Very happy with the great customer service I received. They came to pick my car up since I was working, and had the work completed within hours. They waited for me to get off to pick it up even though it was after hours. Very nice people and would definitely use them again.

Had a leak oil leak somewhere and went in for a smoke test. He saw the issue and said he would fix, he needed to change the header and a pipe. I got the car back with no screws no wire clips broken coil caps and a sawed off part and engine issues. Took it back and it was fixed for now. After a month I had more issues and plastics in my oil tank. I'm still under warranty but not sure if I want to take it back for him to fix or open a civil case.Service: Engine repair

Billy is a very good and trustworthy mechanic. He was recommended by a mutual friend a few years ago and I have not been anywhere else since. He has worked on both mine and my wife's vehicle and done a great job every time.

I had them install 4 shocks on my Mercedes. When I picked it up it was immediately apparent there was a problem. I took it back. Told them they were bouncy and there was a rattle in the front left. Left it with them to examine. They told me the shocks were defective. These were new-in-the-box Bosch shocks. I had it examined by another tech. He discovered that they did not install the washers and bushings that came with the shocks and that they didn't even install the nut on the top of the front left shock! It could have bounced out and caused a wreck. They wouldn't refund my money so I get to buy new parts, pay the labor again and write a complaint to the DMV. The shop looks like a junkyard inside and out. I should have known.

Here comes another 5* review for Billy:I left DFW years ago and have been lucky enough to go without car trouble for a while since then. My wife's Mini decided to end that hot streak early this year, and I was scrambling to find a mechanic I trusted as much as my guy I left back in DFW.I called over 20 mechanics the first time the car gave me issues. In the woodlands, many of them wanted as much or more than the Mini dealership. Others didn't work on minis. Billy was the only one who came in with a reasonable quote, knew the nuances of the cars, and was straight up about what work needed to be done and what work might show up in the process. Couldn't have been more pleased with the job he did.Later, this same year, I had another non-critical issue come up with the vehicle and he leveled with me about what options I had in a way many mechanics I've met wouldn't.So yeah, really superb dude. Great business owner and he deserves your business. I'll be sending everyone I know straight to him and hope that if you read this review, you'll call him for what you need too.

This shop took over $5,000.00 from me to put in a new motor not only did they turnin the car to me after 4 months of having my vehicle... filthy battery cover thrown in the back the manual thrown all over the car complete dirty stained with hand oil prints but mostly with oil leak, all the service lights on the A/C making a loud noise not working properly a complete mess with the car from mechanic to leaks to dirty muddy oil, steering wheel, everything holes that connects to the motor was complete filthy and dirty like mud... only to find out by taking my vehicle to het inspected I was told my car had a junk yard motor all the screws to connect the motor was loose and not properly adjusted with a hole on the motor causing oil leak I can go on and on on the filthy work Billy did to my car... He insisted on picking up the money at my house he offered and called constantly wanting that money once he had it kept my car for 4 months only t handed to me unrepaired and wanted to collect an additional $1,300 to repair the oil leak he messed up! gave me my car worse than I had handed it to him! do not take your vehicle to him he will rip you off!!! I will get my money back because I'm willing to spend money on attorneys to file against him by Law!!!! Now he doesn't answer any of my calls!!! Bad experience, paid over $1000 and my car is still leaking oil from the same spot rear main seal. They said it was fixed in one day when other mechanics said it would take a few days. Then paid extra $200 to take care of the lights on the dashboard and he kept it for 3 weeks and it came back the same said he changed the coils and moved some pipes which was never part of the problem to be fixed. NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND ABOUT TO CALL AN ATTORNEY!!! DONT COME HERE!! I'll see what channel 2 news has to say about it.

Once your BMW is out of the free dealer maintenance and warranty program, I wouldn't go anywhere but Eurotechs. Great guys who know what they are doing and are extremely fair. Let's face it, fixing over engineered Euro cars is never going to be "cheap", but these folks will treat you right.

Drop my vehicle off over a year ago after it was wrecked, in july of 2021, and have yet to be provided with a quote for repairs even after more than 40+ phone calls and now won't release my vehicle to me.

I came in to get One sagging Air shock repaired. Now the whole driver side is sagging and I have s MALFUNCTION showing on my screen. Total Rip Off.Waiting to see how much it will cost to get repaired what they messed up.
