended it; however, again, he wasn't pushy about it at all!We engaged in conversation the ENTIRE time as he serviced my car. Prior to my leaving, he did also recommend that I think about purchasing some new tires in the near future.I will be purchasing my tires from EOCT...and hopefully, Felix will be there to do the work. I trust him!!!I would urge anyone who needs a service completed on their vehicle to visit EOCT and ask for Felix!!!They have a NEW customer now...ME

Great Crew! I felt very taken care of here. They went over all my cars needs and I will definitely be back. Shout out to the new Manager Sandy she is definitely worth going to see. They all make you a priority here and was in and out in no time.

Hands down the best shop I ve been to to get my oil changed. Josue was the friendliest and most helpful mechanic (assistant manager there) I ve talked to. You don t even have to get out of your car and they re very quick and know exactly what they are doing. Most mechanics like to try and sell you stuff you don t need but here, they tell you exactly how it is and are completely honest. They check everything for you and tell you what you TRULY need done. Will be getting my vehicles done here from here on out and recommend everyone else to do the same. You won t be disappointed!

Megan was very friendly and fast. We didn t have to get out the car and she brought us waters to cool down in the heat.The overall atmosphere was calm and professional.

How sad, I went and having supposedly professionals, they gave me a wrong diagnosis and charged me almost a thousand, and it wasn't that. If they continue like this, they will lose many potential clients, honestly comes first, they don't scam a millionaire person, you know they would sue them, but a person with few resources can easily be tricked into charging more.

I just moved and hate having to find a new place to get my car s oil changed, but Josue made the process so easy! Didn t have to get out of the car, and was on my way in about 15 minutes. Will definitely keep coming back!

Ever so grateful for the diligence, education, high quality service both on my vehicle and customer service wise from the team at this location especially Megan who humbly took her time to serve. Never felt rushed or handled. Would highly recommend. Josue had great energy and insight as well and both they and Daniel made sure to keep me hydrated while my vehicle was being serviced. Much appreciated!

Josue did an amazing job with my oil change and even gave me recommendations on other issues that could be wrong with my vehicle. He truly cares about his job and has fun doing it. Definitely will be back in 7K miles.
